Elaine (10/5): Lovely spacious riverside apartment - Great location, immaculately clean. Nice spacious apartment that we enjoyed for 2 weeks with our newborn. Lack of glassware and crockery. Staying for 2 weeks and living on the apartment like home and cooking every day. 4 glasses, 4 mugs and 4 plates is not enough to eat 3 meals a day for a 2 bedroom place. When I complained we did get extra stuff but it should of been there from the beginning especially as we paid over £3k

Next time I will make sure the flat is not in the ground floor. - The property was secured, spacious, clean and had a full kitchen My flat was on the ground floor so I was not able to open the curtains. Also, there was a noisy bar just next door! It was almost impossible for me and my family to sleep before around 11 or 12 at night because people were near our windows drinking and laughing loudly!

Asif (9/5): very comfortable and clean place in a nice neighborhood - Great place. very comfortable and nice neighbourhood. the walk alongside the river and the pub next door extremely convenient the location is a 20-minute walk from the Hammersmith tube station so it can be a bit tedious. the next door pub could be noisy tho it didn't really bother us much.

Wing (8/5): Very good - The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. The sofa and beds were comfy. There were all necessary cookware for preparing meals instead of eating outside. The customer service team was responsive and always trying to help. We were allowed for substantial early check-in and late check-out. The cooking utensils were quite worn out, especially the water kettle was heavily eroded inside. There was no rubbish bin and rack for holding toilet roll in the bathroom. I would suggest all door locks to be replaced by digital locks. This could prevent a whole set of lock and keys to be replaced if a customer lose a set of keys, which happened to me. My security deposit was deducted for 180 pounds.

Sedibeng (10/5): a beautiful time spent with my daughter in an ideal home away from home! - the location was a 15 minute walk from the station, quiet surbub, on the edge of the River Thames, and we walked the prominade daily. Lovely restaurants and coffee shops. the apartment itself was clean, cosy and had all the relevant amenities. we loved it! will certainly book it again. loved Everything!

No air conditioning and very small opening windows. Very hot in summer. It is also located above a pub and was very noisy until around 11.30 pm each night.

There is nothing to improve about the place; it was really perfect for what we needed. Perhaps the only sad thing is that it was unavailable for short stays. We wanted to return for two days after a trip to Scotland, but we couldn't book it again for only two nights.

Yetunde (8/5): A modern, lovely flat in a great location. - The apartment itself was beautiful. All appliances were modern . The separate kitchen and dining area downstairs was a welcome feature. Location was central and it was easy to move around and find everything we needed. our room was right by The crabtree pub so it was sometimes noisy at nighttime. Also, we'd find empty disposable cups and bottles dumped on our little balcony. That was a downer but I'll make a mental note not to stay in Flat 18 next time.

Beautiful and modern apartment, with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. Hannah and George were very helpful and welcoming, and arranged an early check-in for us. The area was lovely. Underground is about 15-20 minutes walk, but you can walk along the river which is quicker and makes your walk even more pleasant. Nothing, everything was great
