• Susan (9/5): Apart for the communication issues the apartment was superb and location perfect - The location was superb. Right in central Rovaniemi close to supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment was super clean and in excellent condition. The host was not contactable even when his message said to call. We had problems finding the keys. I rang a number of times and could not contact the host. Nor did he call back. We finally came across some people that were staying in the other apartments. They helped us locate the key box. They advised that their host had sent them photos of where to find the key box. They read the message that we had received and agreed that it was not easy to follow. It was not just us not understanding. Also the host may like to remember that guests come from all over the world and plumbing is different in each country. Notes on how to use the washing machine could include where to find the on/off tap and instructions on the machine could be changed to English perhaps. The same goes for the tap location for the dishwasher and instructions on how to turn the heater down/up if required.
