• Joshua (10/5): Clean rooms and friendly team - Very responsive team. They even exchanged our pillows after we asked for different ones! Overall great stay and nice location. Pretty big room.
• Edward (7/5): Excellent location. Lots of urban noise. - The apartment is conveniently located to bus stops & Metro connections to easliy manuever through the city. We love adventure — that’s why we travel! The ancient elevator is tiny: just enough room for two adults standing close enough to kiss and two suitcases. Thankfully, the mechanics are modern and smooth. The apartment is located along the main route to the city hospital, so ambulance sirens can be frequent and startling. Fortunately, the double-paned windows help ensure a restful night’s sleep.

• Albert (10/5): - We liked the location! Bar Sangio was are go to for our coffee and pastries within a few steps. The coliseum was in walking distance. But the best part was our host, Franco! He was always available, very friendly, our jpersonal concierge! He even contacted a personal driver to take us to the train station on time and followed up with us to make sure we arrived on time and got on the right train We would definitely stay again!

I will definitely stay there again! The lift/elevator in the building was a little unreliable, but quickly fixed when it was out of order.

Расположение отличное, рядом находится метро, откуда удобно добираться до всех основных достопримечательностей Рима. До Колизея можно дойти пешком примерно за 15 минут. Отдельно хочется отметить прекрасный вид с балкона общей кухни — там было очень приятно проводить время. Однозначно рекомендуем!

Nice bakery/coffee place just downstairs, perfect for breakfast and aperol. Modern, clean and large room and bathroom in a typical town house. The street can be noisy in the morning, but this is expected in Rome
• Alexander (10/5): - Loved our stay here. Great location, opposite one of the main Basilica’s in Rome - go inside, it’s great! Room was clean, spacious, air conditioning worked, nice kitchen. Would happily stay here again. On arrival there was so many signs about closing the elevator doors and I thought it was abit overkill. However during our stay, on two occasions other guests didn’t close the elevator doors properly which meant walking up 5 flights of stairs. If I lived in the building, I’d be fuming so no wonder all the signs!! If you are staying here please close the doors of the elevator - it’s not that hard!!! Not the accommodations fault, just inconsiderate guests.

The HVAC mini split was a mystery to operate. I had to climb 5 stories to retrieve the elevator because someone left the inner doors open when they got off.

• Angelika (10/5): - Bardzo udany pobyt! 🇮🇹 Rezerwacja przebiegła bezproblemowo, a właściciel przekazał nam wszystkie niezbędne informacje — wszystko sprawnie i zdalnie. Dodatkowo bardzo szybko odpowiadał na zapytania, był niezwykle miły i pomocny, co od razu zrobiło świetne wrażenie. Samo mieszkanie jak i pokój były bardzo czyste, schludne i przytulne. Na miejscu znajdowało się wszystko, czego potrzeba: ręczniki, suszarka do włosów, mała lodówka. Ogromnym atutem jest przepiękny widok z balkonu na miasto — zdecydowanie coś, co zapada w pamięć. Część wspólna (kuchnia) również na plus — dobrze wyposażona (mikrofala, lodówka, ekspres do kawy) oraz miły akcent w postaci poczęstunków dla gości. Widać dbałość o detale i komfort pobytu. Ogólnie wszystko było na bardzo wysokim poziomie — serdecznie polecam! 🤍 —— We had a very wonderful stay! 🇮🇹 The reservation process went smoothly and the owner provided all the necessary information — everything was handled efficiently and remotely. He also responded very quickly to our inquiries and was extremely kind and helpful, which made a great first impression. Both the apartment and the room were very clean, neat, and cozy. Everything we needed was available on site: towels, a hairdryer, and a small fridge. A huge highlight is the beautiful city view from the balcony — truly something memorable. The shared kitchen area is also a big plus — well equipped (microwave, fridge, coffee machine) and with a nice touch of treats for guests. You can really see the attention to detail and care for guests’ comfort. Overall, everything was at a very high level — highly recommended! 🤍

L’hôte était très gentil et accommodant. Étant arrivée vers midi, j’ai pu me poser dans la cuisine en attendant ma chambre. Lit confortable, chambre propre. La petite cuisine commune était bien pratique. Pas de fer à repasser pour le linge

Чисте помешкання з усім необхідним, на кухні є кава, чай, деякі перекуси в якості компліменту. Є посуд, і можливість щось приготувати. Менеджер дуже ввічливий, надав всю інформацію і був на зв’язку. Нам все сподобалось!
• lien (8/5): Had a pleasant stay. It was clean and super convenient. Cons were thin walls and few storage space. - The room was very clean and tidy. The best thing was THE BATHROOM DIDN'T STINK OF SEWAGE! When we went to Athens and Florence, we had to hold our breaths whenever we entered the bathroom. This one was the only one that didn't smell! Just for that is like +1000000. The location was really good! Five mins walk to the metro station and most major attactions were along that metro route. Super convenient! The walls are not very good at soundproofing. You can hear people in the other room speak. Can't really make out the words but you can hear mumbling. The elevator is very old fashion (like probably early 1900s) which is cool in some ways, but it doesn't really work half the time because people forget to close the inner door. More often than not, you have to climb 5 floors. Good for cardio though. Having said that, that's not something the host can control. Def wish there was a bit more storage place to hang clothes.
• Leanne (10/5): One of the best places I have stayed. - Everything was wonderful. It is such a lovely building and apartment. Loved the room to the rear and courtyard view. Fantastoviews and location. The owner was particuohwlpful and accommodating. Nothing was a problem he was so helpful and kind. I found this so good after dealing with the business and challenges of Rome each day. The kitchen area a bonus, it had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Room was great. The fridge was a useful extra for personal items. The ability to leave bags after check out within a flat situation was so helpful as so often this is not considered in this apartment situation. I would stay again tomorrow. The air freshener that is a bit toxic to humans in the hallway.

