• Andreas (9/5): Absolut empfehlenswert! - Miguel ist ein super Gastgeber mit wertvollen Tipps. Er spricht sogar Deutsch. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Ausstattung und war sehr sauber. Es hat auch alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Einzig die Lage ist etwas weit zu Fuß von der Marina Rubicón entfernt. Hier ist es am schönsten und sind die besten Restaurants von Playa Blanca.

Everything about our time here exceeded expectations. The facilities were great—spotless, modern, and clearly well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Most importantly, the host was wonderful. Their attentiveness, helpfulness, and warm welcome truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Communication was excellent, and they clearly take immense pride in ensuring guests have a faultless stay. Highly recommend this apartment and this outstanding owner! We would happily stay here again.

A tulajdonos személyesen várt az apartmannál, telefonon is azonnal reagált. Kedves gesztus volt az ásványvíz is a hűtöben, köszönjük 😊 Tiszta, rendezett, tökéletesen felszerelt lakás

• Carmen (10/5): - El apartamento superior a la expectativas que podíamos tener para cualquier alojamiento: superlimpio, utensilios de uso diario que no tengo ni en mi propia casa, terraza maravillosa con mampara cortavientos colocada estratégicamente, lámparas con ventiladores integrados, mosquiteras en todas las ventanas, sensores de captación de luz solar y movimiento en cocina, baño y terraza....y seguiría enumerando..... El anfitrión, Miguel, persona increíble, auténtico profesional, residente y conocedor de la isla. Desde el día de nuestra llegada, nos puso todo en bandeja y nos facilitó toda la información necesaria, ( taxis, transporte público, lugares de interés, lugares gastronómicos....), para que nos llevásemos esta imágen, conocimiento y ganas de volver a ésta maravillosa isla !!!!! REPETIREMOS SIN DUDA EN EL MISMO ALOJAMIENTO !!!!!!
• Ciara (10/5): I booked this apartment for my elderly parents as we were staying in the hotel directly opposite. It was perfect. Miguel - Excellent location, absolutely spotless accommodation, 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need & a great big balcony that got the sun all day. No aircon but each bedroom had ceiling fans & also stand alone fans so this was perfect :)

• Viktor91ru (8/5): Very good - The flat had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — towels, bed linens, kitchen utensils, and a good TV. The terrace was a great bonus for relaxing outdoors. The location is excellent — a quiet area with shops and a hospital nearby. We had a pleasant stay and appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and convenient location. It’s a great place to stay with the peaceful neighborhood and convenience. The furniture is quite old and worn, and really needs to be replaced. Also, keep in mind that it can get quite cold at night since there is no heating or air conditioning in the apartment.

Car can be parked very close which was great. Very close to the new Aldi ! Beautiful view of both the mountains and over lovely, well maintained gardens. Miguel, the host was very friendly and helpful.

• David (10/5): Miguel was a great and very friendly host and made our stay perfect. - Perfect apartment near the centre of Playa Blanca, close to the town centre with lots of restaurants and bars, as well as only a 20 min walk to the marina with its restaurants and bars. Apartment had everything you could wish for to enable you to cook if you want to as well as great internet connectivity and television with many of the usual apps such as Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime. Flat had a washing machine, oven, microwave and was fully equiped, really everything has been thought of. Beach towels were a nice touch, as well as beach umbrella. Nothing at all. It was all perfect. While there was no pool the beaches are all very close by and reachable by walking or by car.
