Great service and communication from hosts before and after stay. Nothing. We had an incredible time. Parking is on the road and it was busy so spaces were hard to find but not a massive issue.

• Alan (9/5): A great place for a short break or longer holiday - This is an end-of-terrace town house that has been fully modernised and newly decorated. It's spacious and well equipped but, as with any town house, there are a lot of stairs! The well equipped kitchen area and main bathroom are excellent - the smaller bathroom a little cramped but it has an excellent shower. Bedrooms are large and have kingsize beds, although my aged back would have appreciated a thicker mattress. The hosts live locally, responded immediately and were extremely helpful when I couldn't fathom how to start the heating (which worked well once the gas boiler fired up). The location of the house is excellent - a very short walk to two supermarkets and only ten minutes to the Castle/Welsh Highland Railway/Town Centre. Just an observation. Parking is on-street and therefore it's not always possible to park directly outside the house. But we always found a place and it wasn't a problem.

• Gaz (10/5): Great location Great price - This location is great! It’s just a 5-minute walk into the town of Caernarfon, and a 18-minute car journey to Snowdon. You’ll also find all sorts of attractions nearby, including a zip line Word Llandudno, Banger and Holyhead and Betws-y-Coed. The property was spacious enough for all of us and our gear, allowing us to do Snowdon on the Saturday and pack for every weather condition. A nice touch was the bottle of Prosecco and some Welsh cakes provided by the host. The heating system was great – a nest that was easy to use to control the temperature, even with eight people. It got a bit warm, but we could quickly change the temperature. Parking was also good; we managed to park all three cars outside the front of the house on the road. if you were being super picky, there are a lot of steps to the bedrooms after climbing Snowdon, lol. 😂

• David (8/5): Very good - The blinds in the bedrooms let loads of light through, we all woke up at sunrise (5am) and couldn’t get back to sleep. Replacing these for some black out blinds would make such a difference.
• Rm (10/5): Exceptional - Overall our stay at this property was very good. Will come back again. Code for box (to collect keys) should have been included in the booking.com messages and the wait time to call customer care was 30 mins!. We had to wait for 20 odd mins to get the code.
• Rajani (8/5): Very good - Property was as described, lovely and modern! It’s not along the road, you have to detour down a small drive, but we found it very easily! The only thing I didn’t like was that the second shower was downstairs and the downstairs seems to stay quite cold, we couldn’t seem to warm it up!

• Maria (10/5): Lovely house, equipped well, and very reasonable on price! Marked on our favourites list. - Lovely equipped house for the price. No designated parking (although this is stated).
• Matt (7/5): Good - the property was as described and well appointed. It was an easy walk into town and parking was on street but nearby so OK. There was also a supermarket close by. The only slight downside was the sink had several pieces of pasta and tomato in it when we arrived so that needed cleaning.

All of the things you need are there (and none of the stuff you don't). Town centre and all the sights are within walking distance. So is the supermarket. Highly recommended.

• Johanna (9/5): A lovely well maintained property central to town and all locations that we wanted to visit were within easy reach. We t - Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. No designated parking but most days we were lucky to park very close to the property.
• Lynn (8/5): Very good and comfortable accommodation - Location was excellent. Rooms were very good size and the beds were very comfortable. The accomodation was very clean and had all the facilities required. The kitchen had everything that you could need including coffee, teabags and sugar, There was also a welcome bottle of Prosecco plus some welsh cakes plus bottles of water in the fridge. As others have said previously the rooms could do with blackout blinds or curtains. The blinds in the rooms are very nice but means that the rooms are very bright from very early in the morning. It wasn't a huge problem for us a group of 5 but a suggestion for the future might be for there to be two keys for the accomodation.
• Megan (10/5): Excellent stay in North Wales - Highly recommend staying here. The house is lovely, so clean, great location and excellent communication from the host. Comfy beds, nice modern décor, great showers. They even messaged me as we left a charger in the room so have offered to post it back to us. There is a pub literally across the road and a supermarket a 5 min walk away. I would 100% book again if we return to North Wales. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

Really quick, responsive host. House was extremely clean and well equipped! Very soft mattress, but that's a personal preference!

Great location for local amenities but also good for a base to travel out to Snowdon, Anglesey etc. Didn't bother me but a couple of the guests didn't like the blinds as they let in quite a lot of light. They would have preferred black out blinds
• Lisa (10/5): A perfect stay 🌞 - Absolutely amazing place to stay .. beautiful rooms which includes everything you would need down to salt and pepper ,spotless clean , front bedroom views over the harbour , excellent location for town ,beach or Snowdon ..Morrison's literally 3 min walk away ,car parking ..8 of us stayed comfortably and plenty of crockery ,utensils , towels ,toiletries etc for us all including a TV in every bedroom and the lounge ❤️ Will most definitely be booking again,had a fantastic stay ,even the neighbours were friendly and the Chinese take away a few doors up was delicious 🥰 There was nothing not to like ,if I was to suggest anything to the hosts I'd say maybe put mirrors in every bedroom ❤️

• Linda (10/5): We loved our stay, it is a beautiful part of Wales. - The location was excellent. A Chinese take away 2 door down, a good pub across the road and very close to Asda and Morrisons. Only about a 10 minute walk to town centre and castle. Nothing, the house had everything we needed, was very clean and so handy for shops, town centre.

• Sue (8/5): A really lovely property to stay in and central to all amenities . - Property was very clean and tidy. The hosts even left a bottle of prosecco and some milk which was appreciated along with plenty of toiletries and cleaning products. Definitely needs black out blinds/curtains in the bedrooms as the lights from outside made it feel like daylight all night long. Would also recommend chest of drawers in the bedrooms for clothes as no where to put them and also mirrors as us women need to put our make up on and do our hair.
