• Matthew (10/5): - Great location - within 10-15 minutes walking distance from all the great beachside and creative quarter hotspots. The place itself is gorgeous and great value for money - much more spacious than the pictures reveal. Wish we made the most of the outside area from the master bedroom. Very clean, comfortable and great interior design, with plenty of utensils, crockery, tea, coffee and basic cooking ingredients available like salt, pepper, vinegar and honey. Host was very attentive with suggestions and flexibility with check-in and check-out, with very clear instructions on how to use the home including use of central heating.

I'm co - We liked the house because it had a good location, was clean, and was beautiful. The mattresses were not very comfortable but none of these were as bad as your behavior Steph. He humiliated me in front of my guests, threw us all out of the house with disrespect and shouted at us. I was embarrassed in front of my guests and will definitely complain about this bad behavior. I paid and worked hard for my guests to have a good time. But they were disrespected. I was very stressed and I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Faultless. - I did read reviews before booking this property and they were all so complimentary…I can now understand why. I cannot compliment our hosts enough as they made our stay so special. Every detail within the property itself has been so well thought of. They even give recommendations which were so helpful. They are prompt to reply if you have questions. The decor, the clever layout, and how it caters for all. It has the feel of home, but is so special, as it ticks all boxes of being a perfect holiday home. It is reasonably priced too, which makes it even more special. The location itself is absolutely perfect. You can literally walk out of the door and walk to the sea within 2 minutes. It is also perfect as you are literally within a ten minute walk to the harbour and the creative quarter. Being able to watch the sunrise and sunset on your doorstep is special. Our trip was organised for my mum’s 70th birthday which was in November 2025. We planned to take her away in January, as it’s the time she finds hardest as we lost dad in that month. They both loved going to different coastal area’s around the UK, but had never been to Folkestone. The whole town itself is a hidden gem. The creative quarter and the harbour is brilliant. I shared all this information with our hosts and they were so accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and even allowed us to check out later too, which allowed us all extra time to enjoy the property. All instructions given by our hosts about the property were clear, which made our stay completely stress free. I would highly recommend this property as well as the town of Folkestone. It really is a hidden gem. I would again like to thank our hosts who were absolutely awesome. We will definitely book this property again for longer next time and in the summer to fully enjoy fully. We loved everything about this property and our hosts.

The kids loved their room and we had a fabulous one night stay. After dark the electric lights were quite dim. Didn’t really affect us as we didn’t use the kitchen other than to make tea.

The location is unbeatable – right on the seafront with beautiful views and just steps from great restaurants and cafés. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The garden area was such a bonus – a lovely spot to relax with a morning coffee or evening drink. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals, and the dining space was perfect for our family . Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent – friendly, responsive, and very helpful. The free Wi-Fi and parking were also really convenient. Overall, this place felt like a home away from home.
• Samantha (10/5): Beautifully located right by the beach and a short walk from the town centre, excellent facilities. - Beautifully appointed with a wonderful outside space, property is immediately adjacent to the beach and a really easy walk into the town centre,. I found the property incredibly clean and very generous, the amount of towels and provision of shampoo and other basic provisions often needed for short stays was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to colleagues and friends.

I has even a small terrace at the back, and all the things and goods in the kitchen that you need. We could check in easily and the host was very helpful. It felt so homely and the host was very friendly and messaged to check all was ok and offer any help if needed. However there was nothing we needed as honestly so much thought and attention has gone into making this such a fantastic place to stay. Lovely warm jumpers for you to wear in the cooler evenings, toys in the children’s room and even a little nightlight. Our 3 year old was so disappointed to be going home. We would most definitely stay here again.

• Emily (7/5): Very good home and location for short stay, but a few tweaks are needed! - Lovely furnishing and well equipped with everything we needed, great location too! The heating wasn’t working and it was starting to get cold ( we went in September) and it took till the last day to get this sorted so we were quite cold and had to wrap up even inside and at night! The storage for clothes was not great either as any wardrobes that were there were small and filled with the owners own property.

The apartment itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. While there was accessible parking available, it was a bit expensive. Additionally, on Saturday morning, we were woken up by scaffolding builders who put on very loud music at 7:30 am, which was quite disruptive. Despite this, the location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and the beach just steps away, and the hosts were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
