• Gary (3/5): Great location - Poor quality facility sadly - The property is located in the centre of Athens and close to all the main attractions including a fantastic view of the Acropolis - it has a great advantage with this location and the view from the balcony is spectacular Unfortunately there are many downsides to this property that I would advise future guests about - First we arrived later afternoon (4:40pm) and no one had been to clean the apartment from the previous guests - actually this turned out to be good as when the cleaner arrived we made sure they cleaned thoroughly as the apartment was in desperate need of a deep clean. While the facilities are functional there is a need for a lot of maintenance jobs that I saw many reviewers post that are still there - owners should take note and go in and repair the issues especially in the bathroom that floods due to blocked drains

• Jeanette (1/5): Do not book here! - Not one thing- I’d rate 0 if it allowed! They did not respond back about a refund. The unit was dirty upon check in- smelled as if urine was settled in toilet for a couple day, a man showed up to “clean” however had no clean linen on hand or cleaning supplies so just be aware of reused linen- and unsanitary cleaning measures- we left quickly after that and rebooked elsewhere!!! Please reconsider your stay.
• Venashree (6/5): Great view & location but not the best apartment - Location of apartment is excellent and the view is truly lovely. Apartment is dated and not very well managed. The shower head had no hook to hang it up on (something easy to install) but more than that the apartment was not cleaned very well. Also, the check-in process is completely unfriendly. We requested an early check-in and even though it seems the apartment was empty prior to our arrival, the management system responded in very automated way. It is obvious that the owner does not run this property as it lacks the personal touch, which is a shame since it truly has incredible potential from a view and location perspective.
• Pouyan (4/5): Not recommended - The location was really good and all the attractions were in your walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants around the property as well. The apartment wasn’t clean and we didn’t have enough set of towels and sheets as we were staying for 4 days. The shower cabin was broken and we had to carry it ourselves! We couldn’t find the hairdryer so they sent one. However, the hairdryer was changed the day after meaning someone entered the apartment without our permission!

Also we were unable to communicate with the staff - I messaged them and called them with no reply as to an option to leave our luggage somewhere after check out.

• Sarah (5/5): Great view and location but dirty and missing a shower door - the location and view from the deck A shower door was missing, the dishes all needed to be washed before using, there wasn't any dish soap or paper towels, the floors especially in the bathroom were dirty
• Lynda (4/5): Location superb, but disappointing, only pleased we didn’t have to stay in the apartment longer. - The location was fabulous Arrived late and the first time in an Airbnb without a basic welcome package! Sheets didn’t fit the beds and one of the beds was slashed. Linen very poor! No tea towel to dry dishes! Toilet seat was not good in one of the toilets and the most disappointing was the shower ! Not fit for purpose, no shower door and had to hand hold a shower head it was appalling! Water everywhere. It should have been a fully functioning shower. The fitment was there but it’s obvious it had broken! Very disappointed overall as the reviews did not stack up. Also Netflix didn’t operate after the second day.
• Soyoun (1/5): No recommended for family at all! - . Horrible bathroom - Dirty, humid, with all kinds of mold and bugs making a home all over the ceiling. Poor Kitchen - lack of cooking utensils, and what little there was was old and dirty. Small toilet - The bathroom was narrow, had low water pressure, and was full of toilet bugs. Crazy bedroom - The building's old-fashioned elevator passed right next to the bed-head, so the noise late at night and early in the morning caused severe mental stress. Towels and Bed sheets - reserved for a family of 4 for 4 nights, but 4 large towels and 4 very small towels, so I had to request additional towels. Dead bugs were visible on the bed sheets. Unable to rest properly due to the noise of demolishing walls and drilling all day starting at 8 a.m., as repair work was being carried out in the house next door and downstairs, and the entire family showed symptoms of stress-related nervousness. I contacted the manager, but didn't receive any feedback. Don't believe their excuses!!! I submitted all photo and video evidence to Booking.com, and they recognized the seriousness of the situation and provided me some compensation!!!!

It is very convenient to have two toilets. Excellent location of bedrooms at different ends of the apartment. Amazing terrace and a magnificent view of the Acropolis! The bathrooms could be better and cleaner, the shower cabin is broken, there is not a single hook to hang a towel. the floor in the bathroom is wet (due to the broken cabin) and cold, only one always wet bath mat... there is a noisy elevator in the house, you can always hear it (from 6 till 23 o’clock)

Enjoy the view of the Acropolis from the room and from the balcony. 1、The room facilities are not good, a door in the shower room is broken, the shower is also broken, and it is very inconvenient to take a bath. 2、The toiletries and bedding in the guest rooms are of poor quality. The bedding is very old, the quilt inner core has many yellow spots, not clean. 3、The service responds slowly. In one case, the response lasted more than 24 hours.

My husband and I stayed in Athens and out of all of our travels in Greece the time we had here, was absolutely divine! The staff was beyond accommodating and ensured our time with them was without need. The apartment includes towels for all the guests everything was clean and well organized. Highly recommend!!
