• Sima (1/5): Worst hotel ever - I don't recommend this place. I didn't feel safe travelling alone there and there were several problems. Let me explain. First problem was that I was given room 22 where the lock doesn't work. This was a disaster. The next problem was the aircondition not working. The room was freezing cold. It was very difficult to stay inside the room. The next issue was the freezer not working. I needed the freezer for ice packs after surgery. None of the issues were resolved. The hotel itself is not cosy at all and there were a hair in the bed when I arrived. The bed is uncomfortable and has 2 mattresses instead of 1. One mattress is higher than the other. Rooms are also not soundproof and you can hear all of the neighbours. Even though the hotel is cheap please save your money and go somewhere else. It's probably the worst place I ever stayed. I left after not sleeping for 2 days because I was so uncomfortable.

• Dashtizadeh (7/5): - Good location and everything was available and the facilities were acceptable. The mattresses were not double, and there were two single mattresses of different softness next to each other in the double bed. The sofa in the living room was badly broken, and I had to fix it more than 10 times a day, and we couldn't sit on the edge of it. The toilet was mounted on the wall higher than the standard height, and my feet were forced to reach the floor. The air conditioner in the bedroom was on the closet, and its air vent was stuck on top of the closet and wouldn't open, so it wasn't usable. The slippers inside the unit were paper and couldn't even be used once. There was no laundry detergent, and I had to buy a large package from the store. The bathroom drain was faulty, and it got a little better after I informed them.

• Najib (8/5): - The staff were very helpful and nice. They assist in many logistics when needed. staff are honest. We forgot items in the room, and when we returned after few days and asked about them, they were provided to us. Cleaning service should be handled better and be more frequent

• Lester (10/5): Perfect for my needs. Inexpensive Turkish experience and the washing machine was a bonus for me. - Location was within walking distance to the American Hospital. I had just been discharged and had to stick close by for 4 days. The little apartment had a washing machine that did a load in 15 minutes. I used it everyday. The hotel is in the area that sells women’s formal gowns so not a lot to see, but it’s close enough to local restaurants and canteens. All Turkish people in a business area. I loved it. Great Turkish food and no harassment to sit at their restaurant. The desk was always staffed and the staff were friendly. Actually the staff were genuinely warm, not just polite customer relations. Nothing really, I mean the decore is old but everything is clean, and the rate was unbelievably reasonable, which was great for my finances.

• Shinojosa (4/5): great location, not recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable or secure stay - The location is good, the host guy at the first day was the only one who was very friendly I was very disappointed with my stay. From the start, the experience was stressful and uncomfortable. On the first night, the suite we were given had a broken lock, which made it hard to relax knowing that anyone could easily open our door. After bringing this to the host’s attention, we were moved to another suite the next day. However, this room had a terrible odor coming from the bathroom, making it unpleasant to stay in. The overall cleanliness of the property was poor, and it felt like the rooms weren’t well-maintained. Additionally, the host, especially a woman who spoke almost no English, was unhelpful and dismissive. It was frustrating to communicate even the simplest concerns, and it was clear that guest comfort wasn’t a priority. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or secure stay.

During my stay, I had to change rooms five times for various reasons: lack of availability for the entire period, noisy neighbors, or rooms too small for two people. I must say that the hotel staff were very responsive to all my requests, patient, and kind. The hotel itself is an old structure with old furniture, just meeting the minimum requirements for a modest stay. However, it is conveniently located just a two-minute walk from Osmanbay metro station. Lastly, this hotel was the only place where I didn't hear morning prayers or any other noisy sounds from outside. I highly recommend this place to those seeking a modest yet peaceful environment with supportive staff. The hotel itself is an old structure with old furniture, just meeting the minimum requirements for a modest stay
