• Mel (10/5): Amazing views, amazing location, and amazing place! - The location of the property is amazing, as is the view and the furnishings. Extremely comfortable for us, and we loved waking up to the ocean. The tiles in the bathroom become extremely slippery when wet, which is a bit of a hazard.

• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Right on the water, overlooking the beach. Beautiful inside, modern facilities. Close to everything.
• Alicia (8/5): Very good - The room was amazing. Loved the modern interior and the bed was really comfortable. The view of the beach was amazing and wonderful to watch in the morning and afternoon. The owner was quick to respond when I was given the wrong code for the lock box for the key. I couldn't find the first aid kit and it wasn't in the location the information booklet said it would be. It was a little confusing to figure out which light switches was for what. Felt that some didn't even turn on anything. And not many low power outlets in the bedroom. Was annoyed that one of the bedside lamps wasn't even connected, nor there was an outlet nearby to connect it too. And was disappointed that I wasn't informed that there were going to be a worker coming on Monday morning to dig up part of the driveaway. Luckily the occupants below told me about it. The space was a little dirty. The stovetop wasn't wiped down and milk frother wasn't clean.
• Debra (2/5): Fraudently advertised. - Although fraudulently advertised, it was reasonably comfortable Fraudulently advertised. NOT a penthouse AT ALL ! It’s a house divided into two parts. Can hear everything downstairs including person snoring! Rusty Dishwasher. Dodgy outdoor laundry.
• Sullivan (10/5): Picture perfect. - The place was an eye opener as soon as we stepped in. From the view in particular to the overall quality and cleanliness of the accommodation as a package. Not being able to stay another week.

• Paul (6/5): Pleasant - The heat. the air conditioner in the bedroom was not working and made the last night unbearable to sleep. The fan in the front section did nothing to help with stifling heat. The nightly price we paid I would not expect a sweat box. The unit needs some neglected maintenance addressed. The replacement fridge is sitting in front of the broken fridge in the kitchen. Weird that the other hasn't been removed.
• Emilia (5/5): Pleasant, relaxing but hot and sticky in the lounge and dining areas. - Great location. Could walk to restaurants. Can go for morning or evening walks with beautiful views. Lots of activity on the beach across the road. The unit was nicely furnished. No fans or air conditioners in the lounge and dining areas, so it was hot and sweaty in those areas and while watching tv at night. This was even with all the front windows open and the front fans on. Main light in bathroom not working properly - flashing. The sink in main bathroom is very high, so not good for short people. As check in was not until 3pm, check out should be at 11am.

• Bohun (7/5): Good - Location! Great view Spacious with a fantastic living area, great size bathroom and bedroom. Air conditioning in the bedroom only, and blew cool but not as cold as it should be. The living area was hot with only ceiling fans. One of the fans was loose and clunked while running. The antenna for the TV was disconnected/ not functional. Dishwasher had rusted out drawers.

You see houses listed with beautiful descriptions and photos, but the photos do no justice. This place is straight out of a catalog. There was nothing to complain about..nuddah. none. zip its Perfection people....

• Rick (7/5): Very disappointing, however if issues mentioned were rectified would definitely stay again. - Property exactly as shown in photos. Extremely comfortable and well appointed. Upon arrival unable to park as one occupant parked in centre of driveway. Eventually rectified this situation. On entering property we were overwhelmed with very strong extremely unpleasant odour. Opened all windows immediately, however it took overnight for odour to disappear. Odour remained even stronger in some kitchen drawers even on our departure . We did not have live TV for the duration of our stay, we did however have Netflix and YouTube. Contacted owner/manager via message, but unable to get anything done as it was Friday night. Unfortunately, we were not advised that it could not be attended to until we again contacted her on the Saturday night when we were without Netflix and YouTube for a couple of hours.
• Aura (9/5): Superb - Fabulous location. Lovely, spacious apartment. Outstanding view. No information pack telling us how to use any of the equioment. Unable to contact owner regarding issues with tv (had none for the 2 days). Sent message, was delivered, but got no response over 2 days. A real problem with ants in the bathroom.
