• Maciej (1/5): They cancelled my stay at the day of arrival (2am at night), what resulted in having me no option for a overnight stay. - Nothing They cancelled my stay at the day of arrival (2am at night), what resulted in having me no option for a overnight stay. Despite asking them 2-3 days before about the check-in time, they confirmed it and later it got cancelled. Very bad approach! Later it turned out on the weekend I planned to be there, was an horse raicing and the prices were very high, so my 2month booking before was not profitable for them.

• Scott (3/5): - It was a good sized room for one night Bed was broken, room was freezing and damp, bedding was damp and smelled bad and the room clearly hadn't been ventilated. There were marks everywhere, broken toilet seat and mould/dirt in the shower and dirt on the tap. The communal area was cold. People clearly struggled to get in the building as someone was trying to kick the door down late at night and our room badly smelled of weed.

• Izobel (4/5): Came back at 3AM and someone how taken the key inside and I couldn’t get inside till about half an hour later I had rang - That the bed was comfy That there was a used condom in the draw
• Angelo (8/5): Excellent - Stayed here over the weekend, the room was clean and was given some snacks, new toothbrushes and toothpaste. Host was super helpful with quick responses. Had a great experience here and would definitely be booking again. Definitely recommend! The shower pressure was a bit low so that is the only thing I would improve

• Matt (7/5): Not the place I’d rake the family but for single visits to football it’s ideal - Location for anfield is superb. And a short taxi ride into the city Shower was leaning but the landlord was on it straightaway

• Joanne (8/5): Very good - The host was making sure our stay was going well by checking in with us on a message. The bed was comfortable and clean, it was great for what we needed it for, all we needed was somewhere to sleep and get ready for our days and nights out and that's exactly what we got. The shared kitchen was there if we needed anything but we didn't need to use it. Room was warm enough, heating worked fine. Cannot complain for the money we paid for 2 nights. Bus stop was literally over the street so we did not have to keep paying for taxis, places to eat near by, local shop over the street also which is very handy if needed. The main thing I wasn't impressed with was the area, it was just rubbish dumped on the street but that was due to others, it just wasn't nice walking out and seeing it all.
• Russell (1/5): Would rather stay at the Premier Inn as it cheaper and bigger rooms - Over all it is clean and tidy The room and the bathroom were extremely small. The furniture looked like it had just can from a second hand shop, the bedding looked cheap.
• Kelvindg (9/5): Great location, clean and comfortable - will be back 👌👍 - Great location and landlord communication. Property has great facilities and clean. Noise from road but that's the area, but if your not there to stay in and watch TV all evening is not problem 👍
• Misssixty (7/5): Good - It was clean and comfortable bed. Expensive for what it is, furniture old not matching, wonky draw didn't close properly. The blinds not good enough should have black out curtains. (Proprietor been asked previously about this but nothing been done!!) Very warm in the room during hot weather no fan provided!! Did open the window but on a main road so had too close it when it got noisy had a bad night sleep as very light in the room when the sun came up. I wouldn't normally mind about these things but the price doesn't represent the property.
• Emma (10/5): Cheap and cheerful - Great location for Anfield. Small room but everything we needed. Lovely host. Great price Had abit of a mix up with the key but easily resolved.
• Victoria (7/5): Great value for money - Very clean and fella came within minutes when we couldn’t use key lock. Location was a bit of a shock above a shop and locked gated doors. But local people were lovely and walking distance to Anfield.
