• CLEMENT (8/5): - l'emplacement, la vue sur mer, les équipements de la cuisine, le jardin, la maison est spacieuse, avec une belle terrasse, la situation sur l'île La décoration de la maison est plus que minimaliste, l'accès à la piscine n'est pas protégé pour les enfants (pas de barrière) pas de couverture supplémentaire, la météo était froide et pluvieuse à notre arrivée, nous avons demandé des couvertures supplémentaires, qui nous ont été apportées le lendemain, nous n'avions pas été informés que l'eau du robinet n'était pas potable, c'est mieux de la savoir à l'avance, aucun sac poubelle mis à disposition, un minimum de papier toilette, aucune épicerie (sel, huile, vinaigre etc...) nous avons découvert pas mal de cafards dans la cuisine

• Andre (10/5): Best place I've stayed in ages. - Honestly, one of the nicest places I've stayed. The location was superb with sunset views of the beach and sea. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and accessible. Communication was excellent and we were blessed with a slightly later checkout which meant that we could go for a morning swim before leaving the island. Thank you

• Elizabeth (9/5): Séjour très agréable dans un environnement calme à proximité de la plage et des commerces. - Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement du logement, la vue mer, la piscine, l'espace, les terrasses, la propreté du logement, la proximité de la plage et la situation géographique en général qui permet de découvrir l'île de Minorque très facilement.
• Tarryn (9/5): Brilliant Villa - Very clean, great facilities, amazing location, management company was fantastic. If I had to have one complaint is maybe more toilet roll as the shops were not open when we arrived due to our flight being delayed however this would be a stupid complaint.

• Monica (9/5): - Genial tot. La piscina, la cuina nova i amb tots els estris. Els banys molt grans. Tot molt net. La zona de barbacoa… les vistes al mar… Els llits no son massa còmodes.
• Billy (9/5): Beautiful Villa perfect location - Amazing location really close to shops/ restaurants/ bus links with a stunning sea view. 15 min walk to the son bou beach or 2 min drive. Beach is downhill so uphill the way back - be prepared for it! Plenty of kitchen equipment inc dishwasher tabs. Pool is a really good size and 4 loungers provided. Huge villa plenty of space and was very clean. Sun comes around the pool the entire day. Big bathrooms with plenty of towels provided. Easy to find and parking on the drive for 1 car. We would return and recommend to others especially for those wanting to be close to everything. Things I think would improve the Villa. Aircon is in the main bedroom but not in the 2 other bedrooms which I feel is needed. There is no option for shade around the pool - a pool shade/ sun brolly would make a huge difference enabling you to relax by the pool out of the sun.

• Moukarram (9/5): Superb - The location is excellent near a very nice beach. The pool is very nice Cockroaches in the villa. Need to remove and sweep daily. Anyway, was not a major problem for us.
• Ramon (8/5): Ideal family Villa - Have been to this villa before and it is even better now.` Plenty of traditional Spanish furniture, Plenty of Kitchen equipment. Plenty of space inside and out. The villa was very clean and well presented. location ideal. Air con wasn't working but not required-was assured it would be attended to on our departure. TV could do with being a little larger (but that is not a cause for complaint !!) Birds were a bit noisy but that's nature isn't it !!
