Salle de bain récente, appartement familial parfait pour plusieurs jours, il y avait de quoi se faire thé/café/chocolat chaud, c'était parfait. Il y a même des parapluies dispo ! J'y reviendrai sans problème ! Nous n'avions pas de papier toilette à l'arrivée, mais ça ressemble à un oubli vu qu'il y avait tout le reste ! Le lit double des enfants était bien, le notre un peu moins confortable, mais pour 2 nuits rien de gênant !
• YuhuaChen (5/5): - The location is great, just a short walk from King's Cross Station. The house is quite small and not exactly as shown in the photos on the website. In our opinion, it is not very suitable for three people. The cleanliness could also be improved, especially as there was noticeable dust on the heater. In addition, the washing machine was out of service, but we were not informed about this before our arrival. The host was willing to help resolve the issue after I contacted him, which I appreciate. However, the proposed solution required someone to enter the house to fix the washing machine while we were out, which made us uncomfortable from a security perspective. Another minor issue was that the exhaust fan was quite noisy when it was turned on.

• Bianca (7/5): Gut gelegene Unterkunft - Sehr nah bei King‘s Cross / St. Pancras, perfekt für eine Anreise mit dem Eurostar und als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten mit der Tube und dem Bus in London. Von überall gut zu erreichen. Mit der Wegbeschreibung und den Fotos, die am Morgen des Anreisetages verschickt wurden, war das Apartment einfach zu finden. Check-In und Check-Out waren gut organisiert (Schlüsselbox) und klar verständlich. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft und in der Umgebung immer sicher gefühlt. Das Badezimmer in unserem Apartment schien nachträglich in das große Zimmer eingebaut worden zu sein - die Lüftung ist direkt im Schlafraum und dort sehr laut zu hören. Küchenutensilien (vor allem Teller und Besteck) könnten erneuert / ergänzt werden. Die Betten sind sehr weich - aber das ist halt Geschmacksache.

• Irune (8/5): Fin de semana en Londres - La ubicación es lo que más nos gustó del alojamiento. Está muy cerca de la estación de metro y tren King's Cross St Pancras, lo que nos posibilitó ir directamente desde Gatwick a casa con el tren de Thameslink. La puerta que da a la calle se abre con un código que el anfitrión nos mandó por el mail el día de nuestra llegada, y las llaves de casa (la casa está en el primer piso), las cogimos de una cajita que está al lado de la puerta (el anfitrión nos facilitó también el código). Tienes restaurantes, supermercados... cerca. La casa cuenta con lavadora, lavavajillas, horno, microondas... También hay gel, champú, jabón de manos, productos para limpiar la casa, plancha y planchador, secadora para el pelo, el wifi funciona estupendamente, cafetera, hervidor de agua... Hay una mesa con cuatro sillas, la cocina y la habitación están conectadas (no hay puerta), y no sé si hay suficiente menaje porque la verdad es que no comimos en casa. No hay que olvidarse de llevar un adaptador para el enchufe si viajas desde España. Al hacer el check our las llaves se vuelven a dejar en la cajita, y listo. Todo contacto con el anfitrión ha sido por mail. Es un primero que da a la calle, y a la noche se oye a la gente que pasa (se oye hasta lo que hablan). De todas formas, eso no impidió que durmiéramos bien, no es una calle tan transitada. Al ser cuatro personas, utilizamos la cama y el sofá cama , y no queda mucho espacio en la habitación. Hay un armario pequeño, un baño estrecho, pero suficiente para descansar después de pasar todo el día visitando Londres.

• Megumi (6/5): ロケーションの良さ、丁寧な対応に感謝 - ロケーションがとてもよく、駅から徒歩5分ほどだったため、どこに移動するにせよとても便利でした。大英博物館も徒歩で行ける範囲です。また何かあったときにすぐホストの方から連絡をいただけ、連絡事項も詳細に下さったので安心感がありました。 もう少しだけ清潔感があったら嬉しかったです、クローゼットの中もぐちゃっとなった毛布らしきものが落ちていたりしたので。基本的な掃除は行き届いていましたが。
• Marina (10/5): Todo perfecto - Muy buena ubicación. Al lado de King Cross. Camas comodas. Había champú, gel y toallas para todos. Se nos estropeó el secador y enseguida nos lo cambiaron. Viene muy bien tener la cocina. Y pese a la ola de frío hizo calor en el apartamento.

• Cheryl (5/5): Disappointing regarding the stairs charges and TV. Great location. - Location was perfect. Entry instructions were clear and accurate. We couldn’t get the TV channels to work on free TV. It kept asking for us to sign in. However - Most annoying was - The description on booking.com indicated the tariff ‘including all fees and charges’. I was shocked to see the final amount was increased with a ‘cleaning fee of &30 and VAT of &23.10. These are ‘fees and charges’ and should not be re-charged. In addition, the appartment was below my standard of cleanliness anyway. I would like the &53.10 pound refunded to my card. The advert said there was one flight of stairs to climb. That is correct (and okay) but no mention of the full flight going down first.

