• Leonardo (8/5): Bien, pero muy justo… - Todo bastante nuevo, y al apartamento muy bien en general, no podemos decir los contrario. El aire funcionaba estupendamente al igual que el agua caliente. La terraza no la usamos por el clima pero estaba muy bien!!! La limpieza dejó q desear, habían pelos en muchos sitios incluyendo en el baño, en la cama y en el sofá cama. Las almohadas de la cama están amarillas del sudor de muchas personas y de verdad que eso era impresentable. Echamos en falta la lavadora y un soporte dentro del baño donde colocar los amenities como gel de baño, champoo o jabón en pastilla. La gestión de quien lo administra fue muy impersonal, no más reservar les hice una consulta y hasta el día antes que les llame y les pregunté x teléfono no me respondieron. Viajamos con un niño discapacitado y necesitábamos anticiparle cosas!! Les preguntamos por la posibilidad de solamente dejar las maletas en una esquinita para poder seguir nuestro plan de viaje y nos dijeron q habría de dejarlas x el precio de 1€ en sus oficinas y recogerlas antes de las 18Hrs, tengo evidencia de todo por si quieren desmentirlo. Y hasta las mismas 15hrs no pudimos entrar a través de la cerradura inteligente. Encima nuestro había un ruido constante como de unos motores o de cosas que a otro pudiera molestarle pero no a nosotros.
• Natália Paulino (4/5): - Local estava limpo, porem eu reservei para 4 pessoas e me deram a chave do apartamento errado. Fui orientada a fazer o check-in em um apartamento que, depois, fui informada pelo funcionário, não era o correto. Assim que percebi o problema, entrei em contato imediatamente, e me disseram que retornariam o contato — o que acabou não acontecendo. Liguei novamente para explicar que o apartamento não comportava quatro pessoas, e mais uma vez me informaram que iriam retornar, mas não obtive resposta. No primeiro contato, a sugestão foi adicionar outra cama ao apartamento. Expliquei ao funcionário que isso não seria possível, pois se trata de um estúdio e não há espaço disponível para mais uma cama.
• Catalin Ioan (9/5): Except the “mess found in the room” and except that we had to wait for cleaning team …Okish! - The property was ok due to the fact that is close to the metro and due to the fact that it has a roof garden ! After 16 hours of traveling, when you want to rest, even though I have communicated my arrival at 15:00 but I arrived at 17:30, the room was a mess…not cleaned, not arranged ! I got all excuses from a certain David and even another room was offered but it was not in the same block of flats requireing a taxi and movement of all our belongings !
• julie (3/5): Décevant … - Pour commencer quand nous sommes arrivés à 18h il n’y avait pas de clefs dans le boîte à clefs devant l’appartement, nous avons réussi à contacter l’hôte mais les clefs sont finalement arrivées plus d’une heure après (raison donnée : problème avec anciens locataires) quand nous arrivons dans l’appartement loué pour 7 PERSONNES, surprise : une table et 4 chaises, nous devons donc manger à 4 sur la table et les 3 autres sur le canapé, même pas de chaises pliantes rien, un balcon mais ni table ni chaise pour pouvoir en profiter. Attention description mensongère ! Il n’y a pas de lave linge ni sèche linge à l’intérieur des appart ! Ni de sèche cheveux mais après des messages au propriétaire nous avons réussi à en avoir un mais qui ne fonctionne pas sur certaine prises. Pas de meubles dans la salle de bain et très peu de rangement, l’appartement est très exiguë pour 7/8, nous n’arrivons pas à comprendre pourquoi louer pour 8 personnes l’appartement alors qu’il n’est absolument pas adapté pour ce nombre ! De plus quand nous avons loué l’appartement nous pensions avoir celui avec une grande terrasse (photos dans la réservation) mais pas du tout. Le quartier n’est pas top top et limite , peut être payer plus cher mais être plus proche du centre de Madrid. Le propriétaire est au courant car je lui ai envoyé par messages les remarques le jour même sans réponse de sa part sauf pour le sèche cheveux…
• IZDAD (1/5): - L'emplacement de l'appartement est correct Il faisait froid dans l'appartement. Il n'y avait pas assez de couchages pour une famille. Aucune couverture n'était fournie. Il y avait beaucoup de bruit dans toutes les pièces. Nous n'avons pas dormi pendant notre séjour. C'est très gênant, et nous n'en avons pas été informés. Il faut remédier à ce bruit intense, car il est impossible de dormir.

• Shravan (9/5): - The apartment is good and it is just 5-10 minute walk from a nearby metro station. It is located in a residential neighborhood and the apartment is really clean. The kitchen is a bit small and one of the bedrooms did not have any wardrobe but apart from this everything else was nice.

If anyone expects five stars room would be disappointed, but for a short-term stay, a perfect one. Strongly recommended for persons willing to visit Madrid and travel around.

• Andrei (4/5): Would not recommend because of the uncaring owner. - The a/c, tv, bathroom and balcony were nice Every morning at 9 AM there was loud drilling. We found hair follicles everywhere and when I told the owner via whatsapp, they didn’t apologise but said it was our fault we didn’t take photos of it. There were not enough bin linings for the trash bags so we had to buy, there were items left by the previous visitors everywhere, the moka pot was not washed, the washing machine is shared with everybody in the building and you get two different tablets for laundry but it doesn’t say which to use even when you ask the owner which one to use. When confronted with everything I have told you, the owner went quite on whatsapp. Didn’t respond at all.

The problem was he didn't gave us the code from electronic lock from the main door , as we arrive at 2 at the night we couldn't enter in the house being with 2 small kids. I asked for a refund for night that we couldn't enter in the property, he confirmed and after deleted the message and didn't answer on the phone.

• Cabbage (1/5): I am disappointed by this property. - PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY CREDIT CARD. I PAID TWICE FOR THE SAME APARTMENT BECAUSE OF TECHNICAL PROBLEM. THEY RECOGNIZED THE FACT. NOW THEY DECLINE TO PAY ME BACK.
