• Sophia (10/5): Wonderful apartment in a great location! - We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautifully decorated property with all the amenities we needed. Very clean, two showers and plenty of towels. Very large comfy bed with memory foam pillows. We loved the sauna and jacuzzi, it was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Amazing location - walkable distance to the colosseum, Roma Termini and other landmarks. So many great restaurants nearby and a supermarket a few doors down. The area felt very safe. The host (Kiki) was wonderful, very welcoming and prompt with her replies to our queries. She made our anniversary stay very special by organising flowers and chocolates for us.

• Viktor (10/5): Excellent - It was excellent and Kiki was so helpful and she did all so we can enjoy our stay the most. We celebrated my 25th birthday and Kiki organized the whole decoration, cake and champagne. Everything is perfect!
• Nicola (9/5): Superb apartment in a wonderful location! - Lovely apartment in a great location. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the Jacuzzi was a real treat for the end of a long day of sight seeing. There are some excellent restaurants very close by and a very cute little bar that serves as a shop during the day. We found the constant flashes of people taking selfies by the front door quite amusing. Kiki was there to greet us and provided us with loads of useful information too. She is an excellent host and quick to respond to any questions that we had. Thank you for a lovely stay! The sauna and steam room were not working but in all honesty, this didn't bother us - but maybe double check it's in operation if this is something that you want to use.
• Andrew (10/5): warm, cosy, luxurious. perfect for a couple to stay. - It was a very clean property, plenty of towels available and was shown how to use everything as we arrived. Very breath taking as you walked in as it look stunning. The host gave us some great suggestions of places to go to for food and we would definetly recommend them as well. Nothing not to like about it
• Sacha (10/5): Exceptional - Unique property, spa and sauna fabulous after a day walking around Rome! Host easily contactable and very helpful with restaurant suggestions too. Street is quite noisy on the ground level where the bed is. Downstairs spa/sauna much quieter.

The ambience of the house was totally luxurious and everything was so stylish and elegant . The highlight was the help from Kiki at every step and all the ideas she gave us worked brilliantly. The spa was the best after walking for hours during the day , the evening soaks with glass of Chianti was heaven . We will definitely love to come back again and again . Ciao till next time 💕🥂🥂 There was nothing not to like but wouldn’t mind a full length mirror in the living space
• Yahli (10/5): Lovely, lovely place - Fantastic location, quite but also with lots of pubs and great places nearby. Host were lovely, jacuzzi was fun and the bed was comfortable. Not all the buttons function in the jacuzzi, and it takes a lot of time to fill it up.
• Christina (9/5): A hidden gem in a wonderful neighborhood! - The bed was so comfortable! Plus, it had a great rainfall shower, sauna, and hot tub! The dryer locked our clothes in and didn’t dry them completely. However, we contacted Kiki and she assisted us with getting them out quickly.

We arrived in Rome at night, but fortunately there were delicious restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We visited many attractions and went to the Vatican. Believe me, it was really comfortable to come back to the hotel and soak in the SPA bathtub after a day of walking. Nothing, very considerate.

We can’t recommend staying here enough! Kiki made our stay brilliant and was really helpful from the initial booking, to arrival, during our stay and even helping book a taxi back to the airport. The apartment is very well decorated and is located in a wonderful area with plenty of bars, restaurants and within walking distance to most of the attractions! We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be returning in the future! During our stay it was very quiet and relaxed! Nothing to dislike!

• Tuvshinbaatar (10/5): Superb. - It is located in very center of Rome, and convenient to access to the Piazza Venezia, Roman Forum, Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona and other must-see locations of Central Rome. We fully enjoyed the SPA with bubble bath-tub, sauna, and fireplace. It was amazing! You can also use the kitchen which is well equipped. The air conditioner was best for the hot days. The owner and staffs were very friendly and kind. They shared with us guidebook with bus and public transportation information, near-by restaurants and attractions.
• Darin (8/5): For central location, and unique apartment, you must stay here. - Location rocked. 10-minute walk to the Colosseum...15 to 20-minute walk to virtually everywhere else. Extremely safe neighborhood, which is lively most evenings. Great selection of bars and restaurants right outside your doorstep. Fully equipped supermarket (Pam) literally steps away. Bathroom facilities are excellent. Bed was comfortable. Terrific big screen TV...cable & Netflix...sound system...WIFI. Good kitchen with Nespresso machine. Lower level with jacuzzi, sauna, exercise equipment, bathroom & shower...TVs. Furniture is uncomfortable, in my opinion...needs updating. Kitchen cooking utensils very limited. Stairs to lower level are steep with no handrail. Steam room inoperative.

