• Szilvia (10/5): Szuper szállás a spanyol negyed szívében - Gyönyörű szállás, nagyon tiszta, és a szállásadónk is nagyon kedves volt, mindenben segített és elérhető volt. Az elhelyezkedés kiváló, a buli közepén van a szállás, a spanyol negyed szívében, 1 percre a Via Toledotól. Tényleg nagyon zajos, minden oldalról más zene üvölt, füldugó nélkül nem lehet aludni.
• María Mac (4/5): Piso con gran potencial, pero no vas a dormir ni un día - La ubicación en sí es buena para moverse por Nápoles y el apartamento era limpio. Si los propietarios pusieran medidas contra el ruido nocturno sería perfecto. Un auténtico infierno para dormir. Los bares de abajo funcionan como discotecas al aire libre, todos los días de la semana hasta las 6 de la mañana. Dormir es literalmente imposible: tapones de oídos, almohada sobre la cabeza… y aun así seguía escuchando “Titi me preguntó” una y otra vez, de 23h a 6h sin descanso. Un altavoz de rave en plena calle, propiedad del bar de abajo, funcionando al aire libre y saltándose cualquier norma básica de descanso. Una experiencia horrorosa que no recomendaría a nadie. Esto debería ser denunciado, porque incumple de forma flagrante la normativa de descanso nocturno. Y no, esto no es “movida napolitana”, como intentaron convencerme desde el alojamiento. Llevo 30 años viviendo en una capital, en plena zona de fiesta, y sé perfectamente lo que es la “movida”: no tiene nada que ver con un bar de Erasmus convertido en rave cutre. El alojamiento, por supuesto, NO está insonorizado: ¡el ruido se colaba incluso por el extractor del baño! Se oían hasta las voces de la gente perfectamente, y eso que esto es un quinto. Si no me creéis, os invito a quedaros y comprobarlo por vosotros mismos… os aseguro que no pegaréis ojo en toda la noche. He viajado por todo el mundo y jamás he visto que algo así se tolere en ningún país mínimamente serio. Pero claro, aquí prefieren venderlo como algo “normal” y “auténtico” porque, según ellos, “esto es Nápoles”. Venga, hombre… Si quieres terminar de vender la experiencia, es un 5 piso sin ascensor, con rellanos minúsculos por los que pasar con tu maleta a pulso. Cero recomendable hasta que no solucionen el tema del ruido.

• Emilia (9/5): Loved our stay here. - We liked everything about the property. Very close to the night life, which my sons enjoyed.. Giuseppe was very helpful even let us leave our luggage the morning of checkout, so we can enjoy our morning, since our train out of Napoli was only at 2:00 pm. The room was very clean and modern.

• Lyudmyla (9/5): Superb - Amazing location in the city center 5 minutes away from the subway station « Toledo ». (4 stops away from the central train station, so it’s very convenient) There are dozen of places to eat or to go shopping. You can also get to the seaport in 15 minutes on foot, and take a ferry to Sorento, Capri or any other location. The apartment is small but tidy (clean towels, clean and pure white sheets). The only little disadvantage is that there are a lot of bars around and it can be a little loud in the evening.For those who love to party is a perfect place!
• Daria (10/5): Exceptional - One of the best airbnbs so far. The heart of Quartieri Spagnoli, metro Toledo is about two minutes walking distance. Very strategically positioned, everything you might need is around. Plenty of bars and restaurants. Night life is literally bustling. The apartment is extremely clean and tidy. Perfect shower, very spacious. There’s also a coffee machine and some snacks and milk for breakfast. A small balcony is a nice plus point. Giuseppe is very sweet, he was always available to help us with any question. He gave us some useful tips about restaurants and let us leave our luggage before and after check in. We really appreciate that! Thank you Giuseppe and Adriana for your hospitality ❤️
• Mariangela (9/5): Superb - Perfect Location. Smooth communication prior to arrival and during the stay. They even manage to arrange pick up from the airport with a taxi. The whole place is well thought troughout. You have everything you need for your stay. Everything is there. Even a little breakfast, coffee, fridge with juice and milk. Furniture is new, place is super clean. Maybe the mattress needs an update. But we just like a bit more firm one
• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - If you want to enjoy life, you have to come to Naples, and Regina House is best located for this, in the center of the party district. Very close to dozens of taverns and also 3 minutes from Toledo metro station. A. and G. were super caring hosts, always answered our requests and questions. The apartment was extremely clean.

• Minoli (9/5): Superb - its a very clean room. located in 3rd floor of a new renovated building. everything inside the room is new and is everything is perfect. this place is ideal for young couples and solo travelers.2 minutes walking distance for the shopping centers and very close to metro and bus stops. place is surrounded with little little restaurants and bars full with good foods and drinks. owner is very friendly , can directly contact him for any questions.
