Lindsey (10/5): A fantastic apartment in a perfect location. We would definitely consider rebooking! - A beautiful property in a perfect location. It was pricier than our usual UK holidays but it was worth every penny. The apartment was fantastic with everything you could possibly need, plus the view from the windows was outstanding. The only niggle - and it’s a small one as everything was fantastic - was that the dressing table/mirror in the main bedroom would be better if closer to the power socket.
Verdonck (6/5): Pendragon en Merlin hebben uninterrupted views op de parking van het verblijf - 2 badkamers en de aanwezigheid van een wasmachine. Het betalingssysteem: we hadden geboekt zoals al onze andere accommodaties en plots kon onze reservatie niet doorgaan en ging binnen de 24 de reservatie vervallen als we niet via hun format inlogden en het formulier invulden inclusief foto paspoort, selfie enz. We stuurden persoonlijke e-mails via contactus@vay-cays.co.uk zoals ze zelf voorstelden maar daar kwam geen reactie op enkel de standaard mails. Bij aankomst was ons verblijf niet gepoetst (wat kan gebeuren) maar de 2 telefoonnummers, uit de welkomst map die gesuggereerd werden te bellen bij nood was steeds voicemail. Dan voel je je echt in de steek gelaten. Uiteindelijk kwam iemand (de klusjesman) langs om het probleem te verhelpen en zich te verontschuldigen met een fles champagne Daarbij kwam nog dat de WIFI via STARLINK onze zenuwen erg op de proef stelde. De ene keer konden we bellen de andere keer niet. Vervelend als je moet gedepanneerd worden voor een lekke band. De toiletartikelen = 1 ingepakt zeepje per persoon De handdoeken = 1 badhanddoek per persoon (als je 5 dagen blijft is dat te weinig, gelukkig hebben we kunnen schooien bij een vriendelijke schoonmaakster die enkele andere appartementen kwam schoonmaken.

The property was very clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was lovely. The apartment had everything we needed and more and i would thoroughly recommend it. There was nothing i didn’t like.
Natalie (9/5): Very comfortable bed…made for a great nights sleep. Everything you may need for your stay is provided. I would definitel - Lovely location. Clean and well equipped accommodation. No outdoor seating area. Uncomfortable with paying off platform.