• Ryan (10/5): It was amazing, memorable and beautiful! - Firstly I would like to thank the host (Kiki), who went out of her way to organise rose petals and champagne upon arrival for myself and girlfriend. It was my girlfriends birthday and KIKI gave me advice daily on where to eat, events that were happening and even directions lol….. Kiki definitely went the extra mile to make my Girlfriends birthday and my experience very special ! The property was very modern and in a great location with beautiful scenery around it, little side roads with lots of vibrant restaurants and bars and just a short walk to the colosseum. The spa area was clean and relaxing and the lighting within the area makes for a romantic feel when In the hot tub. (This spa area is unreal ! ) The mattress on the bed was like a marshmallow had swallowed you whole, we didn’t want to get out of it some days!! All in all it is a perfect property, with minimal faults and I would definitely recommend people to stay here !! That I had to leave it 🥺
• Valentin (10/5): Exceptional - Although the accommodation looks great in the pictures, in reality it exceeds all expectations. As for positioning, it is extremely close to the Colosseum, (6 min walk) and about 15 min walk to the Trevi Fountain with restaurants and cafes right next to the apartment. Although we had a problem with the jacuzzi in the first evening, Kiki was helpful and solved our problem in a pretty short time. Communication with her was extremely easy and she was at our disposal for anything. I also appreciate the surprise offered on the last evening and we definitely recommend this apartment. We plan to return to Rome in the near future and will definitely try to stay here again. A little bit of noise from the street but isn’t that bad.

• Eray (10/5): Perfectly located comfortable apartment with cozy spa area - The apartment has a great location! There are many bars, restaurants, cafes around and it is just 10 minutes walking to Colosseum. I also love the apartment itself. it designed very well and it gives cozy and peaceful vibes. Downstairs you find a jacuzzi and sauna with a great spa vibe. It is really good to chill there after a city tour. I was a little concerned about apartment because it has no windows or balconies but it wasn’t overwhelming at all. It was such a great experience. Special thanks to Kiki for her great hosting.

Very good shower, great jacuzzi. sexy atmosphere ( dark, industrial, no daylight) the noise of the street, the aircondition was very loud ( couldn‘t be turned off) the mattress was very worn out. one of the heaters didn‘t work. the sauna didn‘t achieve more then 60 degrees, the turkish bath was out of order

• Vance (10/5): THIS is the place to stay! Location, comfort, huge, and you own personal Spa! - Location was perfect - - 7 min walk to Colosseum, Roman Forum. Several coffee shops nearby and a couple really good restaurants within 3-block walk. Also, the apartment is huge - - ground floor is studio apartment, but downstairs is your private Spa. The downstairs contains a 2-person whirlpool bath, a steam sauna, a steam room, exercise equipment and an electronic fireplace with soft relaxing mats and a television. we spent ever night in our own personal Spa!!! Nothing - bed comfortable, furnished well, no complaints.

• Emily (10/5): luxurious, super comfy, amazingly located stay in the heart of rome! fab neighbourhood which felt safe at night and had - amazing facilities, extreme comfort and luxury!!! we absolutely LOVED our stay here and Kiki could not have been more helpful with great reccomendations and info about the property the neighbourhood and rome in general!! the downstairs of the property is just WOW - sauna & jacuzzi bath as well as gym!! The aircon could have been a little stronger as we were in rome during a heatwave which I think is rare! it still did the job but we needed to put on the extra fans which were there.
