• Natalia (9/5): - Гарні апартаменти. Дуже зручне розташування, багато ресторанів і магазинів навколо. Є все необхідне для короткострокового перебування. Але зверніть увагу, що немає шафи, щоб скласти речі. В квартирі виникали питання з опаленням і інтернетом, проте власник приміщення швидко реагував і все виправляв. Також власник допоміг з організацією трансферу з/в аеропорту.

• Riyad (10/5): Sehr sauber und angenehm. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. - Wir waren für zehn Tage mit der ganzen Familie in diesem Hotel und sind rundum zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das uns den gesamten Aufenthalt über mit einem Lächeln begegnet ist. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön geht an Cemal, der sich besonders herzlich um uns gekümmert und dafür gesorgt hat, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlen. Seine Hilfsbereitschaft und Aufmerksamkeit haben unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, der Wert auf Sauberkeit, Gastfreundschaft und ein angenehmes Ambiente legt.

• Rama (7/5): Great location but needs renovation - The accommodation is very centrally located, close to both Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia. It’s easy to get around and the area is convenient for sightseeing. There were no wardrobes or storage space for clothes, which made the stay less practical. The place also needs renovation, as several things were old and worn.

• Sabria (10/5): Agréable, plaisant, magnifique et très beau et calm endroit - J'ai aimé le Monsieur responsable de l'appartement. Il était très respectueux, et généreux. Il nous a traité comme sa famille. Il nous a ramené des couverture quand il faisait froid un jour. Merci beaucoup gentleman. La seule chose c'est que le quartier est ancien mais très beau à découvrir ancient sultanahmet. Les hauts et les bas des routes aussi. Ça fait mal surtout en revenant très fatiguée

Бумага, чайники, кастрюли,кухонные принадлежности, главное горячая вода и стиральная машинка, кондиционер и телевизор. Благодарю Камала за помощь,за то что тепло приняли нас. В целом ,дом хорош. Пришла б я сюда еще раз, однозначно да. -
• Nataliia (9/5): - Гарне розташування, 10 хв і ми вже на площі Султан Ахмед. Поруч є супермаркет та безліч ресторанів. Господар радо організував нам трансфер до аэропорту. Зовсім маленькі мінуси, бракувало деяких дрібничок на кухні. В цілому усе добре.

• Rukhsana (1/5): If you have stroller or old people it’s not suitable - Location and the bathroom is good. Bidding was very dusty dump on bedroom wall boiler was faulty, no microwave in the kitchen.
• Mary (1/5): DONOT STAY HERE!!! - Pictures of place were very different with the one we stayed at. First of all the owner was initially very rude on the phone saying that we didn’t have any booking (it is probably because my phone number was different) but i told him that it is under my name but still he was very rude, and then after that being sorted upon arriving at the apartment the place was not easy to locate as the address was very vague and you can’t locate it on google maps. The place was not 5-10 mins away from The Mosque it was 20mins by walk and the street was quite a journey as you have to walk up and down. The actual apartment was an underground apartment the way was dirty and smells bad. They knew we were coming but the door was still broken and they were fixing it as soon as we arrived and didn’t even bother doing it before we arrived. The toilet’s lights were not working and the flush also didn’t work. They fixed the flush slightly (it was temperamental), but we have to use the mirrors light in the toilet. Toilet was not cleaned before we came. The rooms didn’t have any doors for division. The streets outside were very sketchy. Don’t book this place!!! Not the same place as we booked it was a different property! Rude owner Smelly bathroom Toilet flush not working Toilet lights not working Door was already broken and they only fixed it when we came so we have to wait for them to fix it before we could go out, but it was still broken!

• Abdi (10/5): Best place we had in Istanbul - We had a fantastic stay at this property! Everything was new, spotlessly clean, and in perfect condition. The owner is the kindest man, always going out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. He speaks Arabic and frequently checked in with us to make sure everything was okay, offering plenty of assistance whenever needed. The property offers clean towels and sheets, and the air conditioning is perfect—keeping us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The owner also runs a nearby hotel and would graciously invite us for tea and snacks every evening—a true gentleman. The property itself is still new, very clean, and equipped with fast internet. My family enjoyed our stay immensely. Highly recommend this place! None
• Larossa (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very hospitable, he welcomed us at the door, the interior of the apartment is newly built, beautiful, clean, spacious, everything is very useful, 5 minutes walking distance from Sultanahmet, we liked it very much, I will visit again.
• Malik (1/5): AVOID AT ANY COST!!! - Only location TOTAL SCAM!!! The property advertised actually didn’t exist. We went around afternoon of 8th August 2024 and the receptionist told us that our reserved apartment has got some problem and belonged to his friend and according to him he requested him to provide an alternative accommodation instead. The apartment they provided us was in an unacceptable condition, dirty mould and only 1 air conditioner was working that was not enough to cool the full apartment. When we arrived there another family was already there and told us the same story and they left without taking that apartment and told us that it’s not what’s advertised. The receptionist was kept on saying he will speak with the manager, we were in a rush as we had an attraction booked already and were running late and had to leave our stuff in the apartment. The receptionist assured us that the apartment will be cleaned and the manager will get back to us. We returned to the apartment around mid night on the same day and nothing was cleaned. The manager spoke to us over the phone saying either leave NOW or stay, make a decision in 2 minutes instead of resolving any of the issues and answering any of our queries or offering any compensation. It was not easy for us with 3 children to go elsewhere mid night when we had only 2 days to stay in Istanbul. That was a BLACKMAIL. We had to stay in the same apartment during our visit to Istanbul with mould dirt and leaking ceiling of bathroom. We have all the proofs in the form of photos of this big scam apartment. We had a chat with the receptionist last night before leaving and he admitted that the apartment advertised actually didnt exist when we requested him to at least tell us where over reserved apartment is located. We request BOOKING.COM to do all the required checks before advertising any apartment. The apartment we reserved doesn’t even exist, the property address & name was totally different.
