• Fredy (6/5): - Wenn man das Zutrittssystem per Handy mal verstanden hat funktioniert alles super. Personal sehr freundlich hat auch nach 18uhr noch eine zimmerkarte gegeben zur sicherheit falls online nicht funtioniert. Lage ist Super Im Doppelzimmer nur 1 Kleiderbügel etwas spärlich zumal sonst keine Möglichkeiten Kleider aufzuhängen sind. Schade gibt es auch keine Möglichkeit das Velo irgendwo einzuschliessen.

• 齊藤 (9/5): 快適 - 駅から近い。 清潔。 スタッフに好感が持てる。 事前にカードキーの受け取りを相談していたところ、より私にとってスムーズな受取りができる様に配慮してくれました。 部屋やシャワー、トイレなど充分な清掃が行き届いており、安心できます。 充分な大きさの冷蔵庫が配置されているので、一時保管にはとても助かりました。 次回もSionに用事があるので、また利用したいと思います。 特に無し

• John (8/5): No-frills but comfortable accommodation with helpful staff and great location; I'll be back! - The location, directly across from the train station, could not possibly be better. It was also nice to have a 4-bed room to myself. Only one bed was occupied when I arrived, and I kept expecting them to stumble in just as I fell asleep, or something. But nobody ever showed up. This despite the (odd!) presence of at least ten sets of footwear (sandals, athletic shoes, ski boots) and several bags (suitcase, backpacks, computer bag). The price was very pleasing to me! The only big problem was the difficulty in getting access. My smart phone had some connectivity issues, apparently, so multiple attempts failed to get me the promised electronic access. But the clerk at the desk was very helpful and patient (despite my utter lack of ability in French) and, in the end, she gave me a key card which worked perfectly (and which was all I wanted anyway). The small deficiency of the facility was the lack of hooks to hang something on. The room had no hooks or hangers in the cabinets, nor on the walls. The bathrooms had no hooks inside or outside the stalls. Only the shower had a couple of hooks in the individual anteroom, but in the commons area of the showers, nothing.

• Selina (6/5): Es wahr okey, würde mir mehr wünschen - Das self check-in wahr einfach und fande es sehr coll das man alles über das handy auf machen kann. Es wahr auch sehr sauber Es hatte ein öffentliches WC was nicht sehr sauber war und nict geschlechter getrennt. Dasselbe bei der dusche. Wir hatten im zimmer nicht mal ein lavabo. Die betten wurden nur aus billigholz zusammengebaut und nicht besonders bequem. Ebenfalls fande ich das das zimmer kalt eingerichtet wahr wenig farbe und keine sccöne bilder ich hätte mit 55.- mehr erwartet

• Valentin (5/5): Même si l’accueil est bon, je n’y retournerais plus - La proximité avec la gare, l’accueil Les lits sont peu confortables, la literie fournie n’est qu’un sac de couchage, il n’y a aucune isolation acoustique, les gens entrent à n’importent quelle heure et font un boucan d’enfer. Pas de déjeuner. Ce n’est certes pas cher mais pour 30.- de plus j’ai trouvé une chambre très confortable dans un hôtel avec petit déjeuner compris

Surtout quand d'autres hôtes manquent totalement de respect en mettant musique, vidéos à volume important et crient dans les couloirs à 6h30. Merci aux hôtes (4 adolescents) de la 208 durant la nuit du 29 au 30.12.2025.

Mais il y a quelqu'un sur place au cas où (pas toute la nuit mais tard). Top ! La propreté des lieux est parfaite. J'ai pris une place dans une chambre de 4 un vendredi soir. J'ai eu la chance d'être seule. Top !

• Mathias (3/5): Either pick a cheap dormitory or go somewhere else - The location is very convenient, very close to the train station. Although this is so close, I did not hear any noise coming from the train station from my room. The hotel is fully "self check-in", so you won't see any staff at all. The rooms are quite depressing, the bathrooms too. It's kind of the prison aesthetics... And as a business traveller, I need an invoice and there is no way to get one. I don't get any answers to my emails, the phone number of the hotel is only a voice mail... It's really like a ghost hotel, there seem to be no way to talk to the any staff. Overall, cheap if you take a dorm, otherwise pick up another hotel nearby (some very good ones are barely further away and close to the same price for a much better experience. They happened to have all been fully booked when I was travelling, for a good reason).

• Bo (7/5): Un hostel bien situé et propre mais un hostel. - C’est un hostel très propre et très bien situé just à côté de la gare. On le savait déjà avant mais le fais qu’il n’y avait pas de toilette dans la chambre est un problème.

Next to the train station and close to the center of town Maybe it's good for budget, but I didn't think so. No place to hang up my coat, jacket. They have lockers but it's misleading that you have to pay for them. They are already in the room, my guess is that there is another locker that you will be paying for but nobody there showed me around. And it seemed to be some in the lobby but I was just more inclined to use the one in my room. They did give me a locker lock with a combination. And there is hard to find someone working there for help, I got a towl on my second day and wanted to change it before my flight back (4 days later) and was unfortunately nobody around to help me get one. Also never any damn soap in the men's room

• Dimitri (10/5): - J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjours à l’Alaïa. C’était très tranquille, très propre et très pratique. Le personnel était très sympathique et le système de clef pour entrer est plutôt pratique! Je reviendrais très régulièrement pour quelques nuits sans hésitation

J’ai apprécié l’aide apportée par la personne de l’accueil qui arrivait au moment où je pensais ne pas réussir à rentrer dans l’hôtel et qui m’a donné une carte magnétique pour mon séjour. La politique du self check-in par smartphone. Il n’a pas fonctionné pour moi malgré des changements de réglages de sécurité de mon iPhone. Au vu du nombre de cartes magnétiques dans la boîte de check-out, le problème doit être assez fréquent.

Zimmerausstattung schlecht. Nicht einmal ein Haken für die Jacken. Keine Ablagemöglichkeit, Schankspinte defekt etc.
