• Derio1977 (10/5): - Estaba muy limpio y bien ubicado Que íbamos seis personas y solo dejaron una toalla por persona. El patio estaba un poco desatendido....

Just cumbersome not smooth. - Location The communication about how to get into the property was confusing, wrong at the beginning and took too long to resolve their issue. Glasses, and cooking supplies were poor , there was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms , no paper towel or dish towel and no napkins, no dishwasher soap either. They asked us to dispose of the garbage of the whole place and place in bin a block away that was available between 20:00 and 7:00. Dining chairs were cheap and unstable. The redeeming quality is its location but be aware that it’s right next to a road that provides access to delivery trucks to the Old Town and therefore at times noisy. Also the flat is above a cafe, and their outdoor tables make it some what noisy. Management left us with the feeling that they just handle reservations but little attention to small details that make a good stay into a memorable stay.

• Henriques (8/5): Confortável! Excelente localização. - Conforto do apartamento. Aquecimento automático, mantendo sempre o apartamento a uma excelente temperatura para esta altura fria do ano. A localização é excelente. A limpeza poderia ser mais aperfeiçoada. Em alguns sítios era bastante visível a falta de limpeza. Encontramos inclusive em dois quartos, roupa interior suja e bilhetes escritos manualmente (provavelmente de alguém que esteve lá alojado) e uma beata de cigarro, tudo dentro de mesas de cabeceira. Enviei todas as fotos e fiz um comentário similar a este no WhatsApp do proprietário, que me respondeu apenas "Obrigado por tudo" e simplesmente terminou a conversa. Tirando isto, tudo foi excelente.

• Fatima (9/5): Excelente! - La ubicación del apartamento, la comodidad de las camas y que contase con aire acondicionado. Además de la decoración, salón amplio, wifi. En general todo el apartamento estaba muy bien. El desagüe de una de las duchas estaba atascado, el microondas sucio lleno de migas. Por otro lado, sólo nos dejaron dos rollos pequeños de papel higiénico para cinco personas para casi 4 días de estancia, lo cual nos pareció un poco cutre. Por lo demás todo fenomenal! Volvería!
• Louis (7/5): L'appartement nous a permis de profiter pleinement du centre, malgré quelques déceptions - Nous avons vraiment apprécié la localisation, très centrale et permettant de tout faire à pied. L'appartement était très propre, fonctionnel et la literie très confortable. La climatisation fonctionnait bien. L'annonce n'est pas suffisamment claire concernant le parking : le prix à la nuit est élevé et nous pensions nous rattraper sur le parking. En fin de compte, aucune voiture moderne ne peut rentrer dans ce parking (seulement des citadines). La terrasse était très décevante, pas accueillante du tout. Enfin, l'appartement est très froid dans sa décoration et il manque des petites choses qui feraient vraiment la différence (un torchon pour la cuisine, quelques capsules de café...).

It is the perfect base from which to explore this beautiful city. The beds and bedding - certainly in the twin room could do with upgrading. It was rather cold while we were there and there were no additional blankets available.

• Irina (9/5): Highly recommended - The apartment has a great location in the Center, is well equiped and spacious. Black out curtain rolls, just like we need it. It is obvious that they paid attention to details: we even had hair straightener in the bathroom. It was perfect for our family. We had a great time. Highly recommended. The noise from the downstairs bar, but luckyly only one bedroom was on that side. Eventhough they are orthopedic pillows, I genrally don't find them comfy.
