• Marian1980 (10/5): Very nice apartment - The apartment is in the historical centre, has all you need for a family with children.The kitchen is very well equipped.It was very clean.It is at 10 minutes of the most important museums and tourist attractions. The beds are comfortable, the shits are very clean, we even had at our disposal another ones to change.Also, we had a lot of towels. The host is very nice.The apartment is exactly like it looks in the pictures.The little garden in the back yard was perfect. You can sit there to relax or to drink your coffee in the morning or wine in the evening.There are a lot of restaurants , coffe shops and stores nearby.It was certainly one of the best accommodations we had.We deffenitly recommend it! There is nothing to complain about
• Daniela (8/5): Very good - Good location less than a kilometre from the city’s heart, the apartment is on the quiet side of the street.The inner garden wasn’t cleaned soon, the bed and pillows weren’t comfortable. You can't make coffee with the provided coffee maker, as the hobs are induction and the coffee maker isn’t.

As they said the temperature is same for all the building however the common area temperature was cooler than in the apartment

• Evangelia (9/5): Great, minimal appartment - We loved the appartment. Great location. Close to everything but also very quiet. Minimal, spacious and very clean. Extra bonus the small yard outside! Filippo, the host, very responsive and helpful! It would be nice a kitchen towel & some napkins.

• Susan (9/5): Very clean, quiet and super comfortable. - You walk into a clean bright and tidy corridor which feels grand. Super extra large extra comfy bed. VERY quiet. Perfect shower and bathroom facilities. Very clean and feels recently renovated. Nice to look out onto the garden, the week we were there it wasn't warm enough to use which was a shame (previous week it would have been lovely). Took as a while to realise, but the road runs straight to the Duomo. Not really a like or dislike,, we took toilet roll, washing up liquid, tea towel and dishcloth, tea, coffee and sugar having read other reviews. We were glad of them, but there is a bidet hence no toilet roll, and there's a oversink plate drying rack hence no need for a tea towel. There was a box of green tea and bathroom minatures. The Galleria Accademia is literally around the corner, the Duomo a 10 minute walk straight down the road. The 'Oltrarno' with Pitti Palace and various gardens is a 2km walk and we liked that side of town best, but we enjoyed walking down different streets and seeing different buildings enroute. Take comfy shoes, or there is a bus very close by which we didn't use but could have. Currently alot of road works as a new tram line is being laid, which will be a major asset. This wasn't an issue, there was no noise, we just walked down a different street to avoid the unsightly fencing.

• John (10/5): We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our stay in Florence. - The location was excellent, and the apartment was very clean and very efficient. It had everything we needed for our stay. The building was totally renovated and was beautiful inside. We had to use a door code to enter, so we felt very safe. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Florence. It had a great corner cafe, about a 2-minute walk from the apartment, where we went every morning. The Duomo was just a five-minute walk from the cafe. It was perfect for our stay in Florence. I almost felt like a resident of Florence. Nothing in particular

Good location, close to bus stops, but everything within walking distance. Questions were answered immediately. Would recommend this place.
• Sarah (10/5): A gem in Florence - The apartment was spacious and comfortable for our three night stay. The interior was decorated beautifully and matched the photos. All the facilities were as described and it was a bonus that it had a courtyard/garden area.
• Carlos (9/5): Superb - - Fully refurnished apartment, with private garden. A lot of light. All new furniture and appliances. - Very well located, walking distance to Duomo. As a suggestion more than criticism, it would be good if they could leave some basic goods like coffee, etc. (if you stay for four days, you probably won't buy coffee bag since you wont be able to finish it). Moreover, a curtain in the garden window would be useful.
• Yuleidi (1/5): Horrific - When I book a place I always look for a place with air conditioning. This place had the ac set up at 18 but trust me the halls and the outside on June was cooler than this apartment . Texted the manager and the responses I would get was you can open the windows , madam I don’t know how to tell you that the ac works. My son got into an accident and had a big laceration on his lip, loose tooth and slept sweating for 3 days . The ac doesn’t work and it was not a building problem . We were a big group and had 3 apartments rented in the same building . Mine the ac was broken!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! STAY AWAY! Unless you want to be on a SAUNA!!!
• Sima (8/5): we had a good stay. - location was great and it was clean inside. very safe and comfortable. no large mirrors that you can see your outfit. no blinds or curtain on the window. AC didn’t work perfectly and you couldn’t turn it down enough to make it cooler.

• Grażyna (9/5): Great location and lots of space - Very spacious (bigger than it looks on photos), clean and pleasant place. Walking distance to all main spots and railway station but already outside of crazy crowds and offering some nice and reasonable places to eat near by. Internet and TV were both a bit slow, sink was a bit blocked, but these are minor things.

Renewed apartament with a nice view of the garden and impecable. Clean, clear, comfortable, well located. Very ggod beds and blankets. Everything new : infrastructure and amenities. A lot of space and a bathroom with a very good shower and separate from the room and bedrom. Extremely recomeded. Would certainly come back once in this beautiful city.
• Stephanie (10/5): A very pleasant stay in a comfortable apartment. - This is a well appointed apartment in a central location. The quiet bedroom is a huge plus. As a frequent traveller to Florence I know that this is not guaranteed. I found the bed comfortable and all of the features of the apartment were new and the apartment was very clean. I'm generally not a fan of ground floor apartments, but this apartment feels very secure and would be suitable for someone who can't take the stairs, etc. The location is excellent..be sure to check out the nearby Chiostro dello Scalzo if it is open when you are there.

• Andrew (9/5): Superb - Very recently rennovated to a high standard, it feels like staying in a nice hotel. The flat is exceptionally clean and has good resources, including a dishwasher! located very close to the accademia and San Marco (my favourite thing in Florence) and a short walk from the main centre.
