Eduardo (8/5): Bom. - Equipe muito prestativa e sempre disposta a ajudar com dicas da cidade. Hotel típico Chines, sem alimentação ocidental, o que dificultou um pouco nossa estadia mas nada que tirasse o charme do hotel.
Rui (9/5): Ótima opção para explorar Zhangjiajie - A decoração, a comida que se percebia ser cozinhada com produtos frescos, o staff. A Lyra preparou-nos tudo com antecedência, tínhamos os bilhetes comprados para o Parque e todas os dias nos explicava o que podíamos fazer, dando sugestões em tudo o que pedíamos. O quarto é bonito, mas foi sacrificado alguma funcionalidade.

But spacious and besutifuly decorated The view . I booked a room with the view and whats in the photos is not real . They shouldnt advertise view when what you see is fence and not the mountains, although you can see the mountains but not directly . Otherwise the rooms are amazing

Priya (10/5): A perfect stay. - The location of this hotel is super convenient! It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the entrance of the forest park, saving us a lot of transportation hassle. The room was nice and comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the mountain view—pulling open the curtains in the morning revealed a stunning stretch of green peaks. The service was attentive and welcoming, and they even provided a shuttle service. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Gianna (7/5): Sadly Not 5 Star - We liked the bathtub in our room and the glass roof to see the stars. Coffee machine was good also. Items in the fridge and small snacks on coffee table were free also. * Room was not cleaned daily unless i asked and even then it was forgotten sometimes. * Maintenance on the property and in the room is very poor. Attempts have been made to maintain but very patchy (plaster repairs and paint job). Repairs not done professionally. * No mention was made of mattress being on the floor. This was something that took us by surprise. * no elevator. We were on the top floor. * no safe in the room for personal belongings
Ralf (8/5): Large rooms at good location - The staff at the reception was very helpfull in explaining itineraries and arranging transport. Breakfast is from 8-10, but first day at 9 some of the Western options were no longer available. Breakfast is mostly Chinese oriented.

Alexis (7/5): So close and yet so far - Cool aesthetic and beautiful scenery. Looked fantastic on the pictures but the reality lacked. Helpful staff for creating itineraries and getting tickets for attractions. Window was broken letting in cold air in January. Not finished well with gaps round skirting boards, unpainted areas, broken fixtures in the bathroom. Breakfast didn’t have much choice unfortunately. Kitchen in family suite lacked equipment. Nowhere to store clothes -one rail in the kitchen area for both rooms.

Our room was updated and very spacious. There was no gym. Just a stationary bike and some free weights right by the dining room. Can’t see anyone wanting to workout there! Breakfast has a limited Western offering. But, we made do!
Sebastian (9/5): Great experience, close to national park, cool crew! - The view was stunning, the crew amazing and you were right next to the national park. They were so helpful, fun and nice. The furnishing and views are STUNNING! We enjoyed it so much. Highly recomended for everyone who wants to relax and see the national park. Especially if you like to sleep longer, it's just 2 Minutes walking distance. Pool was closed and it was sometimes quiet loud in the morning because of the restaurants downstairs, But this is just in two rooms. We would still come back.
Jiyun (10/5): Exceptional - We had have been this hotel for 7 nights. While we were in hotel and travelled forest park or other scenic spots, every staffs supported us in many cases. First of all, when we stay in this hotel we can contact to housekeeper in charge of picking up at airport, booking tickets for park entrance and ordering breakfast and supper at any time by WECHAT. If you are not familiar to Chinese letter and language, you can ask the housekeeper to book tickets or talk to taxi driver instead of you by WECHAT in English. Every staffs are kind and supportive even though they pay taxi fare instead of me when my Alipay got stuck. This hotel is near the "southeast gate" of forest park. You can walk through southeast gate in 5 minutes and take a shuttle bus to "水绕四门" from which you can go any scenic spot by transferring other shuttle bus. If you would like to go trekking to Jinbian Stream, this hotel is in the best location. While this hotel is close to southeast gate of forest park, there is in the middle of mountain also. You should take a taxi(DiDi) to go grocery stores and restaurants. You can go downtown or east gate of forest park where starbucks/kfc and massage shops are located spending 10 or 20 USD. DiDi is cheap but you should consider the distance and time to reach some place you want to go from this hotel.

Jenn (9/5): Excellent stay! Highly recommend! - We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, and the host (Qin Ke) went above and beyond to help us sort out our itinerary. Their recommendations were spot-on, making our trip memorable and hassle-free, and also helped us organise a driver to take us around on the last day. We had dinner at the hotel twice during a 3 night stay and the food was excellent, very local and traditional Chinese food. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic experience! Unfortunately, the pool was under maintenance during our stay

Vivian (8/5): Great location but the park entrance and super comfortable - I liked the location which was near the entrance of the park. The breakfast was delicious and inclusive. The front desk helped us book tickets to all of our activities and explained the route. The pool was broken during our stay, only 1 out of 3 of the bikes for rent were usable (others had flat tires), and the gym photo was not accurate as there was no treadmill.
Huijing (10/5): Exceptional - The staff are charming and friendly. I love the noodles in the breakfast - fresh cooked. The location is convenient; it is only 5 minutes by walk to the middle gate, which has less tourist traffic. Highly recommend!
