• Maria (9/5): Hyvä kokonaisuus - Rauhallinen ja siisti paikka, kontaktiton avainten nouto/jättö, hyvät keittiövälineet, pesukone, kattoterassi, kiva maisema. Sängystä puuttui kokonaan petauspatja, joten jouset tuntuivat läpi, oli huono nukkua. Toiselta puolelta sänkyä puuttui yöpöytä. Sängyn vieressä ei ollut valoja tai valokatkaisijoita. Verhot olisivat voineet olla enemmän pimentäviä. Tyynyt oli littania, eivät pöyhistyneet vaikka yritti. Vesi ei lämmennyt kunnolla auringolla ja sähkölämmittimellä ei pysynyt kauaa lämpimänä kun suihkun käyttäjiä (nopeita sellaisia) oli 2. Uima-altaan suihkukopissa tuli pitkään lämmintä vettä jostain syystä, mutta tämä selvisi meille liian myöhään (kun ihmeteltiin miksi naapuri kylpee siellä pitkään joka päivä :D) ja kyseinen suihkukoppi ei ollut siis huoneessa. Asuntoon kuului meteliä keskusyksiköstä, jos alakerran naapurit pitivät ilmastointilaitetta päällä. Etukäteen ei kysyttäessäkään saanut tarkkaa käsitystä siitä paljonko sähkölaitteita saa käyttää ilman että menettää etukäteen maksetun isohkon deposit -maksun.

Clean and good location. very old washing machine, there is no second set of bed linen, there is no double bed in the second bedroom, one of the beds really creaked very loudly and was unbearable at night especially when you were sleeping, the protective nets on 2 windows should be replaced because mosquitoes get in there, you have to flush the toilet 2 or more times.

• Nargis (7/5): We have had a great time with our family there and could enjoy our time in the pool as well. - It was clean and comfortable The location was not easy to find but the owner had already sent a clear guidelines.
• Jan (9/5): Highly recommended. Great place for self-catering and close to beautiful beach. - The apartment was well-furnished and the kitchen was well-equipped. Communications with the property owner and manager was prompt, friendly and helpful. Questions and queries were addressed with care. We particularly enjoyed the peace and quiet (as nobody else was staying there at the time). Had a bit of an issue with tiny biting insects but at no fault to the property.
• Cat (9/5): Spacious, clean studio with great facilities close to town centre. - Spotlessly clean studio, great facilities, very spacious with lovely terrace area outside patio windows. Free air con, nice big wardrobe, washing machine. Swimming pool and roof terrace. Car parking on site. Code operated key box so you didn't need to take the key with you when you went out. Short walk to Polis centre, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars and tavernas. Polis is a lovely unspoilt traditional town with some great shops, bakeries and tavernas. Synnove was lovely, friendly and helpful, and provided excellent communication at all times.
• Rhiannon (8/5): Good sized apartment with lovely pool & rooftop. Great location. - Location was great, clean & good size apartment, pool area & rooftop terrace are lovely. In need of a new fridge, the small freezer compartment frosts very quickly & makes the door fall off. Had to defrost this 6 days into our stay. Shower curtain could have done with being replaced.

• Pavlos (9/5): WONTERFULL - VERY VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND TOWN, AND THE CLEALNESS OF THE APT. IF TV AND THE FRITGE WERE NEWER THAT WILL MAKE IT 5 STAR
• Sue (8/5): Very good - Great value for money, the property is a good size with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of storage space for clothes, lovely pool area and terrace with comfy sun loungers. Short walk into town - bring a torch as some of the road is unlit. If you want a budget price rental, this is worth a try. The apartments surrounding Thekla Court are residential, not tourist accommodation, and we did experience some noise, but nothing that was too disturbing. It would have been helpful to have a spare loo roll and some spare bin bags, especially for the bin in the bathroom, bearing in mind you can't flush loo roll and have to bin it instead. I would happily have paid an extra 5 euros on the price for these additions. During our stay in August it was very hot, but we felt we couldn't use the air conditioning as much as we would have liked to because of the rules around this and threat of losing the deposit. Consequently we did not sleep well - we would have been happy to use a fan if one was provided. Once again I would have happily paid and extra 1--20 euros for the removal of the air conditioning rule about excessive use, which is difficult to define...

• Andreas (10/5): Exceptional - I have spent a whole week there with my wife. It was one of the best houses we have ever stayed in during our vacations. It was fully equipped with all the facilities. It was an excellent experience for us. Everything was perfect! We were astonished by the neatness and the cleanness not only of the house but of the area out of it including the swimming pool. The orientation of the building offers the visitors the opportunity to enjoy the awesome environment all day long. Early in the morning you can enjoy all the smells of the mountain and in the afternoon you feel the cool breeze from the sea. The quietness of the place offers an excellent escape from the noise of a town. What I would like to highlight is the unbelievable hospitality of Synnove, the landlord. Thank you very much Synnove! I highly recommend the place for relaxing vacations! I am looking forward for the next summer to visit the place again!

• Maria (8/5): Very good - The room was very clean and spacious. The building is located in a very quiet area of Polis which was what we wanted. Pool was clean and because we were probably the last visitors of the season we were all alone in the building as well so the pool was also private because of that. The shower door/glass could have been fixed instead of using a curtain that lets water spill allover the place and is unhygienic as well! Also an extra roll of toilet paper for your visitors is not that expensive to leave in the bathroom. Sun blocking curtains in the room are a good idea when they actually block the light... We had to have an early waking everyday because of the sun entering the room early in the morning! Having to defrost the fridge is not a happy ending to vacation so please stop asking that from your visitors, it can be defrosted by your cleaning crew afterwards. It's not our fault that the door of the freezer is faulty and you haven't fixed it or changed the old fridge... I wanted to cook pasta one night during our stay, I even brought homemade pesto with me... but all the cooking pots were too small for that.
• Csanad (9/5): I would recommend this place. - The apartment was well equipped, clean and peaceful. A well maintained private pool is also available for the guests. Our impression was that the host was waiting for us, because the room was nicely prepared. The owner communicates very well and was helpful. Some of the equipment was old: i.e. the fridge, the washing machine. The TV was not even a flat LCD but an old fluorescent tube based unit. We've experienced problems with the internet for what we've paid, but according to the owner that was a unique case. The neighbor's apartment house was a bit to close to this property, but this wasn't really disturbing. I think, there are too many house rules, i.e. you have to defrost the fridge, before leaving. Please note that despite this comment, our overall experience was very good an we had fun.
