• Jeimy (10/5): Beautiful getaway close to the city - La loma is the perfect place to disconnect surrounded by nature without being too far away from the city. The absolute highlight is the bathroom. Besides from that the hosts are the best hosts I have encountered in my 10 years of intense travelling all over the world. That we could not stay longer…
• Margaret (10/5): Excellent hospitality and attention to detail at this hand-built cabin - Rafael was an excellent host. The cabana on his property is entirely built from recycled materials and has a lot of character. He was extremely attentive, responsive, and friendly, and we joined his family for some Christmas celebrations down the hill. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed watching birds while eating breakfast on the balcony each morning (Andean Motmots, Tropical Screech Owls, and countless species of tanagers). Easy access to Otun Quimbaya. Others have noted that there was no hot water, but the shower works fine, it just requires a little finesse.
• Justine (8/5): Cabin built with heart close to Pereira - Lovely 180° view. Cabin built with recycled materials. Owners are so kind and helpful. Rafael took us for some tours in the area with his car (he has a 4WD). They made us amazing food with fresh fruits from the garden! Water in the shower could have been hotter. Quite a climb when walking from the main road but that's the price to pay for such a lovely view!
