Claudia (10/5): Gemütliches Appartement in ruhiger Lage - Wir waren sehr happy mit diesem Appartement. Es ist picobellobello sauber, gemütlich und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Für die Nesspresso Kaffeemaschine waren sogar ein paar Kapseln, Zucker und Milch da. Wir wurden mit einer Flasche Wein, Wasser und Süßigkeiten willkommen geheißen. Auch um Geschirrspültabs muss man sich nicht kümmern. In der Dusche ist je 1 großer Spender mit Shampoo und Duschgel. Alles gute Qualität ! Die Lage ist ruhig und mit S Bahn und Bus( beides Linie 1) gut zu erreichen. Ca. 50 min zu den Landungsbrücken. Hamburg ist halt eine große Stadt. Die Verbindungen gehen alle 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns pudelwohl 🐩 gefühlt hier. Noch nie so ein sauberes liebevoll ausgestattetes Appartement gebucht. Vielen Dank dafür! Nix… :)

Gabriele (9/5): Ankerherz ist für mich die perfekte Basis, um in Hamburg schöne Tage zu erleben. Gerne jederzeit wieder. - Angefangen von der guten Anreisebeschreibung über das bequeme Self Checkin habe ich mich während des Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt und konnte mich gut erholen. Die ruhige Lage, das bequeme Bett und die Ausstattung mit hanseatischem Flair ist hervorzuheben. Über das kleine Begrüßungsgeschenk habe ich mich auch sehr gefreut. Die kleine Küche hat grundsätzlich alles, was man braucht, wenn man kochen möchte. Es gibt eine Zweier-Kochplatte, was für die meisten Gerichte im Urlaub ausreicht. Nur eine Abzugshaube hat mir gefehlt und ein bisschen mehr Arbeitsfläche. Im Badezimmer hätte ich mir ein wenig mehr Ablagefläche gewünscht.

Susanne (9/5): Modernes Appartment in ruhiger, sicherer Lage mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. - Gut ausgestattetes Appartment für einen Aufenthalt in Hamburg. Die Lage ist ruhig neben einem kleinen Park in einer schönen Wohngegend. Das Doppelbett ist groß und bequem. Für uns war alles top. Die Küchenzeile war zwar mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, allerdings sehr klein. Nur geeignet um Frühstück und kleine Snacks zuzubereiten. Für uns ausreichend, wer allerdings größere Mahlzeiten zubereiten möchte, würde sich eher schwer tun.

Thomas (9/5): Eine gute Option fuer Geschaeftsreisende mit Auto - deutlich mehr Platz als in einem Hotel - Ein geraeumiges Apartment in ruhiger und trotzdem zentraler Lage, gut ausgestattet, komfortabel und die kostenlose Benutzung von Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ein weiteres Plus. Leichtes Einchecken per Code Nummer, unserer kurzfristigen Bitte um einen Late-Checkout wurde prompt entsprochen Ehrlich gesagt habe ich nichts zu bemaengeln oder Verbesserungsvorschlaege zu machen.

Die Küche ist sehr klein und quasi im Flur, hier muss man sich ein bisschen organisieren, wenn man mehr als Kaffee kochen will. Der kontaktlose Check-in funktioniert problemlos.

Klaus-Dieter (8/5): Trotz allem kommen wir gerne wieder! - Die Lage ist top. Vor der Tür war die Bushaltestelle und man kam ganz schnell von einem Ort zum anderen. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Appartement hat auf dem ersten Blick einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Doch wenn man länger darin wohnt viel uns auf, dass die Polster am Bett nicht abgesaugt wurden, da man die Haare vom Gast zuvor an seinen Kissen hatte. Auch unter dem Bett war viel Staub, was für Allergiker sehr unangenehm werden kann.

Christian (9/5): - Ich kenne mich in HH aus und wusste, dass die Verkehrsanbindung dieser Straße nur mittelmäßig ist. Daher sind wir mit dem Auto angereist und hatten keine Probleme. Die Parkplatzsuche gestaltete sich manchmal etwas schwierig. Direkt am Haus gibt es keine Parkplätze. Alles vorhanden, fast keine Einwände! Nur dies - ein kleines Luxusproblem -: Direkt am Bett gab es keine Steckdose. In der heutigen Zeit ist das schon ein kleiner "Mangel".

TQT (10/5): - The location is away from the city center, but that didnt matter to us. We were looking for a location away from the busy city to enjoy the quiet holiday. The staff was very attentive. My daughter forgot her favorite pluche toy and the send her toy over snail mail. My daughter was so happy.... Parking may be troublesome but there is away a vacant slot within 5min walk