L’accueil était chaleureux, la chambre très propre et confortable, et l’emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville. Rome est une ville très animée et donc assez bruyante, mais une fois les fenêtres fermées, le calme est total, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. La vue depuis l’établissement est tout simplement magique et rend l’expérience encore plus mémorable. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit ! Aucun point négatif, nous avons pleinement apprécié notre séjour.

Bus, tram, and metro stops were close by, as were grocery stores and the Colosseum. The communal kitchen had everything you needed, and there was also coffee and tea. Great host. - We loved our stay at Casa Cecilia, the room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, which is a must when staying away from home. The host, Franco, was very friendly and checked in a couple of times during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Additionally the location is ideal for access to major focal points. The views off the balcony are stunning, very nice to enjoy over a glass of wine. If we was to come back to Rome, we would definitely choose to stay here again!

• Eleonora (10/5): Ottimo B&B per posizione, stanza e servizi. - Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, ma noi ci siamo trovate molto bene, la camera grande, idem il bagno, bellissima vista su S. Giovanni in Laterano. E' un B&B in un palazzo storico con mi pare solo 4 camere, quindi tranquillo. Comodissimo alla Metro, a poca distanza dal Colosseo. Siamo state accolte personalmente dall'host, molto gentile con cui abbiamo comunicato facilmente anche prima del nostro arrivo. Possibilità di usufruire di una piccola sala attrezzata con bollitore, macchinetta del caffè e succhi e snack messi a disposizione gratuitamente degli ospiti. In caso di altro soggiorno a Roma torneremo volentieri. Niente.

Il condizionatore c'ha tenuto al caldo il giusto, ma se necessario c'è un termosifone funzionante in bagno che riscalda molto e veloce. La cucina è grande e spaziosa. L'unica pecca potrebbe essere l'isolamento acustico che è veramente basso.
• malizza (1/5): Scam!! - The code to the room was wrong and when I reached out for help I received a message back stating they were “closed” and would contact me the next morning. Not only did I not hear back from them, we had to find a hotel at almost midnight in a city we were not familiar with and had to spend $463 for a few hours of sleep! So I got scammed out of the cost of the room PLUS a taxi ride to find other hotels. After the 12th hotel we visited, after midnight, I had to spend $463 I wasn’t expecting to spend. In addition to the $463 we missed our tour in Naples that I had paid for and couldn’t get our money back.

• Cvišić (10/5): Perfect for couples, walkable distance to city center - It's perfect for couples that are in a touristic visit. We stayed in a "Blue room", there was plenty of space for the two of us. Bathroom is also decent size and everything is functional. It was 10 degrees outside when we visited, but inside the room and bathroom it was very warm, heating is really good. It has nice view from the window, an TV with Netflix was useful late at night. The best things are the bed and pillows, they were super comfortable, which is really nice when you walk all day across Rome. We arrived at the Termini Station from the airport, and then walked from there to the apartment. It's about 20min walk. There is a 10-15min walk from the apartment to the Colosseum. But I should say that below the apartment there is a bus station nearby, which we didn't use actually. Google maps show apartment is directly on the street so it's confusing, but just look at the building and search for huge doors with number 18b, it's not that hard actually it took us 2 min to spot it. We didn't even see the owner everything is automated, but he is available all the time on whatsup so that's cool also. Only thing that was a bit unpleasant is that the towels had a funky smell (they were clean). Also I would recommend to the owner to put one trash can in the room so it's easier to collect trash.

• Joseph (8/5): Was only for one night, but was a clean room, nothing ritzy but comfortable and has a reasonable rate. About a 20-30 min - Clean room, easy access, not too far from the Coliseum, comfortable bed. Communal kitchen has utensils and dishes to cover most needs for eating and drinking. Finding the right entrance at the street level isn’t too intuitive on the first time. Would also be helpful if there was greater assistance with arranging taxi rides, especially to the airport. The recommendation (more places do this too) was to download an Italian Taxi app through which you can then order a taxi. Taxis don’t seem to be abundant and they won’t come right away. Knowing Italian also helps a lot (which I don’t 😉). The whole experience is definitely not as easy as, for example, ordering an Uber in other cities.

Proprietario disponibile e professionale , informazioni ben dettagliate e ha scritto per sapere se andasse tutto bene. Unica nota negativa. La nostra caldaia era in bagno e l'appartamento adiacente al nostro probabilmente era collegato alla stessa caldaia. Per nostra sfortuna alle 5 530 del mattino questi clienti facevano la doccia e si sentiva tutto.

It i - It is close to two major cathedrals in Rome that we wanted to visit. Excellent view of the room and the kitchen area. Walking distance to Colosseum and it has a really nice bakery coffee just a few feet away. The heater was not working so we didn’t get to take a shower in our entire stay☹️
