- PERRIER (6/5): - Excellent emplacement et accès très facile. Fonctionnel. Quartier bruyant.
- Veronika (10/5): - Velmi milé přijetí a laskavost v umožnění dřívějšího check-inu.

- Dundi (10/5): Location is in heart of Rome allowing us travel easily to all places. Host was very nice, helpful and available anytime - Location is in heart of Rome allowing us travel easily to all places.
Host was very nice, helpful and available anytime over WhatsApp to help with any questions not only regarding the apartment but also with any other information we were looking for with in Rome.
- Jacek (10/5): Absolutely amazing!!! - Top of the top!!!! Top of the top!!!!
- Michal (7/5): - Perfect location, this is by far the best part of this place. Everything is in walking distance. I hate shower curtains. Also the whole place could be cleaner. Clean towels had tomato sauce stains.
- Vijay (9/5): Superb - Location at the heart of Rome allowing us to visit the main tourist hot spots.
- Pete (9/5): Location , Location , Location - Location is Perfect 👌. Everything from Tourism to Food to Shopping. All of it was right there . Owner was responsive and helpful. As an American we love our AC , it has AC but was still a little warm . But not a super big deal .
- Nadia (10/5): Amazing apartment, complete with the required facilities and really exceeded my expectations. - The location was ultra strategic and easily walkable to all top attractions I liked everything
- Donna (9/5): Fabulous location with a great atmosphere! - Location was brilliant. Set in one of the main streets and close to shops, facilities and more.
The apartment was reasonably well appointed, and quiet despite being on a busy street.
It makes you feel the wonderful atmosphere of Rome! The upstairs sofabed was not very comfortable, with a dip in the middle.
The toilet seat was not anchored properly and kept sliding off. These are both fixable items, and therefore should not deter future guests.
- Zeeshan (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (9/5): Amazing location close to all major tourist attractions and really friendly hosts. - Clean and tidy with great location Layout was a bit querkie
- Yasmine (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, apartement is very good for a family, excellent host
- Kay (8/5): Very good - Great location and the apartment meter all the basic needs. There was no where to dispose of mixed trash in the building, only recycles, and the porter said we had to take it down the street to a trash receptacle.
- Mike (1/5): Unacceptably bad. - Met by Adriana. Excellent communication throughout. Very helpful and a warm welcome, who also sent some restaurant recommendations, which were appreciated, though not used. Wifi didn't work, but Adriana was very responsive with suggestions to reset it. Rome never disappoints, just so sad that the accommodation did.... badly! New Metro is being drilled 50 yards from the property so zero sleep. The property is also adjacent to a noisy restaurant that is lively with outside dining until the early hours - past midnight.
I traveled with a friend on her first trip to Rome, sadly the accommodation ruined the trip.
Advertised as two beds and a bathroom, it is a one-bed with an ensuite, with a separate mezzanine floor with a bed settee. 2nd guest was unable to access the bathroom without going via the friend's bedroom and turning on the lights, given the multi-level flooring, multiple steel doors, and narrow passageway. This resulted in very uncomfortable nights for me as I would not enter my friend's bedroom for both courtesy and privacy reasons, plus wanted them to get what little sleep was available. Unsuitable for two friends to use and should not be rented as a two bed nor at full price without informing people of major construction works. A cramped and moldy shower facility, with no ventilation. An Old building with solid floors meant sleeping on the mezzanine, you were only feet away from the floor above, who were very early risers (6 am). The Hotel below (2nd Floor) is also renovating so drilling from 9 am. Hotel guests were repeatedly not informed to close the lift doors, meaning a daily climb up and down of three floors.....at least that burnt off some of the fantastic food!

- Konstantin (6/5): This is a central location but not comfortable enough - The location and the hosts were very accommodating and available for every question or request. Unfortunately the apartment design is not well described. It is not clear that the bathroom and shower are part of one of the rooms and so you have to pass through them to get to it. It is built from 2 levels with the sofa bed and an additional small sitting place stationed up there in the niche overlooking the first bedroom with big stairs leading up to it. These stairs are unsafe for toddlers with massive holes they can fall from and not clear from the pictures. There are lots and lots of stairs every where in the apartment which make it uncomfortable to pass through.
The kitchen was small and not much equipped and we had to squeeze to make due. Also the trash system in rome is confusing and not well explained.
It was noisy and the windows are not sound proof as I expected.
- Wei (2/5): Very poor - The bathroom, shower, and sink actually have to pass through a bedroom to be used, which is particularly inconvenient. The bed is very poor, with a feeling of collapse and discomfort. The only satisfaction is that the location is very good, and the property management is very good. It's very noisy downstairs, and the sound of motorcycles is very loud in the middle of the night. Anyway, I won't choose this place again. In addition, when booking, the price was shown to be lower, but when the payment was made, the price suddenly changed. They asked customer service to provide a screenshot, but I didn't have one at the time, so I had no choice but to do so. I felt very bad. Very poor
- Reena (9/5): Superb -
- Marc (8/5): great location, comfy accomodation. - location. the beds are comfortable. nothing to report.
- Piotr (10/5): Exceptional - centro of Rome old, noisy from windows
- Claire (8/5): Very good -
- Влада (9/5): Superb - Perfect location. Thank you Antonio and Adriana for your help (map, messages, info about places where to eat breakfast/dinner). Kitchen kettle could be replaced...
- Jonathan (7/5): Good - Best location possible for walking to everything we wanted to see! Perfect location. We had a great time for a week in winter. Not a two bedroom apartment. It’s a fold-out couch as a second bed - which means no lounge to relax in. Bathroom is accessed through the main bedroom. An enjoyable stay nonetheless. On parking, it was painless to park in long-stay park at the airport and use the train to avoid the LTZ times in central Rome.
- Susan (7/5): Great location, but noisy. - The location is great, centrally located, within walking distance to all attractions, restaurants, shopping. We really appreciated having the kitchenette and clothes washer. The only access to the toilet and shower is through one bedroom. The windows do not close tightly in the main bedroom so the noise from the street kept us awake most of the nights. Ear plugs helped. There is no parking and even temporary parking street side to unload bags is hazardous.
- Alina (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, we could go on foot to the majority of Rome touristic attractions.
We appreciated very much the kindness of the lady who gave us the keys of the apartment; she provided us also with useful information about the restaurants, museums, etc.
The apartment was clean and big enough, suitable for a family with children or for close friends, since the bathroom is linked to the main bedroom. A little bit noisy during the night, especially during the weekend, since the apartment is located in a busy street in downtown.
- Polly (6/5): All in all we were please with the location and the host - The location is perfect. Super close to major destinations for our trip. the building was very nice looking and there was an elevator provided. The place was clean and there was complimentary coffee which proved very useful. The host was super reliable and was there to meet us on time. We were provided with advice for best places to eat. The offer said we will have 2 double beds, but in reality one was sofa bed, which was moderately comfortable. The WC and bathroom were in one of the rooms, which made it a bit uncomfortable.
- Ashwin (8/5): Nice apartment in the center of Rome - The location was perfect. Couldn't ask for anything better. In the center of rome and walking distance from all the "Places to visit". The apartment was also nice and clean and had all the necessary facilities. Probably something I didn't notice while booking. But I expected the apartment to have 2 bedrooms. Instead we found that the second bed was a sofa bed which was placed on a loft with no doors and open to the main living space. This was one of my concerns because of privacy. The second was that the bathroom was attached to the only bedroom and we had to go through the bedroom to access the bathroom. It's great for families with kids.
