• Taru (9/5): Mualima hienoin majotus! - Upea sijainti, siisti, toimiva. Iso parveke. Hienot maisemat. Paikka on täydellinen.
• Wallenius (9/5): Kiva paikka; kaunis asunto ja kauniit maisemat järvelle. - Sijainti on oikein hyvä, lähellä keskustaa ja kauppakin on ihan vieressä. Paikoitus hieman haasteellinen, koska lähistöllä vain10 ja 3 tunnin kiekkopaikkoja.
• Maarit (10/5): Onnistunut :) - Avainpaikan ohjekuvissa oli toinen numerosarja kuin viestissä, mikä hieman sekoitti.
• Suominen (9/5): - Siisti pieni asunto hyvässä paikassa. Parvekkeella olisi voinut olla kaihtimia vähintäänkin alaosaan. Sellaiset joita voi siirtää alhaalta ylös ja ylhäältä alas miten haluaa.

• Zoárd (10/5): Exceptional - The location was amazing, the city center is nearby, the view is outstanding and the neighborhood is quiet. I might have added blanks to darken the room for the night, but it's just a minor inconvenience.

• Antuané (7/5): Nice property, bad management - Beautiful apartment with a good location walking distance to main square The property manager is a company that appears to be giving the absolute minimum for what it's charging. There were many requests before arrival by them. The bed wasn't made for us and we were also requested by the property manager to strip the linen "in case we used it" (it's unreasonable to think someone wouldn't use linen if staying overnight) and run the dishwasher to "help with the cleaning". I don't pay 100€/night to "help with the cleaning". I had to ask repeatedly where to park but I was only sent automatic messages until my 3-4th try asking just to find out the "free parking" was only valid for 10h at a time, not convenient for longer stays. Lastly, the property manager asked my time of arrival to "make sure the apartment was ready" even though the advert says 3pm onwards, therefore the property should be ready by check-in time regardless of when we arrive. No hairdryer in the apartment & pillows are uncomfortable.

• Rob (9/5): Good appartment to visit Kuopio with nice balcony. - Good small size apartment to stay in and visit Kuopio. Very nice balcony to look at the harbor and the lake. Nice kitchen with everything you need to cook yourself, including the coffee maker. Please better clean up stuff from last visitors
• Jonatan (9/5): Very nice stay right next to the shoreline - Simple check in with good instructions, clean and cozy apartment, sound proof, nice view from the balcony, all the basic appliances work well. Free parking is for max 10h straight, meaning you have to go and re-park every now and then. Bed is not made. No shelves in shower cabinet.
• Margaret (2/5): very stylish but very uncomfortable apartment at a good location, bad management - The location of the apartment was good, right by the lake, and there was a good grocery store within walking distance. It is one of 26 apartments in one building in a complex of many buildings, all of them built in the last few years - so: rather new. The apartment is stylish, but extremely uncomfortable. - The bed is much too soft, like lying on pudding or jello. - The two only chairs are stylish, but very uncomfortable, so is the armchair that unfolds into an additional bed. So there was no place to sit comfortably in the whole apartment. - One overhead light did not work. - The hose of the bidet in the bathroom is too short. - The sink in the bathroom is stylish, but not functional: much too narrow; the wall cabinet above it makes the sink even more akward to use. - The whole apartment is perfumed, especially the bathroom and the bed and bathroom textiles - terrible smell. - The kitchenette is sparsely furnished: no cups and saucers, only mugs; no dessert bowls; no soup ladle, only to mention a few. A mop or squeegee would have been nice for the shower. - Getting into the apartment on the day of our arrival was a catastrophe: There was no key in the key box. The manager had to come and hand over the key. We waited in the dark and cold below freezing after a long day of traveling. Fortunately a neighbor let us in, so after a while we could sit in the staircase. After 60 minutes of waiting the manager came and brought clean bed and bathroom textiles and took out the used. The apartment had not been cleaned after the previous renters. The manager offered us a refunding because we cleaned the apartment ourselves, but we never heard from him again. I would not recommend this apartment or any other of the apartments rented out by Pramea Group oy Kuopio.
• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - I had a lovely time during my stay at Kuopio. The apartment was very cozy and warm, with a lovely view. There is a supermarket nearby, and the city center is very close even by foot. I had to be at the university every day, and it was very convenient that there was a bus stop very close to the apartment.
• Antra (8/5): Very good - Getting the key was like looking for a treasure. Many pictures sent where exactly is the keybox, but I found it. It was warm inside Liked the glass balcony, but it was too cold to be there Kuopio bay and ice skating very close The matress was too soft. The lock for the main door is a bit loose, I was worried I won't get out and it was hard to lock/unlock the appartment door. No space in the 10-hour parking. Had to leave the car quite far from the house- no good parking options
• Otilia (8/5): Very good - Clean, warm, brand new apartment with a beautiful view, suitable for a couple Very small space, definitely not suitable for a 3rd person, if that person is not a small child. We were charged for our 11yr as an adult while there were only 2 seats in the apartment.

• Hannah (9/5): Superb - The location was good, since it was only about 15 minutes by foot from the train station away. The balcony had a great view over the lake. The apartment even had a hairdryer.
