• Luis (8/5): Agradable - El apto agradable La dueña pide foto del documento de identidad por WhatsApp y en la recepción del edificio exigen foto del documento de identidad con las llaves que entregan, eso me parece un riesgo alto de seguridad, deberían como en otros alojamientos pedir el documento y confirmar con la aplicación de Booking y ya,sin fotos.

• Lisanne (6/5): - Dat de ruimte schoon was We enjoyed the apartment. It was clean and well maintained. However, we found it very noisy, and it was disappointing that the swimming pool was closed without this being communicated in advance. Unfortunately, our experience at the reception was very unpleasant. The woman with red hair made us feel absolutely unwelcome. Our questions were barely answered, and the communication felt very distant and unfriendly. Because we did not yet have key cards, the door had to be opened for us after I moved the car, and it strongly felt as if this was considered too much effort. The other employee also barely spoke to us. We have honestly never felt this unwelcome anywhere before, which was very disappointing because hospitality is such an important part of a stay. There is also very little to do in the surrounding area. Of course, the owners cannot really do anything about this, but the area itself was honestly quite disappointing.

Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht, auch ein längerer Aufenthalt wäre vorstellbar. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, mit Liebe zum Detail. Bequemes Bett (ausreichend aber etwas größer wäre super) Wir werden nochmals buchen. Sehr neuer moderner Wohnturm, gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Schöner Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Rooftop-Pool im 25. Stockwerk (leider konnten wir diesen wegen Revision nicht testen) Die Haustechnik und besonders der Parkaufzug sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir mussten mehrmals Hilfe suchen. Unser Auto hat gerade so noch gepasst aber es war sehr eng. Eine bessere Beschriftung der Karten zur Bedienung könnte schon helfen. Leider war der Pool geschlossen obwohl im Internet stand das die Revision 2 Tage zuvor beendet sein sollte. Keine Anleitung zur Müll- Entsorgung und wie das Appartement verlassen werden soll.
• Rustam (10/5): Top Wahl für kurzen Städtetrip - Die Lage war top mitten in der Innenstadt, alle Ausstattung gegeben von Rooftop, Pool bis Gym. Auch im Zimmer war alles zu bester Zufriedenheit. Das Zimmer war vielleicht ein bisschen klein, aber ich denke es ist ja normal bei solchen Hochhäusern.

• Martinez (10/5): EXCEPTIONNEL et LUXUEUX - Un vrai petit bijou. Le waouh en ouvrant la porte est de rigueur. Le soin apporté à la décoration de cet appartement est exceptionnel. Des petits gâteaux pour votre arrivée. le café, le sel, l huile, une cuisine très bien équipée et cerise sur le gâteau , de l eau chaude à la douche. Un vrai écrin de bonheur.L'hôtesse Hannia est d'une grande. gentillesse et très disponible sur wattsap. Si, , il est libre à vos dates, n'hésitez surtout pas. Absolument Rien. Tout tellement PARFAIT

• Connie (3/5): Hope you’re a sound sleeper! Constant noise! - Bed comfortable, good location The unit is adjacent to a massive construction project. The wall of windows is about an arms length from the bed. Crews arrived at 6am Saturday morning and with earplugs could hear full conversations not to mention the road noise over night! Neither of us has any rest.

Did not use all the facilities because too tired from flight so can’t comment on pool etc. this was a recovery day before moving on in Costa Rica but good base to see the city.
• Jake (8/5): A luxurious & beautiful apartment in a great area of San Jose - The property is luxurious, the furnishing and upkeep on the property is beautiful and the owners have made a really nice studio flat for a stay in San Jose. The hosts have also put all kitchen utensils, washing machines, 2x modern TVs and adapters for USB / USC B-C which is great! The pool area and other communal spaces are also beautiful. There is a cute welcome booklet and a nice book with scenery of Costa Rica we enjoyed flicking through after our 10 days seeing the country. The hosts were attentive to any questions we had via booking.com throughout our stay. Thank you 😃 The fridge was cleaned but smelt bad like someone had kept a pepperoni pizza in, might need to air it out.

