Richard-james (7/5): Replace/fix windows, then perfect, excellent cost, furnished kitchen, ample parking, safe area - I had the entire venue to myself, so made full use of the lounge (pre-access to youtube/amazon etc), kitchen fully stocked with resources, oven, enough for a family of four, comfortable, and warm (see negatives), towels provided, staff accomodating (couldn't get in due to broken key lock, but someone came out in under 10mins and let me in, good location, cheap. Stayed during the windy wet storm of December. The seals around virtually all windows are shot, I had a uncomfortable first night as the heating (found out day later was set to 18*), second night I changed it to 23 then 27 a few hours later, from then on there were no problems with my stay.

The place is just a empty house without any staff just the owner and he don't be there all the time, he's just there to show u ur room and leave the place was like a share room but without any other person living or staying there. NA

Jack (8/5): Happy with facilities price was about right for a short overnight stop. - I thought the kitchen was extremely well equipped with just about everything you would normally expect in a kitchen. There was ample off road parking The room had no chair, no coat hooks and no coat hangers in the wardrobe - there was nowhere to place clothes. There was also a continuous annoying beep from the smoke alarm that probably meant the battery needed changing.
