• boussad (9/5): Je recommande à 100 % cet appartement bien situé, bien conçu, bien équipé avec belles prestations. - Pour la récupération des clés, il y a eu un petit cafouillage à l'arrivée entre le numéro 22 et 24 de la rue Parker Street, mais rapidement réglé. Pour la durée de notre séjour, tout était parfait. Je suis sensible au bruit et j'ai constaté le bruit des aerateurs au niveau de la terasse de la chambre et de la cour extérieur si nous ouvront les portes fenêtres . Mais comme nous sommes souvent dehors cela n'a pas posé de problème pour notre séjour.
• Debbie (6/5): Location great but not much else. - The location was perfect in terms of walking everywhere however it is directly opposite a very noisy bar and I would strongly suggest that whomever stays in the room facing the street wears ear plugs. It was disappointing to see the little things like no mirrors in the apartment at all besides the bathrooms. No pictures on the walls, no soap or towel in the guest loo downstairs. A few small improvements would go along way for the guests considering this is not a cheap place to stay. No mirrors, noise levels at night, no soap or towel in the downstairs bathroom. No lamps in the bedrooms, no pictures on the walls. Feels like a Rental

• Ida (10/5): Great and spotlessly clean apartment in a Perfect location! - The property was very well maintained and very clean. It had 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths which was perfect for our needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. It was close to 2 tube stations and within walking distance to several good restaurants and tourist attractions. Highly recommend! I wish they had a full length mirror in the apartment as well as a mirror in the main bedroom. The magnifying mirror in the en-suite bathroom is not that useful. Softer pillows would also make the place even more perfect.

• Zanolli (10/5): espectacular , una ubicacion inmejorable , todo caminando y con una departamento espectacular - ubicación y comodidad espectacular , volvería sin dudas, distribución , espacios , calefacción todo destacable , muy bien limpio y aseado , nada que decir . detalles de lavalozas con capsulas y lavadora y secadora perfectas son muy buenos . dejar cápsulas para café se agradece mucho si pudiera sugerir algo para mejorar sería, fundamental colocar almohadas más bajas , tu experiencia puede ser perfecta si logras dormir bien y con 4 almohadas iguales y altas no te dan opciones y terminé haciendo una con una toalla. por otro lado le faltó más loza a la cocina , no hay ollas grandes para cocinar a mi familia de 6 y cubiertos son pocos e incompletos, pero creo que si mejoran esos dos detalles serian 10 de 10 .

• Dale (8/5): Very convenient location. Some minor issues but staff was responsive. - Very convenient location in Covent Gardens, with very easy access to most of the major attractions in the city. We walked almost everywhere to get food, see a show, and to access public transport to reach other parts of the city. The apartment was spacious and suitable for a family. The housekeeper was responsive to our needs to resolve minor issues we had. Very few hooks or racks to hang clothes or towels in the bathroom. One of the bathrooms had a shower head that was broken and could not be angled appropriately for use. When we arrived the building had gotten brand new paint so there was a very strong chemical paint smell, but the housekeeper came by with deodorizer spray that helped a lot.
• Simone (10/5): - Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende zu viert in London. Die Wohnung hat uns schon auf den ersten Blick positiv überrascht, eigentlich lässt die Einrichtung keine Wünsche offen. Die Betten sind bequem und gross auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, falls man kochen will. Wir sind von London Heathrow mit der Piccadilly Line direkt nach Holborn gefahren (ca. 50min.). Die U-Bahn-Station Holborn liegt wenige Minuten vom Appartement entfernt. Ganz positiv ist uns der Service aufgefallen: wir hatten am 2. Tag zu wenige Kaffeekapseln und haben dann angefragt, wo wir diese kaufen können. Auf die Frage bekam ich die Anwort von Ria, dass der Housekeeping-Service uns am nächsten Tag weitere Kapseln zur Verfügung stellen wird. Sehr zuvorkommend! Ich kann mir durchaus vorstellen, wieder nach London zu reisen und den Aufenthalt wieder in diesem Appartement zu verbringen. Das Haus ist eher älter und darum ringhörig, die Kissen ähneln eher „Sofakissen“. Beides hat uns aber nicht gross gestört.

