• Milan (9/5): - Always a pleasure to stay in Dani's apartments. Clean and comfortable, nice location, big apartment. Accessibility is great. Very quite bedrooms that don't looks on the streets and comfortable beds. A complimentary waters, juices, coffee and sweets was very kind of Dani and we are grateful for that. Very minor stuff. Maybe a frying pan and some extra dishes would be nice to include, personally it didn't bother us for our short 2days stay.

Ev sahibi çok anlayışlı Bölgenin otopark sorunu mevcut. Valizleri bırakıp biraz ileride katlı otoparkı tercih ederseniz problem yaşamazsınız. Banyolar dar ama büyük bir sorun değil.

The apartment was not ready when we arrived in Thessaloniki, and while we were having lunch, the host sent multiple messages pressuring us to provide an exact arrival time. Despite this, the check-in went smoothly once we arrived, and Dani explained the house rules and apartment details. He mentioned check-out was at 11:00 AM, but he did not inform us of any penalty fee for a delayed checkout. On the day of departure, we checked out around 11:20 AM — only 20 minutes late — and the host charged us €150, claiming it was a penalty for the delay. I want to emphasize that this policy was never mentioned in person, over messages, nor was it listed on the Booking.com platform under the property’s terms. This charge feels unfair and misleading, as it was not communicated transparently. I believe this violates Booking.com's standards for clear policies and guest protection. I have saved all WhatsApp communication and call records as proof, which I can provide upon request. I kindly request that this issue be investigated and that the €150 charge be refunded or resolved appropriately.

Alle kamers hebben airco. Water en koffie aanwezig als geste. Schoon. Parkeergarage op redelijke loopafstand. Laag plafond in de douches. Niet veel waterdruk.

They met all our demands, especially for having a cot for our baby. They had bottle water, croissants and candies complementary. Location is excellent in the center of the city, near almost everything you must see and also for shopping A thin blanket would be a good addition for a comfort sleep. Toilet bucket could be bigger. (I had baby diapers to throw)

Apartament przeznaczony jest dla max 8 osób, a są tylko jedne klucze. Powodowało to komplikacje. Warto pomyśleć o miejscu, w ltórym można byłoby zostawiać klucz.
