• Tereramirez1960 (9/5): Alojamiento junto al aeropuerto - La ubicación para el aeropuerto es genial, las camas muy cómodas, Fran, el dueño nos ayudo en todo lo necesario, como indicarnos el camino más corto al aeropuerto etc Muchas facilidades para entrar y salir, lo que se agradece. Todo muy limpio. Por poner una pega, el sofá no es cómodo pero es lo de menos.

• Sharon (8/5): Apartment was comfortable and clean with a great responsive host. - It was good value for money, clean and spacious. The host was very accommodating and helpful and made our late check in possible. There was a bit of cigarette smell in the apartment that lingered from past renters. The location is scary. Soon after we got in the car after checkout, a man came up to a family on the street and threatened them with his knife.

• Marta (9/5): Descanso perfecto. - Pudimos descansar perfectamente. Camas muy cómodas, colchones nuevos. La comunicación con el propietario en todo momento ha sido rápida y es una persona muy amable que nos ha facilitado todo tipo de información. La zona estaba en obras en la calle y resultó un poco confuso poder llegar con coche y aparcar, pero no es problema en absoluto del alojamiento, sino del municipio, un pequeño inconveniente temporal.

• Nina (8/5): Ob letaliscu - Lokacija je super, ce zelis biti v blizini letalisca. Dejansko je speljana potka do letalisca in za to porabis 10 min pes. Mi smo prespali le eno noc, ker smo imeli zgodnji let. Apartma je v zgornjem nadstropju dvostanovanjske hise. Spodaj nekdo zivi. Je starejse stanovanje, z nekoliko neprijetnim vonjem. Sicer pa cisto, delno prenovljeno (kopalnica), sicer pa starejse pohistvo. Ima tri locene spalnice, kar je velik plus. Tezko ocenim kaj vec, glede na to,da smo le prespali. Vec kot kaksen dan, dva ne bi ostali, ker ni pravega utripa, ambienta. Tudi kuhinja je stara, zelo malo stvari, mrzla voda v kuhinji. Stene so med ostalimi stanovanji zelo tanke, tako da se vse slisi. Tudi okolica nima kaj ponuditi, plus je edino blizina letalisca.
• Florentina Stefan (1/5): Very bad - Very close to airport. The owner was very kind for letting us make an early check in. We left after 2 hours and moved to another accommodation because it was impossible to stay there. The temperature did not rise above 17°C in the kitchen, and in the other rooms there was no way for the heat to reach them (only 1 ac in the kitchen), as there was basically no heating at all. The apartment is below any acceptable standard, and I have seen many places in my life. Torn bedsheets, dirty duvets, hair from previous tenants on all the bedding, no hot water in the kitchen, very old furniture, and a strong smell of mold throughout the entire house. These are not conditions in which someone can stay, and I don't think it is even legal to rent a place like this. The money we paid was, unfortunately, paid for nothing and does not reflect at all the reality of the property. The lack of basic essentials such as oil, salt, and other necessities expected in a vacation type rental is also unacceptable — you don’t rent a place just to sleep, but also to be able to eat and stay there.
• Loli Geniz (10/5): Apartamento perfecto para visitar Valencia y estar cerca del aeropuerto - Ubicacion cerquísima del aeropuerto. Andando 6 min. El metro en la calle de al lado,prácticamente. Todo muy limpio. La atención del dueño ,Fran, estupenda. Todo facilidades. Muchísimas gracias por todo. Nada. Todo bien. Por dar un consejo,si acaso,poner almohadas individuales en las camas de matrimonio. Nada más.

• Zette8 (7/5): Good location for early morning flight. - The location of apartment is very good for an early morning flight. Its a 10minute walk to the airport via a provisional pave foot path. Its a self check in and easy to find (near travel lodge). No kettle available

• Isabel (10/5): La estancia a sido agradable - Apartamento muy sencillo pero muy limpio. Es una construcción antigua pero la han reformado algo y está muy bien. La atención excepcional. Las sábanas tenía bolas y el sofá no era muy cómodo para sentarse.

• Catherine (9/5): Superb - We stayed here one night to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. It was about 8 mins walk to the airport terminal with luggage. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The host was easy to deal with and very accommodating. They provided easy to follow instructions for easy check in. One flight of narrow stairs to access the apartment. Comes with the territory really.
