• Ana (10/5): Exceptional stay - I adored this accommodation! Such an attention to detail that i couldn't recommend enough this place! The place had literally everything you need and beyond! Some examples - pastries and fruit, wine, beer, water, cleaning products, a lot of appliances - lemon juicer, sandwich maker, toaster, milk frother, electric kettle, coffee machine with capsules, filter coffee machine and many more. Everything was of great quality and the design of the rooms was spot on! The decor was incredible, there were sea shells placed to create an atmosphere, but not to many to become disturbing! There was a balcony facing the indoor court where you can stay and drink the coffee or wine, at night it was lighted by the solar panel powered lights, great idea! There was also a first aid kit, impressive!! There were playing cards, magnetic chess and snakes and ladders that you can use! Also some souvenirs prepared by the host, i was blown away! The communication was done via chat, we faced no issues and the host responded very kindly and prompt each time. Even if we did not meet i felt there was a connection! :) Also it's very close to the seaside, parking was good and we always found place (end of September) Exceptional, this should be a reference to how every host should look after the guests! One thing i could feel could be improved is the bed mattress, it was a bit hard. Other than that, everything was exceptional!
• Noella (10/5): Amazing stay in Sitia. Beautiful, super clean apartment in fantastic location. - This was one of the nicest apartments of our entire vacation! It was even better than the pictures, super clean and completely renovated with beautiful furniture. The owner has thought of everything you might want, including slippers and bathrobes. The fridge had lots of goodies for us and fresh pastries, plus breakfast items. The bathroom was very nice, with a wonderful tub and shower. There was a washing machine with a large drying rack. We enjoyed the deck which overlooks an inner courtyard so it was quiet for sleeping. Location was fabulous. 4 minute walk to a great grocery store and about 6 minute walk to the bus station. The beach was literally around the corner and the start of the restaurants was as well. The owner was extremely good at communicating. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment. We are hoping to return ourselves next year Nothing. All was perfect
• Tiziana (10/5): - Appartamento molto grande e comodo, con una cucina super attrezzata, e angolo sala con divano e televisione. Il proprietario all'arrivo ci ha fatto trovare un cesto sul tavolo con il necessario per la colazione. E' presente una lavatrice con il detersivo per utilizzarla, ferro da stiro e un armadio molto ampio. C'è un balcone che da sul cortile interno attrezzato con tavolo e sedie. E' situato a 50 metri dalla spiaggia e a 100 metri dal centro di Sitia, dove si trovano tantissimi ristoranti.

• Hazel (10/5): Beautiful apartment - Seaside Breeze is one of the best holiday apartments we have ever stayed in. The apartment is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. We also appreciated all the foodie treats provided by the hosts as it made us feel really welcome. The location is ideal being close to the beach and all the restaurants but also quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of free parking nearby for our car.
• ANDRIANI (10/5): Ένα από τα καλύτερα καταλύματα που έχουμε μείνει! - Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, δίπλα στην παραλία και στο κέντρο της Σητείας, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια. Ακριβώς απέναντι υπάρχει δημόσιο πάρκινγκ στο οποίο πάντα βρίσκαμε θέση μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά, ακόμη και τον Αύγουστο. Το ίδιο το διαμέρισμα είναι πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και προσεγμένο, με όμορφη διακόσμηση και παροχές που καλύπτουν κάθε ανάγκη. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (ακόμη και air fryer!), πλυντήριο/στεγνωτήριο με απορρυπαντικά, απλώστρα με μανταλάκια κ.ά. Μας περίμεναν κεράσματα στο ψυγείο: νερά, φρούτα, χυμοί, τοπικά γλυκά και καλάθι με είδη πρωινού το οποίο ήταν πραγματικά μία πολύ όμορφη χειρονομία. Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

• Σιουστη (10/5): - Η διαμονή μας ήταν πραγματικά άψογη! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική, ήσυχη αλλά και κοντά σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλική, ευγενική και πάντα διαθέσιμη για οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε, κάνοντάς μας να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Υπήρχαν όλα τα καλούδια για το πρωινό μας και το βραδινό μας ποτακι στο μπαλκόνι! Σίγουρα θα ξαναεπιλέξουμε το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