• Mary (9/5): The Covent Garden home from home - Spacious, comfortable, spotless and a perfect location too. Expensive but we were a family of 4 adults and 2 children, sospace for children and the option of eating in house made it cheaper than a hotel stay. Some of the lighting in the living area did not function. Downstairs bathroom should a towel provided. Given the price charged, a welcome pack/basket wolud have been nice.

• Philip (9/5): If you want a 3 bedroom centrally located apartment then this is the one (assuming of course it is within your budget) - Great location right in the middle of Covent Garden/holborn so access was as easy as anything. Well designed apartment and all amenities provided. There is no central heating however the owners have provided lots of small plugin radiators which work really well so the temperature was never an issue Nothing. Expensive to rent however the stay was excellent

Every time you pull on the toilet paper the roll comes off of the bar. They need to be pointed in the other direction. ● No cold water in the master bathroom shower. Shower is hot ONLY. ● Drains in both upstairs bathroom sinks very slow/clogged. ● Drain in shower of onsuite bathroom also very slow ● ALL pillows were hard foam. There were no soft pillow options. Hard foam pillows were very uncomfortable. ● Could have used extra blankets and towels, only one towel per person and no extra blankets. ● Would suggest a sign with internet password and phone number if there are problems in the kitchen because only one of us had the booking information and there were four of us staying there. ● More kitchen tea towels. Only one was there. ● Hooks on back of bathroom doors would be nice. ● The sofa on outdoor patio was covered in mold

The location is excellent, very clean. We were 3 ladies travelling for work, bathroom facilities were good, however literally no mirrors outside of the bathrooms. When getting ready drying hair etc. the least I would expect would be a mirror close to a plug. Really difficult to dry our hair etc. and get ready without this, we had to resort to reflections in the window which is far from ideal. There is room in the bedrooms for a mirror and even console dressing table. This would definitely put me off staying again. Little things like bedside reading light would also be helpful.

Everything was well maintained with plenty of equipment & full kitchen with everything you needed. Comfortable warm sitting areas. Very nice outdoor space & balcony. There really was nothing to dislike, maybe some hooks for coats in the downstairs cupboard would have been useful. The door leading to the balcony in the back bedroom was glass & had no blind which I think could be a problem in the summer for sleeping.

• mack (5/5): - I loved that it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Location was excellent The apartment has a blow dryer for hair, but not 1 bathroom had a place to plug in the hairdryer. How can you dry your hair without a mirror??? We walked around looking for a plug near a mirror and could not find one. Had to set up a little compact mirror and sit on the floor in the bedroom to be able to blow dry. As a woman, this is important. We had 2 couples traveling, and we both had the same issue! It made it very difficult. Sounds crazy, but it's the small things when traveling. Not having a plug in any bathroom is very strange.

• Cull (6/5): - The apartment was in a fantastic location with easy access to Holborn and Covent Garden tube stations. The interior was beautifully laid out and decorated and facilities and amenities provided were perfect. There was a real issue with the garbage and bins stored outside the property, both in the alleyway to the side and two which were placed right outside the front door. The smell was atrocious and attracted a lot of bugs and flies which we were continually having to deal with during the stay. The pillows were like bricks, a selection of pillow types instead of four of the same might be a good idea going forward.

There is construction on a connecting building on Parker St and Drury Lane, which meant that outside the bedroom window there was some noise. No air conditioning, but they provided fans and it was cool enough with fans and open windows.
• Andreas (9/5): we komen terug maar niet in de zomer 😅🥵 - schitterend! alle comfort !! mooi ongerichte keuken met alle voorzieningen, leuke omgeving in de buurt van theaters en restaurants geen echte airco maar enkel ventilatie maar onvoldoende bij zulke warmte . maar de ramen aan straatkant kunnen niet open door veel straatlawaai.

