• Simona (7/5): Buena solución - Está bien por un par de noches, no tan lejos del centro, aunque hay que hacer un tramo andando. El anfitrión nos vino a recoger por la noche al aeropuerto, fue muy amable!

• Gabriela (10/5): A very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Kutaisi - Everything was as it looks like in the picture, very clean, close to the center, and also we asked to pick us up from the airport as well as to drop us. The owner lives just on the appartement above, so whatever you nees he comes to help you immediatelly. The only thing that I was a bit hard for the light sleepers, is that sometimes in the morning you could hear dogs barking or birds singing which it was pleasant.

• TATIANA (10/5): - Чистая квартира со всеми необходимым. Очень удачно висит кондиционер. До центра минут 15. Есть парковка на территории за воротами, но сложно заехать в горку. Нет Wi-Fi. И почему то не ловит мобильная связь.

• Fabrizio (10/5): Exceptional - I doubt there is a better flat than this in Kutaisi. Everything is new, perfectly clean, fully equipped, attention to every little detail is paid, great value, less than 10 minutes walk from the city center. The mattress could be better. A bedside lamp would be nice. Yes, the dog outside barks but not at night. If you get to be friends with him he will not bark at you.

• Noa (9/5): We'll be back if we can - The owner was very patient and kind, they were always available when tried to reach them when had trouble with our schedule. They have a dog but it's not a problem at all. Had no trouble of barking at night (we came prepared with ear plugs but we didn't use them). The owner always welcomed us with a smile. We had a bit of a language barrier but it was not an issue due to Google translate and her lovely son. The location is comfortable (got lost a little bit, make sure to pin the place on your phone). There are grocery stores near by. The kitchen is very accessoriesed. The bathroom was really nice. The bed is not the most comfortable but it's ok. The place is on a downhill and the parking is in front of the gate which was nice, but beware that the street is narrow and on a downhill. Also, the parking spot is on an incline, which makes the car tilted sideways when parked. And although we came with a low car and 2 big luggages, we've managed okay.

• Timmy (8/5): Great value - Very good value for the money, we got a whole apartment with stove, fridge, freezer & washing machine. There was a drying rack for the wet clothes. Very good location, just a couple of minutes from the centre, everything within walking distance. Even if the TV was quite small, it was a good distance from the couch, so it was still enjoyable to watch. The couch could be folded out. The kitchen had all the necessities with a frying pan and a pot. It also had an electronic kettle. There was also an AC in the living room, which could either cool the apartment down or heat it up. The shower was good & had enough space. There was a good amount of outlets around the house. They also had a hairdryer, which worked fine. There was also an iron if you needed to iron your clothes. Overall, great value and we do not regret getting this apartment for our trip to Georgia. There are dogs in the area that barked a lot and could be annoying and disturbing at times. If you are a light sleeper, this might be a problem. There was definitely a language barrier with the owner, & it could be difficult to communicate with them at times. They could also do a bit better job at cleaning and preparing the apartment for the guests, as we got an old and wet sponge for the dishes when we arrived & had to buy a new sponge. There was also only 1 roll of toilet paper when we arrived, & every time we asked for more toilet paper, they came and gave us only 1 roll of toilet paper at a time. They could improve this by leaving a couple of toilet paper rolls in the apartment. The wifi was unstable at times & also had a bad connection in the bedroom and toilet. The only good connection was in the living room. It would also be good with an apartment tour to show you where things are and how things work, as we never figured out how the kitchen fan worked. Although the bed was fine according to my girlfriend, I had trouble sleeping sometimes and didn't like the bed so much.
• Özge (8/5): The apartment is the ideal size for a couple. The furniture is new and the house is beautifully designed. The house was - Clean, cozy and new furnitured place. Kitchen stuff was absent, payment method should be on online.

• Yegor (9/5): Superb - The apartments are located on the ground floor in a private house. very kind and polite owners live on 2-3 floors. the apartment is very clean. there is everything you need. we recommend this place We were unlucky that the water was turned off in the city and we could not take a shower in the morning.
