- Cristina (3/5): Sucio - Muy amplio y excelente ubicación 1.Para empezar, solo te contestan por whatsapp, no por booking, al principio muy rapido pero cuando les mandas tus datos y haces la fianza dejan de contestarte y no te aclaran las dudas, te contestan cuando quieren y a lo que les da la gana. Les llame por telefono por 5 veces, ya que tienen horario de atencion al cliente, y nada, se lo decia por whatsapp que me cogieran el telefono y me cambiaban de tema. Luego no entendia bien las instrucciones para entrar al piso y en vez de explicarmelo con calma me decían, “leetelas, no te las estas leyendo”. 2. Cuando miramos los utensilios de cocina, estaban asquerosos, tenedores con tomate o algo asi, ollas y sartenes con perdigones de comida, migas de pan en los cubiertos, vasos de plástico reultilizados con manchas y que olian fatal, las bayetas y trapos de cocina venian en plásticos como si fueran nuevas pero las olimos y el olor era horrible. Nos dio bastante asco, ya que eso es de no haberlo ni mirado. Te dicen que o te dejas la vajilla que uses limpia o te quitan la fianza, claro si ellos ni lo miran. El suelo estaba limpio por encima, porque las esquinas estaban llenas de pelusas y polvo. Los percheros del baño se caian todo el rato. 3. Cocinamos un dia, y con todo lo del piso desenchufado, ponías dos fuegos de la vitro y saltaba la luz todo el rato, solo podías cocinar con uno encendido y que no estuviera al máximo, no podías enchufar ni el extractor. Llamé y me dijeron que si quería que fuera un técnico pero no sabían cuándo y les dije que para tres días que me quedaban no iba a estar esperando un técnico, eso lo tienen que mirar antes de que el cliente vaya. 4. En el dormitorio el bar de atras da justo con la pared, y el camarero está desde las 6:00 de la mañana hasta el mediodía, literalmente cada minuto, gritando “trueque” o “peneque” o algo así, tuvimos que dormir en el sofá, y seguro que me dirán que es parte del ambiente de Torrox, y no, eso es culpa de la insonorización del piso
- Guest (1/5): Utrivelig og skittent. Dårlig service, får ikke svar av på henvendelse om refusjon. - Leiligheten var ikke rengjort ved ankomst. Skittent gulv, ikke oppredde senger, møkkete sengetøy og håndklær. I tillegg luktet det kloakk og mugg. Jeg og barna mine ønsket ikke å bo der. Får ikke svar av utleier når jeg ber om refusjon etter at jeg kansellerte.

- Paula (6/5): - Estaba muy bien ubicado, bonito y grande. Saltaba el automático en cuanto encendías la vitrocerámica. No había perchas
- Nano (2/5): - La ubicación. El apartamento esta recien reformado, moderno, amplias habitaciones. Muy escaso menaje de cocina, no hay unas simples tazas de café, solo 4 vasos y utensilios para cocinar muy limitado...la limpieza para mejorar y la luz de habitaciones muy escasas. En los armarios no hay barra ni perchas, y la habitación de 2 camas están desnivelada ..
- Douglas (4/5): Very disappointing. - The bathroom toilet was Brocken. The electricity supply is in a dangerous condition. You cannot get hot water to the bathroom sink. There is no internet to the property. These faults were reported with no response.
