• Nilabhra (7/5): Value for money - Cheap. The host is nice, smiling, eager to help young guy. Very basic accommodation. Bed is not very comfortable. Bit away from City Centre though within walkable distance from nearest railway station. Neighbourhood is a rundown shabby place. The house itself is bit that way.

• Dee (6/5): Needs improvements to be luxury, eye to detail is important. - The location was very central. Travelled for a concert. The room had everything we needed for the evening. The room was clean. It looked tired due to the lack of eye to detail, marks and stains on the walls. Great for everything that's available in Birmingham. The room needs a lick of paint to cover tea stains and marks, let's the room down. The carpet needs a good clean, again let's the room down. The becomes we're clean but didn't match, okay on your own bed but not ideal if someone is paying to stay there. The main gate to the building was broken so it was difficult to get the car in to park. A safe deposit box hidden somewhere discreet would be beneficial for the fob ( even if collection was near by). Wasn't a fan of the local drivers. They beep at everything and like to keep you on edge. Birmingham wasn't a clean city, quite disappointed in that respect, only ever visited Cadbury world years ago when my children were young.

• Al-azami (6/5): Overall a reasonable place to stay for a short period. - Room was well organised and clean with fridge, microwave, cutleries etc. TV was very good size. Bathroom was very clean. The host was a good man and handed the key in person and always replied to messages quickly. Shower and toilet was tiny to move around. Mattress was not so comfortable due to spring inside. No pan was there to use. Parking on the roadside was very difficult.

• Eduard (9/5): Superb - I liked the apartment I rented. The location was excellent, and the neighbors were quiet—I couldn’t hear any voices through the walls. The apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It was clean and well-equipped, with an electric kettle, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and a large TV. There were also some dishes and all the essentials for living. Additionally, the building was located in a secured area, which made me feel safe during my stay. Overall, I had a great experience staying here! What I didn’t like about the apartment: The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. There was no pot for cooking, and there was no convenient knife for cutting things. Also, the bathroom was very small. The neighborhood was a bit unclean, but this was compensated by its close location to the city center.

• Heidi (1/5): Avoid in your best interest - This man is a fraud. I could not get into the property. The door code did not work. I did not stay there and he refuses to refund me EVERYTHING

• Fergal (2/5): Never again - The TV Getting into and out of the property was made impossible due to the key fob not being where he said it was. I was outside the apartment trying to get in for an hour. I had to get a resident to let me in. Then I couldn't leave before morning because I had no fob.... I the heater doesn't work properly and there is a little portable heater that kicks out dry air and is noisy... When I left in the morning to get to work I had to climb over the fencing because I still had no fob to get through the gates...No real apologies all I heard he said its going to cost him to get another fob.... Bed not very comfortable either...
• Alicia (10/5): Great value for money and very convenient! - The tv was a really good size, the en suite was very convenient for showering. Liked how there was a train station 10 minutes away that only takes 5 minutes tops to get into the centre of Birmingham so really good for me and my partner when we was wanting to spend some time shopping and looking around the city centre. The mattress was a little springy, but other than that everything else was fine!