• Thomas (2/5): - Alle nötigen Informationen haben wir von dem Vermieter rechtzeitig erhalten. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier leider überhaupt nicht! Ein völlig durch gelegenes Bett was mir nur Rückenschmerzen und unruhigen Schlaf beschert hat sowie eine Eingangstür zum Apartment, welche sich über Nacht nicht abschließen lässt, hat uns den Spaß ordentlich verdorben! Die halb verweste Taube auf der Dachterrasse,spricht ebenso für sich! Außerdem kann ich es doch verlangen, dass der Geschirrspüler bei Mietbeginn nicht mit dem Geschirr des Vo rmieters noch vorzufinden ist. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir können das Apartment leider nicht weiterempfehlen!

Toaster didn't work, had to hold it to heat toasts. Toilet doors stuck, hard to close. In general not very clean rooms and windows. Hard to open and close windows. Not enough blankets, though host new how many people will arrive. One dirty extra blanket under bed.

Im Apartment war eine Maus! - Lage war in Ordnung, Matratze ist durchgerutscht bis wir dann gesehen haben, dass der Rost unter der Matratze provisorisch draufgelegt wurde und nicht reingesteckt. Das Apartment hat extrem schlecht gerochen. Die Fenster kann man schwer zu machen wenn sie mal auf gehen. !!!Unser Highlight war die Maus die dann auch im Apartment war!!! Sind raus und haben uns ein Hotel gesucht. Nie wieder!

• Cheryl (7/5): Great location, plenty of restaurants, close by to lots of main attractions. - Great location, close to train station, nice park opposite. Host was really helpful with directions to property. Really clean area, the local council do a brilliant job daily cleaning up. Also close to London Zoo, which is a must see as they allow some close ups to lemurs with no barrier for no extra charge. As expected you don’t go to London expecting it to be quiet at night. It’s quite noisy through out the night, so if you’re a light sleeper, ear plugs are a must!

Der Balkon wurde anscheinend von weiteren Personen benutzt, denn es lag am Morgen manchmal Müll herum. Ohne detaillierte Wegbeschreibung des Vermieters hätten wir die Wohnung (an der Ecke zur Loxham Street) unmöglich gefunden.

• Katja (5/5): - Nähe zum Kings Cross Bahnhof und Blick auf den Park. Zweckmässige Einrichtung. Das Bad braucht Zuluftöffnungen in der Tür damit das Bad ausreichend belüftet wird. Die Decke hat deutliche Feuchteschäden. Trockner trocknet nicht. Geschirrspüler bedarf einer Reinigung. Geschirrhandtuch fehlt. Eine vergessene Pizza lag im Ofen. Am Wochenende laute und gefühlt unsichere Umgebung bei Nacht.

The apartment was lovely and had a big terrace in which we enjoyed as the weather was lovely too. Very comfy beds and did the job for a few nights stay! Nothing really- just very hot in the apartment due to the weather but nothing that could of done. Really nice stay :)
• Stephan (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great and close to Kings Cross. Looks more rundown that the photos. Bedroom is weird and build in the middle of the apartment - like an after thought. So water damage and general wear and tear.

• Joanna (7/5): Good, small place to overnight before an early train. - We liked the proximity to the train station. My kids loved the bathroom as it was like a pod and had good water pressure. There was only one small desk fan and no ability to open windows.
• Rom (8/5): Wonderful. - The property was in a good location. Safe neighborhood. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The shower was very slippery so be very careful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and we enjoyed London very much. For some reason the dryer didn’t dry our clothes.

• Yishan (8/5): It’s okay but not the best - The bed is large and there was terrace. The soundproof is not ideal. We can hear people talking in other rooms and the hallway… There was no switch besides the bed, which is very inconvenient…

• Jodi (3/5): It was far more run down and dirty than I expected. The pillows were awful but the beds were “ok”. - It was dark and while the instructions were clear, it was awkward and did not feel safe due to the illumination.
• Kozak (7/5): Great location but could be cleaner - The location and amenities (washer, kitchen, and a large walk out deck) was lovely. The place could have been cleaned better. We found that the room was quite dusty, with a layer of dust at the top of the curtains. Also, there was no washing machine detergent or pods provided; however, other cleaning supplies and tools were available. The room also smelled like curry, but by the end of our stay, we were able to air it out a bit.

• Oskars (7/5): Great location for a family weekend in London. - The location is perfect if you plan to go to Harry Potter Studio (Warner Bros). The bed was a bit falling apart but just a bit so it was not a real probem. The kettle stopped working but the staff offered to replace it the next morning.

• Re (8/5): Nice accommodation with everything you need right besides St Pancras / King Cross (Eurostar) - Courteous conversation from the host. A bit of noise from everywhere. Downstairs, upstairs, street right in front.