We were only there for 1 night so didn’t need to use the kitchen area but would have done if a longer stay. The roof-top pool area was a great place to chill out. Front desk staff were not particularly helpful or engaging.

Full equipment all over the apartment, very organised and clean. perfect for couples long term stay. The hosts Hannia and Carlos are very communicative, available for any questions and nice! I’ll definitely recommend and be back for sure. Currently the next building is under constructions so the noise was loud from 6AM-6PM

• Kati (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment itself was very nice, clean and cosy. We were told before we arrived that there is an construction site near by that can cause noise. We stayed seven nights and every morning except on sunday they started making so much noise. Non stop 12 hours a day. One night they worked till midnight. That was awful. We were really tired after seven nights staying there. The construction site is just next to the appartment, on the other side of the road. Soon the nice view will be blocked too. The quality of the sound proofing through out the entire building was very poor even though the building is quite new. The swimming pool on the roof terrace was very nice. The little cute appartment had two big tvs which was nice. Awful noise from the construction site on the other side of the road.

The only thing, and this is small, was that the hanging closet was not long enough for dresses which is all I wear. You could only hang a shirt. Had to hang everything on the shower bar and move to shower. But it would not stop me from renting here again.

• Mary (10/5): Very relaxed in a beautiful environment. - What a cute little apartment, perfect for a couple or solo traveler. It was very well stocked with everything you would need for a short or long stay. I could’ve stayed forever. :D The location is perfect, many restaurants within walking distance, groceries, pharmacies and a beautiful park within a couple of blocks, very upscale neighborhood. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The hosts were very friendly and sent us a note of welcome and provided their telephone numbers for any questions. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. There is another high rise being built across the street from the balcony, very sad because it will block some of the beautiful view. But the construction shuts down at night so it doesn’t disturb your sleep.

Hosts really had thought of everything, leaving supplies of lots of things you might need in the kitchen for the duration of your stay and information about the local area. Highly recommend!

• Chirsteen (8/5): Cute cozy condo - Love how this apartment is decorated and although small, it was well equipped. The amenities in the building are great. The parking garage is such a hassle. It’s basically a parking elevator that you have to put your car into, and when you are ready to get it out, you scan the badge and wait 10 minutes and then the car reappears. Also the water temperature and pressure in the shower wasn’t very good. The construction next door starts really early in the morning and there didn’t seem to be any sound proofing.

• Drakida (8/5): Very nice accommodations, pool, dogs everywhere, friendly people, still noisy without construction. - Well there was a bit of a sanfu with the keys. The two individuals at the front desk couldn't find the keys the host left for me because they couldn't find my name. After some continual effort to provide more info, they found it. However, the building was clean, the apartment was very clean, both TVs worked, the shower was nice, albeit a little tight, but adequate. The water only warmed up to a certain temperature, maybe it could have been controlled from under the sink, but I didn't mess with it. The bed was comfy enough, plenty of space for my clothes and things. Everything you needed was in the kitchen. The Indian Restaurant downstairs had good food, but wayyyyy overpriced. The Pots and pans restaurant was much more reasonable. There are several cafes/coffee shops/restaurants within walking distance. But you will definitely transportation to get to just about anywhere else. BTW: if you are there during event time at the nearby stadium be prepared for crowds just about everywhere. The rooftop pool, pool table, views, BBQ, hot tub, were nice with all the spaces to hang out and chill if you want. Honestly the worst part was the construction going on right next door. The crews started at the crack of dawn and ended just after sunset every day, The only day that wasn't true was Sunday. That's because they apparently were only installing the overhead crane. Yes when they finished it stood majestically right outside the window to the right. I did have a birdseye view of the work progressing every day. In their defense, the hosts did warn me before my arrival.
