• Anonymous (8/5): This is a nice, private, secured, cozy, centrally located property in BG that has all amenities - I didn't know what to expect as i was enroute to the apartment, but when the uber arrived to it, i felt good because of the area the apartment is located in. Let's just say EVERYTHING IS AT ARMS LENGTH - restaurants, bars, supermarket, money exchange businesses, phone sim card places, dentist, eye doctors, laundromat, etc (you get the point). The apartment is in a safe area that is patrolled by police. I got home late each night so that was important. The apartment itself was good size. I thought it would've been bigger, but it grew on me and It seemed bigger and sufficient after each night I stayed. It had all of the amenities one one need - kitchen, stove refrigerator, washing machine, blender, workstation, iron, secured closet, secured cabinets, etc. The room was extremely clean and there was no bugs. I would normally feel some type of way when I am staying in such accommodations, but i must say that the spot made me feel at home. I was well relaxed because of the care given to the property and to ensuring expectations are met or exceeded. The facility was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment complex has surveillance and gated access, which is another added safety feature. As far as the host (or representative I met), you couldn't have gotten a better one. She was very pleasant and accommodating. She met me at the apartment to handover the keys and walk me through the details. The apartment is on the 4th or 5th floor. There's no elevator in the complex so you have to be physically conditioned to walk up 4 or 5 levels of stairs (some dual-tier). Once I convinced myself to look at it as a form of exercising and thought to run up and down the stairs rather than walking it, then it became less of an issue (until it was time to take my luggages down). There wasn't any hot water, but it wasn't a big deal because the weather was hot so the water wasn't cold. As a compliment to the apartment, the area it's in, and my experience, I requested to stay an additional three days. After having an offer extended by the host, i cancelled the 3 day reservation I had made at another property. However, I was told a few hours later that day that someone else had reserved the apartment. This was a bit of an inconvenience for me because the prices had gone up everywhere else. Nevertheless, I would definitely consider staying at the property again. I really didnt have any issue with the property itself. It is definitely a good value that can accommodate one or two people. The representative who assisted me was very pleasant and accommodating.
