• Chantiridou (9/5): - Ο χώρος ήταν άνετος και λειτουργικός και η τοποθεσία του διαμερίσματος τέλεια. Η ηχομόνωση δεν ήταν ικανοποιητική, αν και τα κουφώματα ήταν καινούργια.
• Vladimir.Milić (6/5): Pleasent place - Location was great, you are literally in the center of the city and 3 minutes away from having a walk by the sea... Apartment is very good for 2 people with big kitchen equipped with all that you need to prepare food and great bathroom. I had to work and I didn't have for 2 days which was a big problem for me cause I was counting on this wifi. Also for the weekends it is very loud outside since it's the center of the city so young people are going out, for me this is not such a big problem but just to mention this for others to know. If you come by the car parking is 25€ per night and I think this would be great to mention in the booking by the host.

• nikosvil (7/5): Nice apartment, not the best experience - The apartment is located right in the center, easy access to the city's market, bars and restaurants and a metro station. It is very well decorated, fully equipped and can easily sleep a family of 4. When we first entered the apartment there was an unbearable cigarette smell all over the place, the sheets, the towels, everything. We spent 4 nights, we had no Wifi at all -it was supposed to be a provider's issue, stores on the ground floor told me everything worked fine for them. Right across the street there's a bar which played really loud music until very late at night every other night, you can't sleep in the bedroom on that side of the apartment as the windows aren't soundproof. Parking is simply impossible around the property, there are two private lots nearby but they are very expensive.

• Vasiliki (8/5): - Εξαιρετικός χώρος, μοντέρνος και ανακαινισμένος και σε πολύ βολικό σημείο για να βγεις/περπατήσεις την πόλη. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ άνετο και με ιδιαίτερη αισθητική. Ακριβώς απέναντι υπάρχει μπαράκι το οποίο Παρασκευή και Σάββατο παίζει πολύ δυνατά μουσική (έως τις 2πμ). Η ηχομόνωση στην κρεββατοκάμαρα δεν είναι κατάλληλη οπότε είναι εξαιρετικά δύσκολο να κοιμηθείς μεταξύ 12πμ-2πμ. Φαίνεται οτι έχει γίνει καλή ανακαίνιση στο διαμέρισμα και είναι κρίμα να μην έχουν μπει κατάλληλα τζάμια στα παράθυρα, που επιτρέπουν την μόνωση του ήχου. Είναι ο μόνος λόγος που η βαθμολογία μου δεν είναι 10.

• Eleni (7/5): Lively stay, not sure if I would go back though. Excellent value for money! - The property itself was clean, modern and very well maintained. The location was very central and close to everything on foot. The furniture was new and very good taste. The cleaner let us leave our stuff a bit earlier in the property, which was very useful. The owner responded immediately when we wanted to find out the WiFi code and could not locate the note in the apartment. WiFi was not working - we could not connect to the internet and ended up using mobile data At night, across the street, there is a bar that makes loads of noise that you can hear from the bedroom until very early in the morning (2-3am?) The property could use with a small bin in the living area. The lift was dirty and small.

We visited in January, and the apartment felt a bit cold as we couldn’t find an effective way to heat it properly, but this wouldn’t be an issue in the summer. It was well-furnished and very clean. There is a nightclub across the street, which can be quite noisy, so it’s worth keeping in mind or bringing earplugs. The host was extremely kind and polite.

• Dimitris (7/5): Pleasant appartment in a horrible building - The apartment is nice inside for a couple but certainly not for 4 persons. The location is very central and with restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping in immediate proximity. The sofa becomes a bed and that's fine, but the 4th bed was a fold out that was extremely small (even for a 10 year old) and the thinnest "mattress" ever. This made it impossible to sleep on as one would primarily feel the metal frame as he/she lays down to sleep. The building itself is in very poor condition. The buildings entrance door is always open - I guess the buzzer was jammed to "open". The building mainly has offices and right next to the apartments entrance there is a toilet for the buildings office occupants. In general more lows than highs for this place.

• Irini (10/5): I’ll be back - This apartment is just amazing , it had all the comforts that you would want. Beautiful decor, great bathroom. In the heart of Thessaloniki , walking distance to everything. The only thing I would recommend is to having washing instructions to how to use the programme .
• Smaragda (8/5): Nice renovated apartment in the heart of the city. - Nice renovated apartment, in a great location, right in the center, easy to find food any time of the day/night. Of course there is noise, but this was expected as we booked in the center of the town. The apartment was very clean. The bed mattress is very soft, mostly on the left side of the bed and therefore I'm assuming the mattress is old (that without knowing the age of it). In the same floor of the building there is a lawyers office, the ladies working there were smoking right in front of the door, at the stair case. That was very unpleasant for me, having to pass by with my 2 little kids. I made a comment to them, and I didn’t see them smoking there again. Even though the apartment is very clean, unfortunately there were cockroaches in the apartment. I think this is a general issue of the old buildings in the city of Thessaloniki.
• Mihail (10/5): Great place and great time in Thessaloniki - Great location just in the city center in a quiet street. Great place to stay even for a long period of time. The apartment was very clean. It was equipped with all you need. Nothing was missing. All was perfect. Definitely I would stay again here. Close to a public parking.
• Xristos (4/5): Disappointing - The location of the apartment was good near the center of the town. The apartment was clean. We were a family of 4 (2 adults 2 children). The apartment only had one bed for two persons. The third person would have to sleep on a couch not a bed. The fourth person was supposed to sleep on a camp-bed that was in a very, very poor condition with the metal supports sticking out. When we contact the host the first night he/she did not offer any solution. Furthermore, the apartment is on a a very old, dirty building with tiny elevator. Next to door of the apartment there was a big glass door that was just pressed against the wall (safety hazard) and next to some unclean public wc (hygiene hazard). Moreover, during the night the was a significant level of noise from the surrounding streets that kept us awake. I would not stay in this apartment again and I would not recommend it to anyone else!

The apartment is very stylish and beautiful We did not have a duvet cover to put on the blanket so both nights we were freezing from cold! we had 1 thick warm blanket which was not covered with a clean duvet cover so we don't know how many people were using this before us and if it was clean so was very disgusting to cover overselves with that.... in the wall of the bathroom we found a lot of hair from the previous guests and in the drawer with the hairdryer was long black hair everywhere.. :(

• Christian (10/5): Very stylish apartment in city center - Beautiful apartment with everything you need . All the facilities are very modern and it’s spotless clean. There are several parkings around the apartment. The location is just fantastic-everything in walking distance (sights, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, shopping, the ocean). The ice cubes in the freezer made my kids very happy 😆

The bedroom needs proper noise isolation ,something like external blinds to block the noise from the Main Street and also to blockout the light in the morning . The extra child bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable even for a small kid :)
