Rod (9/5): Apartment right in the center of town with a very good manager - I rate this a 10 solely for the service and helpfulness of the very nice manager Johana, she speaks well enough English and helped me with many questions. The apartment itself is in a good location in the center of town in a big apartment building. It is a big space with 3 beds, good view, small kitchen, hot water elevator. Good value. The apartment itself is overall a bit dated and used.
