• Rowena (10/5): Relaxing staycation - The comfort of the bed, shower with water pressure, cleanliness and room space. Upon check-in the guy at front desk seems not familiar with the process and took me like almost 30 minutes for check-in. He is a little confused. I showed the confirmation booking but he don’t know what to do with it. But all in all it is a good experience .

I had a very special treatment since I arrived at the reception and even before once I arrived at Riyadh airport through the what's app group I would like to thank the reception team for they prompt reply and immediate action taken since I arrived The rooms are super clean, and the housekeeping team is amazing. 🙏