• Silvia (9/5): - Host super accoglienti, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato dolci tipici in omaggio, uva e bevande fresche nel frigorifero. Appartamento praticamente in centro. Nessuna difficoltà a trovare parcheggio gratuito intorno alla struttura.
• Lena (10/5): The perfect place. - This apartment in Sitia is truly outstanding. The location could not be better – just a short walking distance from everything you might need: shops, restaurants, the seafront, and the old town. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and exceptionally clean, with every detail carefully thought through. It is fully equipped with everything one could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings, making it feel like a real home away from home. The service was flawless, with quick responses and warm hospitality that made the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sitia – it is a perfect choice in every way. There is no sea view. But this was not a problem. The balcony was very convenient and the distance from the beach is only 35 meters.

• GEORGIOS (10/5): The absolute best experience for visiting Sitia! - The definition of the perfect host! We arrived at the apartment and a full fridge was waiting for us with fresh fruit, juice, water, spritz. Various cookies were on the table along with welcome gifts. The apartment was spotless clean, fully equipped, there was even an air-fryer! Location excellent, communication excellent. Perfect in all aspects! Nothing.

• Jitte (9/5): Heerlijke plek in Sitia - Heel fijn en ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien! Warm welkom met persoonlijke boodschap en wat boodschappen/lekkernijen! Je voelt de liefde die de eigenaar erin stopt. Op steenworp afstand van de zee en de boulevard met gezellige restaurantjes. Niks op aan te merken.

• Marianna (10/5): Perfect spot close to Vai Beach - The apartment perfectly reflects the pictures and is in a very strategic position very close to everything! Parking was super easy, too. We really appreciated the warm welcome with fruit and sweets, and the communication was always smooth and professional. There was a fan in the bedroom, so we didn't even use the AC as it was not super hot, and we appreciated it. Also, the balcony is on an internal patio, very quiet, and perfect for breakfast or dinner. It's on the first floor, but surprisingly, it also has a lift for people who can't climb stairs. We will be back for sure! All great!
• Peter (10/5): Beyond expectations - If i could give a score of more than 10 i would. The apartment is pristine, cleaner than anything. The team went above and beyond with the assortment of fruits, pastries and drinks as well as extras. The location is fantastic at less than 60 meters to the ocean. Plenty if bars, restaurants and convenience stores a short walk away. This is a must stay, you couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend this property. Nothing to dislike

• Nikolaus (10/5): A perfect spot for a wonderful holiday. - The Seaside Breeze Apartment (sleeps 2) is located approximately 50 meters from the beach in the eastern part of Sitia, in a quiet courtyard. The apartment is about 300 meters from the harbor and the nearest restaurants. The nearest larger supermarket is about 200 meters away. Key collection is easy thanks to the key safe. Awaiting you is a perfectly furnished apartment with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and all the necessary accessories: dishes, glasses, cleaning supplies, towels, bed linen, a washing machine, and a basic supply of groceries, beer, and wine. The very friendly owners are happy to help and advise you. The apartment's special features include its absolute cleanliness, its lovely balcony with seating, its brightness, and its beautiful furnishings. If you're looking for inspiration for decorating your own home, you've come to the right place. I regretted not being able to stay longer. To me, Sitia is a town of true beauty. It may lack the patina and baroque splendor that Chania exudes due to its several thousands of years of history, and it may also not be prettied up for the tourists and you won’t find there, the exaggerated makeup of the town as in Rethimno. But that’s exactly why the zest for life, the music of lyre and laouto (lute), the arts and crafts, and the objectivity of science add to the special grace of this truly authentic, charming town. If you, like most visitors, are looking for a pretty little harbor town featuring picturesque taverns, a lively promenade lined with cafés, and a one-kilometer sandy beach with perfect bathing spots, you will definitely fall in love with this typical cretan town. Enjoy the relaxed, hospitable atmosphere of a small world of its own. \

• Efstathia (10/5): Best hosting experience I've had so far! - The location was supreme, the apartment was immaculately cleaned and equipped with everything I could've asked for and more. The hosts welcomed us with local sweets and full breakfast facilities. They were also super thoughtful and attentive in equipping the apartment with everything a guest might need for a carefree stay, including all kinds of toiletries and cleaning supplies. The cute gifts they left for us were such a pleasant surprise! I had the best stay and hope to be back soon!
