• Janine (9/5): Highly recommend home in Rainham - The host, Lanre, was so helpful and sent a message checking everything was OK. The home was beautifully decorated and had all the necessities for a short stay but equally we would of been happy to stay there for longer! We loved how spacious and uncluttered it felt but still retained a home from home feeling. The dishwasher wasn't working and catches on the plinth but the host thanked us for bringing this to their attention and said they'd look into it so hopefully will be resolved for the next visitors.

• ALLAN` (9/5): - Downstairs toilet facilities and bedroom were a bonus.. Lanre kept in touch to check if everything okay and quickly sorted a couple minor issues we had. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable Nothing.

• Kornelia (1/5): Terrible experience – would not recommend! - Terrible experience – would not recommend! We rented this house in London and it was a complete disaster from the start. Check-in was supposed to be from 3 PM. After a long and exhausting journey, we arrived at the property only to be told that the house wasn’t cleaned yet. We had to wait TWO HOURS outside, tired, with nowhere to go, just because the cleaning company was still working inside. When we called the owner, he was rude, dismissive, and showed zero understanding or respect for the fact that we had been traveling for hours and needed to rest and refresh. Communication with him was awful and unpleasant from the very beginning. Once we finally got inside, the problems didn’t stop. The dishwasher was broken (something we were not informed about beforehand), and considering the number of people the house supposedly accommodates, it was a major inconvenience. On top of that, there were not enough dishes or kitchenware for the number of guests the house claims to host – completely unacceptable for a property of this size. The owner continued to be unhelpful and unfriendly throughout the stay. When it came to check-out, again, a nightmare: we waited over 30 minutes for someone to come and collect the keys because nobody told us we should have just left them in the key box. This mess caused further problems with getting our deposit back. The house has extremely restrictive rules that make you feel more stressed than comfortable. Overall, we are extremely dissatisfied with this rental. It was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had, and we absolutely do not recommend staying here. Save yourself the stress and disappointment – book somewhere else!

• Henna (10/5): Stunning property with modern decor - The property surpassed all expectations—it was breathtaking from the moment we arrived. Lanre was wonderful and always quick to reply. The modern decor and the pleasant scent throughout the house were delightful. The backyard was spacious, and the complimentary drinks were refreshing. The ground floor featured a lovely restroom. It was truly amazing, and I only wish we had more time to enjoy it. I will definitely book again. All fantastic

• Khan (10/5): Exceptional - We liked our stay. The property was spotless clean, and everything was clean and brand new. There should be some fans at the property in hot weather.
• Allan` (10/5): Excellent property with a friendly and helpful host - We have just returned from a 3-night stay at Pointcastle1. The property exceeded our expectations. It was modern, comfortable, well equipped, spotlessly clean and hosted by a very friendly and helpful Lanre. The added bonus was that it had a bedroom and a separate toilet and washbasin on the ground floor. This was ideal as a member of the party has problems with stairs, so it minimised the number of times they had to climb them. Everything was provided to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Parking on the driveway outside the house was a winner. Lanre was flexible about the check in time and very accommodating when we had to contact him as we were going to arrive late due to car problems on the way down from Cumbria. Lanre kept in touch by text throughout the stay to check we were okay and enjoying the property. The deposit for damages was reimbursed, without delay, into my bank account by 10.00 am on the morning we checked out. Excellent service throughout and we would definitely stay here again when visiting our daughter in Romford. Nothing, we could not fault anything
• Deirdre (10/5): I would definitely be returning, the most easiest booking I have experienced. - The property exceeds expectations, it was in pristine condition upon arrival. The beds were super comfy, access to a washing machine, bottled water and towels. Host was easy to communicate with, he made it known for us to contact him if we had any concerns. Just be weary if you have multiple guests. We accommodated 5x people. There are 2x bathrooms, 1x upstairs and 1x downstairs. The bathroom upstairs only has the shower/bath. Make sure you plan ahead who can use the bathroom facilities, if you are short of time as we add to extra time waiting for the bathroom to be free.
• Muhammad (10/5): Excellent for staying in London nearby station and Tesco. - The location is excellent. Lots of parking available. Spacious Interior is designed very well. 2 bathrooms and one shower. Shops on a walking distance. I needed a haircut so barber shop is 150 meters away. Nearby flower shop and convenience store. Petrol station and tecso nearby. Well connected if travelling from Heathrow airport as M25 and A13 is nearby. The owner is very cooperative and understanding. Highly recommended for staying. As we stayed for 9 days so toiletries were all present so finished 2 days before. But that was not a problem as convenience store is nearby
