- Miguel Angel (5/5): Mejorable - La ubicación buena y el apartamento limpio Pone que es un cuarto piso cuando realmente si le sumas el primer tramo de escaleras y el entresuelo es un sexto sin ascensor. Íbamos cuatro personas y sólo había una copa,tres cucharillas y dos platos llanos. Le falta algo más de menaje

- María Teresa (10/5): - Tanto la ubicación como el trato continuo con los anfitriones son excelentes. El apartamento es coqueto y muy bien aprovechado. La relación calidad precio es sobresaliente. No me gustó leer algunos comentarios en Booking, antes de disfrutar de este apartamento. La gente es exagerada, se queja por todo y le pide peras al olmo.
- Andrea (1/5): Poca transparencia - El apartamento en sí y la ubicación Después de hacer la reserva en Booking, me enviaron un enlace para hacer el checkin online y otro para depositar una fianza de 50 euros donde se indicaba expresamente que no iba a tener ningún coste adicional para mi, que se me devolvería tras terminar la estancia si todo estaba bien y que era obligatorio hacer estos dos pasos para que me dieran el código de acceso al apartamento. Me cobraron un importe pequeño inicialmente como preautorizacion/garantía y, al reclamar la devolución de este importe varios días después, me dice la propietaria que esos son gastos de gestión (de los cuales nunca se me informó) y que no se devuelven. Superdescontenta y estafada.

- FRANCISCO (1/5): Tener que subir 5 pisos por escalera, sin haber sido avisado, nos sentimos estafado.!! - Tener que subir 5 pisos por escalera, sin haber sido avisado por Booking en el momento de hacer la reserva, me pareció una malísima práctica comercial.

- Helena (5/5): Millorable - L’allotjament està molt bé quant a l’ubicació. Impossible comunicar-se amb l’amfitrió, et donen un whatsapp però amb qui parles és un contestador automàtic, no és possible mantenir una conversa. Et fan pagar de més si vols entrar abans i et demanen una fiança que triguen en tornar-la. La cafetera no funciona i algunes zones podrien estar més netes.
- Jamac1 (5/5): Good location, passable accommodation. - The location was good - it was walking distance to the seafront and the tapas area.
It had the potential to be a really great apartment as the layout was good. It took us well over half an hour to figure out how to get into the apartment as the instructions were not easy to follow. We contacted the agent for help and they did reply straight away but basically told us to follow the instructions!
The apartment had been cleaned but everything looked a bit streaky and was sticky to the touch.
There was a washing machine which was great but the drying rack had a broken leg and was a bit rusty in parts as were other things in there such as the bathroom radiator, and a wire rack in one of the cupboards.
The parking was listed as private and 6 euros a day when in reality it was in a public car park close by and cost us 39.20 for our 2 night stay.
- Francisco Manuel (6/5): Alojamiento en Santander - La ubicación, y las camas eran cómodas. Se notaba falta de limpieza en algunas estancias. Ser un 5 sin ascensor no ayudaba, pero es cierto que estaba avisado por la página del alojamiento. Además tuvimos un problema con la cerradura del alojamiento y la apertura de la misma, y la persona de referencia, no ayudó mucho.
- silvia (2/5): No volvería jamás! - Era bonito y cómodo. 1. Fianza fuera de Booking, la cual no te devuelven por cosas que rozan el absurdo.
2. 5° que no 4° con escaleras horribles, SIN ASCENSOR.
3. Cambiaron la puerta del portal y no había número, la empresa no nos lo comunicó y fue horrible para encontrarlo, además el interfono de la calle ponía otras letras, lo peor que la comunicación con la empresa es nefasta.
4. Cafetera no funcionaba.
5. Ventiladores muy ruidosos.
- Alex (1/5): The WORST stay ever - Not cleaned apartment, terrible communication, and a deposit farce - Nothing To get into the property was a nightmare. Communication from the host was dreadful… it is all AI messages. They said they couldn’t find our payment even though we paid directly through booking.com weeks before. They only ‘found’ the payment a few hours before we arrived so we didn’t even know if we would be let in despite paying. They then asked us to transfer money to a random bank account in the form of a deposit (no payment link, just direct bank transfer).
When we arrived at the apartment it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned. The beds were unmade from the previous stay, the bins hadn’t been emptied, there were cup marks and crumbs all over the surfaces, and the toilet hygiene seal was broken and with hair in it and the sink (see pictures)…
The shutter to the bedroom didn’t work so there was no privacy and no way of blocking out the sunlight.
We cleaned the apartment prior to leaving and took out all the trash so were entitled to the deposit back. It took over 1 month and me messaging the property more than 10 times to remind them to send the deposit back - despite them saying it will be done automatically after 7 days. I think this is intentional to try and avoid paying people back who forget to ask.
The worst stay I have ever had ANYWHERE.
- Michael (1/5): Bad - Apartment was nice and clean It's on the 4th floor. And I'm traveling with two older people that found this very difficult We arrived on motorbikes and had to carry all our lounge up the stairs. Also we parked our bikes in a location that didn't have a sign saying no parking. We got called and threatened with the police if we didn't move. A little extreme as there was no was no signs not to park there. It really ruined out stay

- Ana (1/5): THE WORSE AND MOST HUMILIATING STAY THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE! - Clean e confotable There is no elevator; the apartment is on 5th floor. The host was rude and unprofessional! We had a problem with car rental and delayed our checkout and the host put us out. We had to run up 5 floors stairs twice, to take out Our Belinha. Our things were in trash bags and I had to move inside the toilette trash to distinguish between not things bags and toilette trash. I, my Seven years Old daugther and my líder son were shooed away like street dogs.I have a left knee issue and it is worse because all of this!
