• Katrin (5/5): Ohne Baustelle, gerne wieder. - Die große der Raum, Essecke mit Esstisch, kleine Sofa, Sauberkeit, 5 Minuten Gehweg zur Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Strand. Das war genial. Unser Balkon war auf Straßenseite. Dort war gleichzeitig der Eingangsbereich zum Zimmer und das einzige Fenster. Worüber wir aber sehr unglücklich waren, war das, das gegenüber unser Balkon in abstand von 5 Meter, eine RIESEN BAUSTELLE gibt und die Bauarbeiter beginnen morgens um 7 Uhr zu arbeiten und damit war auch entsprechend SEHR LAUT und staubig. Die Vermieterin entschuldigte sich oftmals bei uns. Es wäre aber gegenüber die Gäste/Reisende fair gewesen, wenn die Vermieterin ebenso die Booking.com sie in der Beschreibung darüber informiert hätten. So könnten wir uns z. B. vorher entscheiden, ob wir diese im Kauf nehmen.
• Grozavu (8/5): - Am avut parte de o ședere foarte plăcută. Camera a fost curată( curățenia se face o data la 3 zile) și confortabilă, exista de-asemenea si o canapea extensibilă, iar apartamentul arată exact ca în poze. Locația este aproape de orasul Neos Marmaras (10 minute cu masina) cat si de plaja Paradisios(5 minute de mers pe jos) plaja este una cu pietre si nu cu nisip fin, însă sunt foarte multe plaje in zona care dispun de o intrare mai lina, locația este intr-o zona liniștita, unde ai acces atât la supermarket cat si la restaurante. Gazda a fost foarte amabilă.

• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay in. The rooms were clean, well equipped, with new furniture. The accommodation is located in a quiet area but despite that you have everything nearby. The beach is just 1-2 minutes away, the market (which is well equipped) is ~5 minutes away, and the taverns are really close. The accommodation is pet friendly, we were there with our pet. Also nearby, there are green areas perfect for walks with your dog, unlike Neos marmaras downtown were is close to impossible to find green areas.
• Diana (10/5): Exceptional - Room is clean and well equipt. Very modern design. Is really close to the beach and the restaurants in Paradisos. Accomodation has access to a little garden with grill and kitchen. Cleaning is done every 3 day. Hosts are very friendly. No minus.

• Maria (7/5): Beautiful place but dirty - Modern quite big apartment, next to the beach, close to Marmaras. The apartment wasn't ready when my husband and I arrived at 14:00. As a result the apartment got cleaned quickly, the bathroom was really dirty only the floor was clean. The bin was full of rubbish. They apologised and said that there were many rooms to be cleaned that morning. I didn't have a problem to wait for an hour I understand it's high season. But I was expecting at least a clean bathroom as I was pregnant and use the toilet frequently. However considering this I know it happens due to many visitors.

• Nazlı (10/5): Everything was great - The location of the hotel was great, very close to the sea. The beach is great, you can find restaurants and cafes. We were greeted with a smile, the owner lady speaks Turkish. The room was clean and large. There were plenty of towels, plates and kitchen utensils.

• Liubomir (10/5): Exceptional - The position of the hotel is perfect, very close to the beach. It is clean and everything in the room is new. The lady is very kind and responsive! Our room had a beautiful terrace looking to the back garden. Nothing to mention.

They could do with a bit more accessories in the kitchenette, like wine glasses, a few pots, a toaster, etc. Similarly, a hair drier would be nice to include. It would be nice to have laundry facilities around the place.
