• Maria Dolores (10/5): - La ubicación es excelente, y el propietario fue muy amable, nos dejó su tarjeta de aparcamiento hasta las 14 h, para que pudieramos visitar la ciudad tranquilamente.
• Stankovic (8/5): - Apratman je prostran i ima sve što vam zatreba. Apartman se greje na klimu i brzo se zagreje. Lokacija je odlična, ulica pored šetališta. Ako dolazite autom, možete parkirati na ulici ispred, a vlasnici će vam dati dozvolu za parkiranje u tom delu. Komunikacija sa vlasnicima je odlična. Apartman nije bio najčistiji (podovi, kuhinja, kupatilo). Parkiranje moze biti problem jer nema puno mesta u ulici, zavisi od sreće.

• Lily Stoykova (9/5): Superb location and view - I had a wonderful time. The location is superb ❤️ The room has many windows and it's very bright. The big bed is comfortable. I liked the terrace the most. You can go to it by the wooden stairs below the big kitchen window 🥰 The view from there is wonderful! The hosts are kind and helping. They offer a parking ticket so you can park around the building or the street. The facility offers free coffee with capsules. The bathroom is big and has a little fan heater if it's cold. The whole place has an interesting disposition in several levels. I loved it and definitely will use it again ❤️ Thanks! The air conditioning was switched on not long before we came and it took time to warm the place (it was February).

Ev anlatıldığı gibi büyük ve 3 odanın üçüde yeterli büyüklükte. Kalabalık bir şekilde rahatlıkla kalınabilir. İnterneti yeterli hızda ve yeni bir TV var. Eve giriş şifreli sistem ile yapılıyor. Giriş ve çıkış saatlerinde müsaitliğe göre esneklik sağlandı. Ev, klima ve şömine ile ısınıyor. Çok soğuklarda buna göre planlama yapılmalı. Evin içi biraz bakım istiyor. Mutfağı kullanmadığımızdan yorum yapamıyorum. Arabanızı sokakta yer var ise ücretsiz bir şekilde park edebiliyorsunuz.

Havanın güzel olduğu zamanlarda balkonda oturmak çok keyifli ve eğlenceli olacaktır. Tavsiye eder ve tekrar gelip konaklamak isteriz.

• Esteban (10/5): Un paseo por la bonita Plovdiv - Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación. Estaba prácticamente a dos minutos andando del centro. La cama era muy cómoda. La limpieza en general. Aunque no desayunamos ni comimos ni cenamos en el Apartamento, no estaba francamente para utilizar, a no ser que le pasabas una buena limpieza antes de usar los utensilios. No sé si gastan en una persona que les va a limpiar, pero si es así, yo revisaría que lo estuviera haciendo, porque francamente no estaba muy limpio. La habitación estaba algo mejor, pero creo que pasar la Roomba , no es suficiente. La bañera estaba atascada, y eso hacía que te llenaras los pies de agua sucia.

• Dina (10/5): - The location is unbeatable. Literally in a VERY center of the city, next to Roman stadium and pedestrian area. Close to everything including all the attractions, shops, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful! The best I saw on my trip through Bulgaria. It has all the amenities possible! Communication with the host was superb, all the way prior and during our stay. I highly recommend staying in this place. Absolutely the best! I wish I could stay longer 😔.

• Jeanne (9/5): Perfect location - It's a quirky apartment that’s clean enough, spacious and comfortable with everything you need. The location is amazing. Just a few steps into the Roman Stadium, with Kapana and the Old City literally on your doorstep. Apartment 4 is on the top floor, so there are a lot of steps (no lift). It's great that a street parking permit is provided but there were no parks available in front of the apartment, so we had to park a fair way up the street. The wifi is OK but not great.

• Caroline (8/5): Very comfortable - Apartment has everything you need, in the city centre but nice and quiet inside. Owner was quick to respond when there was an issue. I would recommend this place, it's spacious, clean and comfortable. There are no blackout curtains so the appartment stays pretty light at night. There is also one small window that has no window covering, this is a minor issue but does make me wonder who can see in at night when the lights are on inside. I had high hopes for sitting on the balcony but there's not much of a view and it's pretty noisy (general city noise).

• Clara (7/5): At the right place! - Bright and big studio in one of the best spot of the city for a very reasonable price! Nice balcony as well and comfy beds. Being that close to all the main touristic attraction, shopping streets, etc was very convenient. The parking permit was also must!! One thing that disturbed us quite a bit was the smoking smell of the apartment. It really felt like someone was smoking in the same room than us. Our guess is that it came from another apartment through the air vent... Otherwise, one minor thing to improve the apartment would be to add actual blackout curtains.

We visited during winter, while snowing - apartment is big and had 2 air conditioners and 1 radiator, hence 1 bedroom was not heated in any way. Apartment felt cold. We contacted the hosts and they proposed wood for the fireplace, unfortunately the garage door was frozen/stuck so we were not able to get the wood.

• Holly (10/5): Delightful apartment, perfect for long term stay in the heart of Plovdiv - It is a very large 3-bedroom, well-appointed apartment in the heart of Plovdiv, close to the Roman Stadium, with a large patio. Everything was within walking distance, grocery, bakeries, Kapana district, museums, tons of Roman Ruins, and entertainment. We felt at home and simply fell in love with Plovdiv. Host was delightful, provided great recommendations and homemade wine. Great Wi-Fi too.

A flimsy curtain and another bed round the corner, in a studio, does not constitute a "two bedroom apartment" The host did rectify with the offer of an additional studio at additional cost.

It has such an unpleasent smell (reminds me the smell in Bankok) as well as the towels. The dishes were not so clean with dirt marks, also dirty cleaning sponge left near the sink. I would not recommend - Fantastic location at the city centre and parking card allowing to leave a car at the same street The most unhygienic and the dirtiest apartment we have ever stayed. It is very dirty… the owner was notified, assuring us that they cleaned the flat . Perhaps our standards of what is called to be clean are very different from the owner’s criteria.
• Dimitrios (10/5): Ideal location, comfy apartment - Maybe in the best location I could find. Walking distance to the old city, shops, everywhere. Just parked and used the car again when was time to leave. Great communication and comfortable house. It also has a balcony, not so big for a couple with 2 kids, but convenient for breakfast or some wine at night with fantastic view of the city from the 4th floor. The shutters are not enough to stop the morning sun that floods the whole place. For someone who doesn't like light while sleeping might be annoying

Spacious apartment with a balcony, kitchen, washing machine and bathroom. Lots of windows for natural light and an air conditioner. My apartment was on the 4th floor and hostess assisted with carrying bags up stairs Probably not a good option for those with mobility issues as there are stairs and no lift.

Bathroom looked as if the last time it got a cleaning was months ago. It could have been a nice place with a retro feel if it hadn’t been left without proper care and maintenance.

• Anne (10/5): Quirky apartment with an excellent location AND parking made our short stay in Plovdiv perfect - The absolutely central location was an absolute bonus as we could walk to Kapana, get breakfast and see all the attractions we wanted. Parking in Plovdiv is notoriously horrendous, so having the parking permit and parking right in the street outside the property was amazing. We made full use of the little terrace and loved the quirkiness of the apartment! We loved it all.
