• Gina (9/5): Would have been perfect if it wasn't for the noise - Unfortunately due to noise from another customer we had to leave a say early and stay elsewhere

• Jill (1/5): Completely unsuitable for a family. - The code to the front door did not work 2 days out of the 4 we stayed. There was no air-conditioning and the windows wouldn't open to let air in. Situated next to a night club and language was disgraceful in the middle of the night.
• Jenny (8/5): Lovely apartments in central Bedford. - Really nicely furnished and well equipped. Lovely and clean and plenty of space which we appreciated. Also appreciated that we were left a bottle of milk for on arrival and it’s right by a Lidl which is great for stocking up. The window in the bedroom didn’t open so it was very hot. There was also a lot of noise from the club next door which was open til 4am. As our window didn’t open we didn’t really notice the noise, but my daughter slept in the living room which was noisy with the bass!

• Sally (10/5): Spacious, quiet, clean, lots of added extras, good value and central to down town Bedford. - Everything you might need for self-catering is provided. Large studio room, lots of extras provided. Discounted meals available at The Bedford Swan via confirmation letter. Central, secure, comfy large bed, great bathroom and walk-in shower. The only drawback is the flight of stairs if your room is on the top levels as there is no lift. Stairwell is wide enough for suitcases just don’t pack too much!

• Guest (8/5): Really convenient, well thought out space, would recommend. - The room was spacious and comfortable. Had everything you needed to be self contained. I had a question but with no one on site and it being late I didn't want to phone the mobile number (it was not clear if it was 24/7) I sent a text which didn't get responded to until the following day. However, when they did, they were very helpful.

• Thais (9/5): Short and sweet - This was such a lovely property. Could not fault the cleaning, the place was spotless. Location was great, right by the high street. The flat was well stocked with everything we needed, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The only reason it’s not a 10 it’s due to the check in process. I was sent the wrong pin and no information on the flat number. So had to walk to the Swan Hotel to find out why the pin didn’t work. I then finally got the correct pin and the flat number info. The guy that helped me was lovely and polite. That was the only bump, the stay itself was faultless. Great shower, comfy bed, and clean and brand new kitchen. The place was very warm with heated flooring too which was a nice surprise. Would stay again for sure About the property, nothing. Just check in could be smoother

• steve (8/5): Nice flat up 2 flights of steep stairs - Well equipped flat with wifi and smart tv ( if you use them) Good, well equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom with big shower cubicle, plenty of hot water ,shiwer gel and towels Quiet if doubleglazed windows are closed This visit we were on second floor, the stairs are steep. The flat at top has only roof windows in living room, we found it hot and stuffy. The bedroom has opening double glazed windows, overlooking what can be a noisy street. No dish cloth or tea towel.

• Macam (10/5): - El apartamento estaba todo muy limpio y muy bonito. Encima tenía un poco desayuno de cortesía. Como cereales, café, leche, y una botella pequeña de agua. Había jabones y todo. Para la ducha y para cocina. Tenía plancha, lavadora secadora, aún que lo usamos nada de ello, pero es bueno saber lo. Está cerca del tren de Bedford, nosotros fuimos caminando y fue como 10-15min caminando tranquilamente......Nosotros encantados.....volvería a reservar.

• Ewa (8/5): Ładny apartament, ale w upały niepolecany - Bardzo ładnie urządzony apartament, wszystko nowe, wyposażony w pralkę. Bardzo wygodny. Brak klimatyzacji, bardzo głośne otoczenie, przy otwartych oknach nie dało się spać, z powodu „imprezowej okolicy”, nie dało się ich zamknąć, bo by nie było czym oddychać.
• Ruth (10/5): Top of the range apartment in central Bedford - The property was large, modern, stylishly furnished, comfortable, clean and well set up Exceptional! Parking was a little difficult and the nightlife on the weekend was quite loud.

• Rhoda (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! The quality absolutely exceeded any expectations! It's difficult with our unpredictable weather, but air conditioning is essential to have, regardless as it's an old building that gets very hot in summer and cold in winter. So the temperature was unbearable this past weekend, and the fans did not help neither the windows opening just quarter of the way. Not all windows opened. The location, though convenient for The Swan, is surrounded by unsavoury characters at night.

• Emma (6/5): Pleasant - 1. Lovely clean rooms, very modern and well maintained. 2. Kitchen well equipped. 3. Good sized rooms, just right for our needs. 1. The whole apartment was BOILING hot, I mean unbearable. The windows only part opened, no air flow, there was only one small fan. It was warm weather whilst we were there but not hot enough to explain why the apartment was roasting. The temperature thermostat would not come down lower than 25 degrees. Even at night time, when it was cool outside, it was horribly hot in the apartment. Made for a very unpleasant and restless sleep. I dread to think what it would be like in the summer. 2. The location is in a dodgy area, I did not feel very safe walking from the car park to the apartment. There were users and people congregating around the parking areas and down the alley where the apartment is located. 3. The flats are very close to pubs and back onto a beer garden area. It was insanely loud at the weekend (with the windows open because it was so blooming hot), even with the windows closed, you could hear people's conversations almost word for word. With the windows closed, it was noisy and hot. It was just an uncomfortable stay. The only saving grace was the apartment was nice inside to look at. 4. The breakfast at The Swan Hotel was not free....for what we paid I feel the breakfast should be free considering it's the sister site to the hotel and the hotel advertises food in the nest.
• Sanchez (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to local shops and transport. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again for the great hospitality!

• Denise (10/5): A peaceful luxury apartment in Bedford. - The apartment is lovely and spacious, the decor is beautiful. I really liked the welcome pack, it was a nice surprise, a chocolate bar, milk, cereals, oil and salt pepper. The guest directory was very informative and helpful. Overall this was a peaceful retreat and I enjoyed the location being close to the shops. The stairs to the apartment were a bit steep.

• Steve (9/5): Great flat in town centre - Very well equipped, warm and comfortable, dog friendly studio, right in the middle of town. Comfortable bed and seating, smart kitchen and excellent shower room. Had starter pack so it was easy to make a hot drink on arrival and get started in kitchen. I would definitely rent a first floor flat again. The appartment block has no lift, mine was on first floor, up quite a steep staincase ( others were higher up, but I did not see any mention of floors on booking site.) Lot of people, near the entrance, begging in daytime and drinking at night.

• Mercy (8/5): Lovely Studio, unsavoury area. - We had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Warm and cozy with nice decor. Nice smell. Clean. It was cramped with too much in a small space. The side tables had lampstands on them reducing usable space and as they had no drawers, our petsonal items hsd to go on the floor on ended up falling off the table. We also had to put some luggage in the doorway. The space just isn't big enough for all the furniture in there. Not enough space for toiletries in bathroom either. The dryer, damaged our clothes, even though ee used the same setting we use at home (cotton), it was too hot. Also, there is no elevator, and the ad didn't indicate a walk up apartment. My husband has Parkinson's, it was difficult carrying 4 suitcases up and down a very narrow set of stairs. The step width is short, so we had to walk like crabs, sideways so as not to fall. The entrance was on a side street. After dark, there were people with certain habits hanging around, arguing, fighting. We weren't comfortable going in and out at night. I wouldn't book at the Nest again simply because we didn't feel safe and it's not suitable for people with disabilities.

I've stayed in many apartments through both work and leisure, this apartment rates as one of the best I've stayed in. Nothing it really was absolutely perfect