• Svilen (10/5): Exceptional - Location, only 5 mon from Covent Garden and walking distance to the major sightseeing locations. Lots of restaurants, bars, taverns, shopping and theaters. The only slight negative is the walk to the nearest tube stations which is 7 min to Holborn, 12 min to Tottenham Court, and 9 min to Covent Garden station. If you have suitcases, it may be a bit long.

The standard of the accommodation, the location and the contact from the owners was excellent. A soft pillow on each of the beds would have been brilliant to go with one of the harder ones supplied. The beds were some of the best I have slept on in Europe. The staff was extremely kind and polite and attentive. We came from USA to celebrate our Daugher’s 30th birthday and it was absolutely lovely! Nothing, I would come back in a heartbeat to stay here.

An easy fix?

Two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on one floor, and another on the second floor, albeit much smaller. The living room, additional bathroom, kitchen, and dining area are also on the upper floor. A small terrace with an outside sitting area accessible from the living room. Large beds. Super clean. Very responsive team. We had problems with the hot water twice during our stay. The staff addressed the problem, but the issue repeated itself. Don't expect a late checkout
• Jamie (8/5): Perfect location for tourist and sizeable apartment. Perfect place for cold showers - A spacious and well-appointed apartment with generously sized rooms. The balcony provided a pleasant spot for fresh air, and both the lounge and beds were exceptionally comfortable, with a great selection of pillows. The highlight, however, was the location—ideally situated near Holborn and Covent Garden tube stations, with Leicester Square also within easy walking distance. An excellent base for exploring central London. While the apartment had promise, our 10-day stay was unfortunately overshadowed by a persistent and disruptive issue: a chronic lack of hot water. With six people in the apartment, we found ourselves rationing showers to a mere 3 minutes each — not out of preference, but sheer necessity. Every morning became a strategic operation just to ensure basic hygiene. For a property of this size and length of our stay, this was incredibly disappointing and had a significant impact on our comfort throughout the stay. We thought it would've been fixed after day 1 issue but continually was a daily inconvenience and battle.

• Deborah (10/5): CLean, comfortable, well-equipped flat in a great location for London tourists. - Fantastic location and well equipped flat. It was spotless when we arrived and had all the space and essentials we needed. Very much appreciated all the supplies such as extra toilet paper, trashbags, coffee pods, dish washer and liquid dish soap, etc. Three minute walk from the Covent Garden Underground Station so very easy to get to from Heathrow. Lots of great pubs, restaurants,j shops and theatres within a 10 minute walk. OVerall the flat was excellent and very comfortable. However, the memory foam bed pillows are very heavy and feel like bricks. While the beds were very comfortable, everyone staying in our flat disliked the bed pillows. Most used the decorative bed pillow instead and put the standard bed pillows in the closet for our stay.

It was really comfortable, quiet, and perfect for our family. The location was also fantastic — close to everything yet peaceful. We would happily stay again
• John (8/5): Will stay again. Convenient and good value. Clean tidy spacious. - Great looking gaff. Easy to access. Good shower. Good tv. Clean. Coffee pods. Excellent matress. Would definitely stay again very good value! Struggled with the memory foam Pillows, altho a high quality item often seen as a luxury item, if you are not use to them they can cause discomfort and you have two of them each. So i had to sleep without which was preffered. So maybe an extra option of a spare softer pillow would be useful. Flat above was noisy and lots noise from upstairs toilet and water pipes gushing! Maybe some milk sachets/portions as could make tea and coffee thanks but no milk! I do get that it is kinda a self catering thing so thats cool Couldnt really control the room temp - im assuming its a hearing system not a a/c system - so if its too cold you Can warm it, but if its too hot you dont seem To be able to cool it! Bathroom window didnt work.
