• Йорданова (10/5): - Хареса ми това, че беше чисто, имаше всичко необходимо, локацията е удобна, ако се придвижваш с градски транспорт. Не се налага да се срещаш с някого, за да получиш или предадеш ключове. Комуникацията с домакините е много лесна и бърза. Със сигурност бих повторила при необходимост. Няма такова нещо.

• luca walter (9/5): Awesome stay in Sofia! - the apartment and the whole building is new and modern. Location is top tier, 10-15 min away by feet from the city centre. the shower does not have a cabin

• Kyrylo (4/5): Неплохо, если не выбирать номер 1.6 - Очень удобное поселение. Хорошое расположение, не далеко от метро, рядом есть магазин 20 минут до центра. Комфортное новое чистое здание. И полностью бесконтактное поселение. Можно заехать в любое время дня и ночи. Полноценная кухня в номере. Хотя номер был взят более высокого уровня, он оказался значительно хуже обычных номеров, в которых я останавливался ранее.\ 1. Кровать была заявлена как большая двуспальная, но на самом деле она не очень подходит для двух человек. По ощущениям, ширина кровати около 150 см, и вдвоём на ней спать довольно неудобно. 2. Стена возле кровати была с потёками, разводами и загрязнениями, что видно на фото. 3. Были сложности с коммуникацией с персоналом. 4. Часть ламп над столом не работала, а часть включалась и выключалась хаотично.. Это была моя третья бронь в этом отеле. В этот раз менеджер попросил заполнить дополнительные регистрационные формы. По какой-то причине во время предыдущих заселений такие формы не требовались. Без заполнения формы мне отказались предоставить код доступа в номер, несмотря на то что номер уже был оплачен. В целом это хороший отель для путешественников, особенно если не бронировать номер в последний момент и есть достаточно времени для коммуникации с персоналом. Но, номер 1.6 — не лучший выбор для двух человек.

• Yuliia (10/5): - Новый жилкомплекс, в апартаментах все новое, очень комфортно. Отличное расположение, рядом Лидл и Торговый центр, до центра 15 минут пешком.

• Denys (8/5): - Апартаменты находится в очень хорошей локации, все необходимое в пешей доступности. Хорошая входная группа, новый жилой комплекс со всеми удобствами. Апартаменты с хорошим ремонтом и есть все для удобства. Был очень неприятный запах, который исходил от матраса, так же небыло одноразовых тапочек и было очень не комфортно. Ещё в ванной комнате были элементы волос после предидущих постояльцев.

Гостите не следва да се съобразяват с това, а Вие трябва да се постараете да задоволите нуждите и възможностите им свързани с регистрация от тяхна страна.

• Ivaylo (10/5): Pefect stay for a family with one kid. - Clean and cosy interior. Perfect location near Sofia center. Mall of Sofia, Lidl, plenty of shops and restaurants just by 5 minutes walk. There was no such a thing.

• Simona (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was perfectly clean, comfortable, and good equipped. The location was also great, it is 4,5 minutes walk to the Mall of Sofia and the metro station Opalchenska. The host was friendly and helpful, always available if needed. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting, and I would happily stay here again!

• Bruna (4/5): Unhealthy and disappointing stay - Location, facilities are very new, building very beautiful, key just using with password (good to avoid losing it), next to metro and market, host reply very quickly. Toxic cigarette smoke from other guests completely filled the air inside the apartment (around 80% of my stay) — There was cigarette smoke entering the apartment every day, for most of the day and also during the night. Someone was smoking in another unit, and it seems their kitchen hood is connected to my apartment. The person was smoking heavily and continuously, and the entire apartment became filled with smoke, creating a very harmful and unsafe environment — especially as I have respiratory issues. The host responded quickly to my messages but never provided any real solution. No meaningful assistance was offered, not even relocating me to another apartment, even though I could clearly see availability on Booking. They only suggested opening the windows and turning on the kitchen hood, which is completely unreasonable given the circumstances. Superficial apartment cleaning — It’s possible to see a lot of dust throughout the entire apartment. Under the bed there was a significant amount of dust and dirt, and I even found belongings from previous guests. Frustrated by how they handled early check-in - They mentioned there might be a possibility and asked me to contact them on the day of arrival. Since I arrived in Sofia at 6am (with check-in at 3pm), I was specifically looking for a place that could at least offer some flexibility, even if not access to the apartment itself but at least a common area that I could sit and wait for the checkin time. However, when I messaged them early in the morning, I received a standard response saying check-in was only after 3pm. While I understand the rule, it felt misleading to suggest a “possibility” beforehand and then provide no flexibility at all. The TV was not working - Despite multiple messages, they never fixed the issue. Considering I had a late check-in, everything in the room should have been fully functional. Overall, a very bad and unhealthy experience.

Park halinde uzun süre araç kaldığı zaman ceza yazılıyor. Ama tesisin tam karşı tarafında ücretli bir otopark bulunuyor.

Çıkış günü kahvaltı için dışarı çıktım geri geldiğimde neden bilmemki kapı şifresi bloke olmuştu. Mailler den birilerine ulaşmalta sıkıntı yaşadık dönüş yapan yoktu sonra telefonla aramak zorumda kaldık türk hattı olunca insana çirt fatura kilitliyorlar macera olsun 😁.

• Dariya (7/5): - The location is very convenient. The flat was not clean to a good standard at all, most especially in the bathroom and kitchen areas. There was a lot of dust and clearly only a very-surface cleaning had been carried out. The flat is in a new building with extremely poor sound insulation and where smells carried from other units very strongly in the flat. We arrived to the overwhelming smell of weed, and woke up each morning to the smell of neighbours' home cooking. Overall, if cleanliness is improved, we would consider staying here again, but only for a very short stay.
