• Vittoria (7/5): Good location but not relaxing - Thr apartment is quite small but located straight in the city centre. The aprtment is located in an extremely noisy street and the windows are not insulated to reduce the noise. Earplugs are mandatory. It is nothing related to the structure which met the expectation but if you want to have a good relaxing sleep, I am afraid it is not the right place.

• Pisano (9/5): - Perfect location. walking distance form most points of interest. Noisy at night but that is very difficult to fix given the location right next to most restaurants and bars. I used earplugs and I slept well anyways.

• Christelle (5/5): Même si le propriétaire n’est pas responsable du défilé de fetards toute la nuit, si vous souhaitez dormir fuyez cet end - Emplacement en plein centre ville proche aussi du port et des plages ; le logement est bien équipé et propre. Cet emplacement a des avantages mais un gros inconvénient : être dans une rue avec des bars et des gérants incapables de gérer leurs clients : cris, insultes, beuglements en tous genre, personnes alcoolisées qui défilent jusqu’à 5h du matin ! Les fenêtres de la chambre sont bien fines, un bon travail sur l’isolation phonique serait -peut être- un petit plus ? Et encore …

• Domínguez Peña (8/5): Perfecto para estancias cortas - Comodidad del alojamiento, bien cama y almohadas, cercanía al centro y acceso a todos los puntos turisticos. Multitud de bares en la zona. El dificil aparcamiento en la zona, la suciedad de las calles estrechas de acceso y el ruido nocturno.

• Marta GONZALEZ RUIZ (8/5): Apartamento Céntrico muy bien equipado. - El apartamento es bonito, tiene dos balcones, tiene de todo para pasar el finde tranquilamente, televisión tanto en el dormitorio como en el salón. Todo muy limpio y correcto, fue muy fácil hacer el check in y encontrar las llaves con el código. Está en pleno centro de Málaga, con supermercados cerca, el museo de la música cerca, todo muy bien pero también tiene cerca mucho bar y alguna discoteca o pub, la noche del sábado fue difícil dormir se oía mucho ruido.

• Stefano (9/5): Ottimo! - Intero appartamento in posizione perfetta per visitare Malaga. Struttura pulitissima e con tutti i comfort di cui si ha bisogno. Staff gentilissimo e sempre presente per risolvere qualsiasi dubbio. Purtroppo devo confermare che è insonorizzato molto male, perché pur stando al secondo piano, si sente tutto dalla strada.

• Gema (5/5): Beatas Suite 2 - Lo que más nos gustó fue su ubicación, en el centro, a pocos minutos de los principales lugares de interés. Lo peor fue la mala insonorización del apartamento, nos despertaron en varias ocasiones durante la noche el escándalo que había en la calle, que sumado a que el colchón chirriaba no pudimos descansar como deberíamos. Además, no disponen de consigna de maletas, te derivan a un locker en el que tienes que pagar taquilla durante 24h aunque solo necesites 3h… nunca me había pasado que en un apartamento no me guarden el equipaje… La tele de la habitación estaba de adorno porque el mando no funcionaba. Avisamos de que la tapadera del wc estaba rota y se acercaron a arreglarlo esa misma tarde, pero el lavabo estaba algo atascado y le costaba tragar agua. Por todo esto, justificamos esta mala puntuación.

• Monika (9/5): - Menší byt v centru města, dostatek úložného prostoru, dobré vybavení. Perfektní komunikace s hostitelkou. Občas v noci hluk z ulice. Za to však nemohou majitelé, ale hluční hosté.

• Cheryl (8/5): Great central apartment with lovely shared roof terrace - Great central location. Lovely shared roof terrace. Spacious apartment. Host was brilliant and communication was great. Extremely noisy at night. I know it's not the owners fault but we stayed during the week and were woken multiple times on both nights. Drunk people passing loudly at 3/4am. Bring earplugs if you want a good sleep!

• Francesco (9/5): Appartamento comodissimo. - La comunicazione tempestiva con Virginia. La posizione a pochi passi dal centro e da tutti i servizi. Appartamento confortevole. L’insonorizzazione dei due ambienti. Io, comunque, sono riuscito a dormire bene, nonostante qualche fastidio dalla stradina con locali sotto.
• Petra Kubovicsová (8/5): - The apartment is located in the center, close to several main attractions of the city. There is a terrace on the roof, but we did not use it. The kitchen in the apartment is smaller, but you can prepare a small meal there. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was also nice. The advantage is the air conditioning. There is only one restaurant under the house, but the windows do not absorb sound well and so you can hear the street noise. You can also hear the cleaning cars in the morning.

I also want to highlight the perfect communication with the host, their availability, and the extremely fast response time. There was really nothing major that I didn’t like. Just a few small optional details that could be improved, but overall everything was great.

• ruocco (7/5): - Posizione perfetta, aria condizionata e abbastanza spazio per due persone. Mancanza di Wi-Fi, di notte un po' difficile dormire. Struttura un po' sporchina con capelli qua e la e lenzuola macchiate.

• Hilary (8/5): Lovely apartment with additional roof terrace - shame about the noise - The apartment was in easy reach of bars and restaurants. It had a lovely roof terrace which was great for relaxing in after a busy day sightseeing. Whilst the apartment is well located to access bars, restaurants and attractions, it overlooks a narrow pedestrianised walkway. This we found to be a problem in the later/ earlier hours when people would pass by or even stop and sit just below the window and be very vocal. Both nights we stayed, this was a problem which disturbed our sleep. This I accept is out of control of the owner, but I feel it is only fair to let people know before they book.

• Louise (9/5): Fantastic place to stay for a City break - The location was the best part. The apartment was very clean, comfortable with great facilities - having a washing machine was a big bonus and not always supplied! No negatives

Bed was comfortable, apartment was clean & ready on arrival with great support from Virginia As other reviews mention it is noisy at night, the noise I assume was from the nightclub down the road & continued until about 4am on the Thurs & Fri night. This wouldn’t bother everyone & you could use ear plugs we only stayed two nights so accepted it for the location but it did wake us.
• Ilaria (8/5): Málaga está tan preciosa! - Perfect stay for a vacation dedicated to discovering Málaga, flat is 5 minutes from everything basically and just 20 minutes walk from the harbor and beach. Mattress a bit too soft. The "private balcony" is actually not in the flat but in common with the other flats in the building

• Agneta (7/5): Right in the old town but very noisy - Location right in the old city. Everything in a short walking distance. Apartment clean and with everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable bed. Shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. Impossible to sleep on the weekends! People shouting and singing until 6 AM Friday, Saturday and even on Sunday. I would not recommend booking this place on the weekends. Although it is quite noisy every day, because there are several bars and restaurants right below the apartment on the ground floor.

Definetly need it ear plugs to sleep. Air con didn't worked. Good that we had mild weather, otherwise would be to hot, and you can't sleep with windows open because of the noise from outside. Room is small, shower cabin is small. Internet was patchy.
