• Nardeen (10/5): Exceptional - The owner is very helpful and the flat is very clean and comfy . The owner reply for any questions quick. Anything you need to stay as if you are in your home,you will find it definitely in this flat. all kitchenware is in and it is amazing. The area around is very safe and you can travel anywhere easily. Definitely if I visit Rome again I’ll rent this amazing flat.

• Peter (10/5): Exceptional - We were very pleased at how wonderful the Panda House was for our 12-day stay in Italy. On arrival the owner, Silvia, greeted us, and we found the newly renovated apartment to be very clean and exceptionally well provisioned (including umbrellas, toiletries, snacks, etc.). It was very clear that Silvia makes every effort to ensure her guests are comfortable and happy. The apartment is on the top (5th floor) of the building with elevator access making it easy to get luggage upstairs. The balcony was equipped with a table, chairs, sun shades and a great view of the surrounding area. There is a full kitchen (with range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hot water pot, espresso machine, and toaster) and there was also a washing machine and dryer. Excellent instructions and house rules were provided. The location was perfect for getting in and out of the Rome area by car or public transportation. We had rented a car which we used to foray out, and the regional rail station was only a 10-minute walk away and was priced very reasonably for traveling into the city. Silvia encouraged us to stay in touch with any questions or concerns we had, and when we did send her a message, she responded very quickly. We highly recommend the Panda House; it is way above five stars!
