Rimao (6/5): - Location Black mold in all airco's. Dusty, kitchen not properly cleaned. The key lock box of our room was not functioning (could open it with any code). Bathroom: toilet leaking, dehumidefier full of dust. And the hole room smelled like shit.

Danyelle (1/5): Would not recommend - The location was great! Super close to the Higashi-Shinjuku station. The state of the property, it was absolutely filthy. Urine all around the toilet bowl. Beds not made. When contacting the owner they basically ignored everything to do with the cleaning and also did not receive the 4th bed as per our booking.
David (1/5): arrived at the property at night and couldn't get into the property since wrong code was given - they don't answer/pick up phone even it is emergency. Awful ! Tried to get into the property for 3+ hours in the middle of the night after 14 hrs of flight. Called them many times and no one answer. We ended up had to find a nearby hotel to stay for the night at 1am midnight
Fournier (3/5): Poor - We waited 2 hours to receive the good keys to open our appartement, appartement that don’t look like the photos and to finally sleep on a bed not confortable. We were not happy and the host didn’t care less, only asking us a photo of the key not working for his own interests. I don’t recommend except for the location near golden gai.
Sitesh (3/5): No human interaction. Washing machine was there but detergent powder was not there - No breakfast was given therefore cannot say Cleanliness
Pico (8/5): Very good - Location was quite good! The room was clean. No refill of toilet papers, so we had to go to buy some early in the morning.
