• Claudia Tassone (10/5): Great apartment! - Great location, right next to restaurants and bars. Nice modern and clean apartment, with comfy beds. Communication with the owner was prompt and excellent. Very accommodating and quick to respond. I would highly recommend this apartment. There was a slight smell coming out from the drain in the bathroom. Being so close to bars, it was noisy at night until 2am every night.

Con calefacción por radiadores y AA, además de un calefactor en el baño. Totalmente equipado con menaje en cocina, baño, habitaciones. Las camas cómodas. La lencería nueva, impoluta. Se entra con código, lo que facilita el ingreso. El anfitrión nos permitió entrar antes de tiempo ya que nos venía mejor. La zona es muy céntrica y la calle tiene buenos restaurantes. Se puede transitar por la noche sin miedo. Todo perfecto

Llits molt còmodes. - L'escala de la comunitat fa molta pudor de menjar, sobretot a all. - A les nits hi ha molta renou al carrer - Els desaigües del bany fan molta olor a clavegueram - El pis és fred. Vam posar la calefacció a la sala i, quan vam endollar la segona estufa, van votar els ploms dues vegades. Sort que hi havia mantes de sofà.

• charlybartholomew (10/5): Fantastic place to stay in Granada - As soon as we walked in you could instantly tell it was very clean and had fresh smell. Everything was great, the sofas were great for relaxing and the beds were very comfortable. It is just as pictured but does feel more spacious than the photos. It is in a great location and easily accessible to every part of Granada. I read some reviews about the noise but have to say we didnt have this issue for getting to sleep. Very well designed apartment and if any of us return to Granada we have said we would 100% go here again!
• Kaye (9/5): Beautiful apartment, great location! - The apartment was really great - clean, cosy and had all the facilities that you need. The beds were comfy, the bathroom and kitchen were really nice. The location was also good - really central, and lots of restaurants, bars and shops around. The apartment was on the third floor, but there is a lift, so all good! Communication with the host was great - really responsive with good information. The noise from the bars right next to the apartment was quite loud at night - particularly in the front bedroom, but this is to be expected considering how centrally located it is.

• Gregory (10/5): Awesome place. Highly recommended - Very well located, clean and comfortable. Very nice building. Pictures were reality. Because of its location there is noise from bars close by but not a dealbreaker as far as we were concerned but could be troublesome for others.
• Alessandro (7/5): Good - The apartment itself was great - good location (1 block from the cathedral, 15 minute walk to the Alhambra, near a lot of shops), clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The noise at night from the pubs/bars/restaurants on the street below kept us up half the night (in the room with the double bed). Something to be aware of - on both the Thursday and Friday nights, until 4-5am
• Edward (8/5): A comfortable apartment, centrally located, with minor issues. Would stay here again. - Location is ideal and central. Entry and exit was easy. The lobby is immaculate and attractive. The elevator next to the apartment was perfect for moving luggage. Bedding and linens are comfortable. Living area was well laid out for group conversation. The host is extremely communicative and responsive. The apartment was cold, and we couldn't figure out how to operate the individual in-room wall mounted heater units (no English instructions available). The host told us how to use the heat pumps to heat the apartment, but it took a long time to bring the apartment to a comfortable temperature. The bathroom seemed to have a venting problem as it took a long time for bathroom odors to dissipate. The central location, while ideal for getting around the city, also meant that the apartment was loud. I recommend bringing ear plugs to ensure sound sleep.

• Alison (10/5): Great place to stay in Granada, very comfortable stay, great location for touring. - Great location for touring. A little rowdy at night in surrounding streets but not a big deal for us. Comfy bed, hot shower, great living area, lift a bonus as on 3rd floor. Would recommend. Could be a little noisy at night for some and some early deliveries heard. But, it’s a great area so there are trade offs.
