The number provided didn't work so we were left in the dark. Had to get a refund from customer service, thankfully they were very helpful.

- Marcelo (2/5): Very poor - Its clean but is a room in a big building, like share house Price to expensive for the place!!! First of all they contact by text and call saying the room it was booked get a problem, than offer me another hotel, but I couldn't find this hotel on Google, it looks like a share house. I refused. Then he said contact his manager and offered me another room at the same standard in the same hotel (Venice) ok I accept. Once I've been there, its a small room, don't have a small fridge, small bathroom, don't have ar conditioner, fan and it was soo hot..
